The Rugby League Hot Recap is back for the 2025 season!
One of the fastest growing UK rugby league podcasts, the Hot Recap crew will bring you game recaps, previews and news from the Betfred Super League and the NRL throughout the 2025 seasons.
The podcast is hosted and led by journalist Locky Campbell and our lead analyst Eliot McGuire.
Episodes are released either on a Sunday or Monday night throughout the 2025 season!

Locky and Eliot are back to talk through an eventful weekend of rugby league action as we head closer to the business end of the year.
We start with Hull KR's mission to end their St Helens hoodoo (1.22), before heading to a season-defining encounter between the Leeds Rhinos and Catalans Dragons (9.43) and then on to Salford in their own must-win game against the Huddersfield Giants (19.30).
The playoff race continues in London as they welcomed the Leigh Leopards (28.13) then its off to Castleford as they entertained Warrington (35.56) before we finish the Super League recap at Wigan for their game against Hull FC (44.36.)
Next, we discuss the Championship as Wakefield claim the League Leader's Shield and Whitehaven go through the ringer (49.32) then its off to the NRL (54.06) as Melbourne claim the Minor Premiership and it's all systems go for a superb final two weeks of the season as the boys plot what drama could unfold.

Eliot McGuire rejoins Locky Campbell for a detailed chat as they recap all things Magic Weekend with the Super League edging ever close to the playoffs.
We start with Wigan v Saints (2.20) before moving to Leeds v Warrington (8.47) and then Leigh v Salford (15.18). There's a detailed discussion on Catalans Dragons v Hull KR (26.01) before we analyse how the RFL could keep the Broncos in the Super League following their clash with Hull FC (35.47) before we finish the SL recap on Huddersfield v Castleford Tigers (48.02).

There's a quick tribute to Leeds Rhino and rugby league hero Rob Burrow following his passing (1.00) before getting into the Super League action as Warrington and Wigan meet ahead of the Challenge Cup final (7.38) and then there's talk of them meeting in America.
The duo then discuss St Helens v Catalans (20.31), Hull KR v Leigh (27.53) and news that the Robins will play a pre-season friendly in Amsterdam (32.24). We round up SL action with Leeds v Castleford (35.46), Huddersfield v Hull (42.33) and then Salford v London (53.42).
The NRL Game of the Week is Penrith v St George (1.01.29) and then the boys talk through the news that PNG are expected to become the 18th NRL side (1.08.35).

The duo start with the Super League recaps, kicking off at Warrington's encounter with the Catalans Dragons (1.28), St Helens' latest test against the Leeds Rhinos (8.37), then Salford and Wigan's contest at the Salford Community Stadium (14.28). They discuss Esan Marsters' move to Salford in 2025 and then head back to the recaps with Leigh against Huddersfield (22.55), Castleford versus Hull FC (31.00) and the news that John Cartwright is the new Hull FC boss for 2025 (37.28).
