Sanaa Green on Forest Bathing (E237)26 Sep 202300:29:27

Forest bathing. Even just saying that feels so calming, soothing and grounding. And my amazing guest on The Priestess Podcast today - Sanaa Green - is here to share with us more about this beautiful practice and indeed her entire experience of earth based connection as a Priestess. Sanaa takes incredible comfort from nature which is something that I believe is undoubtedly available to all of us and likely medicine we can call upon from deep within ourselves and the natural world more to our own benefit. This is a beautiful conversation that will open up portals of earth love and connection for you to begin to deepen or explore for the very first time.

Tara Winters on Money Wisdom (E228)30 Oct 202200:30:17

Money is one of those topics that can bring up a lot of ‘stuff’ for us. And if you are a regular listener of The Priestess Podcast then you know we are not afraid to go into the ‘stuff’ of life and so we’re going to do that very thing today with my guest Tara Winters. Tara is a former corporate accountant turned life, spirituality and money coach and we are here to talk about money wisdom. There is a mention in here of cheap underwear and expensive cheese and so you know given that we have some fun too! In particular I loved Tara’s viewpoint on bridging the gap between the viewpoints that money is everything in life and the most important thing we can try to attain - and the rejection of it - especially at times by some people who deem it to not be ‘spiritual’ enough to desire. And you better believe within this that both Tara and I agree that money in the hands of more conscious people around the world - which I am sure is you beautiful listener - is a VERY good thing.

Sarah Durham Wilson on Maiden to Mother (E138)04 Mar 202000:31:13

We live in a world that chiefly values women remaining in the maiden phase of their life. Messages surround us everywhere that we should be young, spritely, fresh and even virginal, despite the fact that this young stage of life often means we are still maturing and therefore understandably immature, are caught up in our own drama and needs, and crave attention. It can be hard to leave behind our maiden self in such a way that we cross into the more mature mother stage of our life feeling ready for all that entails. My guest on The Priestess Podcast today, Sarah Durham Wilson, is wholly devoted as a priestess to supporting women bridge the life gap from maidenhood to motherhood - and no - that does not mean as a birth mother. What does it actually mean? Tune in to this wise and womanly episode of the podcast today to find out!

Michaela Rosandich on Living By The Moon (E137)26 Feb 202000:31:56

Making a commitment to write, journal or track something in your life involves just that - a commitment. However we have likely all had an experience at least once in our lives where doing so has reaped us enormous rewards. That little bit of discipline can go a LONG way! On The Priestess Podcast today we are learning from our wonderful guest Michaela Rosandich about how tracking our cycles - and especially that of the moon - can help us lead richer, fuller and more wonderful lives. Lady Luna is there for us to freely access Her power and wisdom every day if we choose. And if you do choose - believe me when I tell you and as Michaela shares with us today - you will be so glad that you did in a multitude of ways.

Jolinda Johnson on Spirituality and Health (E136)19 Feb 202000:29:47

So I’m going to tell you something quite obvious as we feel into this episode of The Priestess Podcast today - but in saying that maybe it isn’t so obvious as I think. Your health and wellbeing is about so much more than what you eat or how much exercise you do. So. Much. More. And while I think this IS something that more and more of us are realising as we begin to incorporate an understanding of things such as our sleep, sexuality and mindset as other elements of health, how much do we really think about our spirituality and it’s connection to our health? I’m certainly not seeing it spoken about a great deal which is why I am so grateful for our guest today - Priestess and Women’s Health Coach - Jolinda Johnson. Jolinda is about to share with you infinite ways our spirit and health are interconnected and why it is so vital for our wholeness that we continue to see them as so.

Larissa O’Neill on Being a Sacred Vessel (E135)12 Feb 202000:31:10

My guest on The Priestess Podcast today, Larissa O’Neill, is an incredibly gifted and experienced space holder. Larissa considers herself to be a sacred vessel for women’s wisdom and when you hear her speak and share about her work you will soon understand that to be true. How is it that we can see ourselves as sacred vessels when we desire to hold deep space for others? And how can we come to learn and understand that doing this work and being in service to others requires us to always, but always, be in deep service to ourselves? Larissa shares this and so much more in this inspiring episode today.

Nicole Meline on Spirited Movement (E134)05 Feb 202000:31:42

I love exploring topics on The Priestess Podcast that we never have before, which is quite a feat after more than 130 episodes! Today we are doing just that in talking about exercise with our special guest Nicole Meline. Nicole is a very special athlete and catalyst for inspiring people to understand the connection between physical movement and our spiritual selves and that movement and exercise is so much more than something we can just do to change our body shape or even just remain healthy and well. Nicole believes that spirited movement is a right for all of us and that it can act as a portal to our most spiritual, reverent and divine selves. Get ready to think about exercise and movement in a way that you may never have before.

Christabel Zamor on Blissful Breathing (E133)29 Jan 202000:30:48

We do it every second of every day - even when we are sleeping. Breathe. We breathe in and out, in and out, and likely, unless we are having difficulties doing so, don’t think about it very much when we do. Can our breath and breathing serve a greater purpose however than just keeping us alive? Is it connected to our spiritual and divine selves and be something we can access for deeper healing, spiritual connection and connection to our highest self. My guest on The Priestess Podcast today, Christabel Zamor, is a resounding yes to all of that and so much more when it comes to the power of our breath. As someone who has experienced a breath workshop before and found it transformative you may want to explore this for yourself too. Let’s breathe together!

