In this episode of The Regression Session, we listen to a real past life regression session with Justyna.

Throughout the session, Justyna experiences a deep internal struggle around trust — questioning whether what she’s seeing and feeling is real, meaningful, or something she can rely on. This is something many people encounter during regression work, and this session offers a powerful look into what it’s like to move through that uncertainty in real time.

As the session unfolds, Justyna is able to briefly access a past life as a soldier, while also working through the resistance and doubt that initially made it difficult to fully engage with the experience.

Together, we navigate those challenges and ultimately help her begin to trust herself, trust the process, and reconcile both the physical and energetic aspects of what she’s experiencing. This session is a great example of how growth and insight often come through the resistance, not around it.

We can look at the human body and understand that it is built of systems that are designed to disseminate substances, impulses, and fuels throughout the body. For thousands of years, our ancestors stared into the night sky in hopes of using the map in the heavens to divine their destiny. And although the practice has changed over the years, we are still fascinated by the stars to this day. In fact, millions of dollars have been spent to create technology with which we can look further into the unknown than ever before. Using science and astronomy,  we can see the stars in relation to us on a cosmic scale. We can understand the relative location, and the makeup of the stars, and even describe the weather on a distant planet with relative accuracy. As amazing as looking at the stars is, over the centuries a long-held tradition of aligning astronomy with spirituality was phased out of stargazing. The practice didn’t die however and is now known as astrology.
