What we can control, however, is the amount and type of energy we can apply to our precious time, and that is what today's podcast is all about!

In this episode, Drs. Alicia Power and Sarah Lea break down the core concepts of energy management. They introduce the four main quadrants of energy - physical, emotional, mental, and integrative - and how each plays a role in our time management and overall wellbeing.

Whether you're a frequent attendee or organizer, this episode is a must listen if you're sick and tired of being called into meetings "that could have been emails," or an organizer who is struggling with meeting attendance or engagement.