Sas Petherick on Transcending Self-Doubt (E131)11 Dec 201900:30:49

Whether we want it to be or not, fear and self-doubt are companions for us on our life journeys. We can want for them to not be, but it doesn’t lessen their actual presence any more from doing so. Today’s Priestess Podcast guest - Sas Petherick - has made a life long commitment to studying self-doubt and how it shows up in our lives. She is a total boss mistress at this and we all benefit from her being so. Sas shares with us today her own journey with self-doubt, ways we can gently and compassionately overcome it and see it as a portal for our own spiritual awakenings and journeys.

Abiola Abrams on The Power of the Goddess (E130)04 Dec 201900:30:41

My guest on The Priestess Podcast today - Abiola Abrams - is a wildly successful spiritual woman entrepreneur who works deeply with the Goddess in support of everything she does. Abiola travels the world hosting retreats, writing for magazines as a columnist and is a widely in demand speaker and best selling author. She shares with us how the Goddess first came to her in life, how she works with Her energy and her daily spiritual routine that supports her to create such magick in the world. Abiola is an inspiration in how she channels divine Goddess energy and you’re likely to pick up more than one way you can do so yourself from her time with us on the show.

Sheena Yap Chan on The Tao of Self-Confidence (E129)27 Nov 201900:31:21

Sheena Yap Chan has interviewed more than seven hundred women on the topic of self-confidence. Now that’s a lot of anecdotal and real life evidence on what it takes to be a confident woman in the modern world, especially when we can feel surrounded by messages that help us be anything but. As my guest on The Priestess Podcast today Sheena was the perfect person to talk about self-confidence and her perspective on the spiritual ‘Tao’ or way that we can develop more confidence in our lives. She refreshingly speaks about how self-confidence is something that is a journey and not a destination and something that we all have to commit to working on if we want to have it.

Andrea Westbrook on Size & Spirituality (E227)05 Oct 202200:29:23

What does someone's size have to do with spirituality? Well to be perfectly honest with you it shouldn’t have anything to do with it - but the world we live in that is steeped in sizest and fatphobic rhetoric and messaging - makes it so. My truly wonderful guest on The Priestess Podcast today is Andrea Westbrook, a life coach for fat, curvy and plus sized women. Andrea shares with us about the necessary reclaiming of the word fat, how exclusionary spiritual spaces can be of people who are fat and most importantly of all - what we can all do about such things to make a spiritual path of life exploration open to us all. I know you will find Andrea inspirational and heart opening in her messaging about this topic which is not just relevant in spiritual spaces and our work - but indeed in our lives in general.

Thema Azize Serwa on Interfaith Ministry (E128)20 Nov 201900:33:55

I adore my guest on The Priestess Podcast today - Reverend High Priestess Thema Azize Serwa. Thema lives up to her larger than life title and name in every way - as you are soon about to find out. Growing up in a church environment Thema became curious as she got older about women in the bible, and their stories, and it has lead her down a path of enlightenment and an awakening to the Goddess and life as a Priestess, while maintaining her love of God and Christianity. Thema is direct, loving, inspirational and a true guide for modern women looking to explore their spirituality in her work as an Interfaith Minister, as well as her calling to help them love and honour their womb spaces more as a radical act of healing and self-empowerment.

Anna Tsui on The Shadow in Business (E127)13 Nov 201900:30:57

If you have been a regular listener of The Priestess Podcast you will know that I consider our shadow to be a gift, and shadow work to be life giving. Even though we have parts of ourselves that we don’t want to face and heal, doing so is often the pathway to untold growth and wonder - and it’s certainly hat way if we are a business owner. My incredible guest today - Anna Tsui - believes we all have shadow magic inside us and that if we are entrepreneurs, it has specific ways it shows up, presenting us with opportunities to work with it and help grow our businesses from a position of strength and what she calls our ‘executive voice.’ If you are a business owner or dreaming of becoming one, working with your shadow is going to be a must and Anna’s episode today may just be the portal to help you open up to do so.

Steph Jagger on Spiritual Adventures (E126)06 Nov 201900:30:28

What would you do if you had a huge a-ha moment one day and realised that the life you were living was not the one - in any way - that you wanted anymore. Well, if you are my guest on The Priestess Podcast today, Steph Jagger you go skiing. Now that sounds simple and even trite - but it’s not. Steph’s call to adventurous action on a ski trip that took her around the world was a spiritual adventure of the highest calling. It was an adventure that had heartbreak, challenge, joy and a deep uncovering of her feminine and her own version of truth. Hers is a story and journey that is inspiring, uplifting and filled with life lessons. It may even inspire you to go on a spiritual adventure of your own.

Elayne Fluker on "I Got It" Syndrome (E125)30 Oct 201900:31:44

I wonder how many times in life you may have (somewhat huffily!) said to yourself “I’ve got it!” or “Thanks but no I don’t need help” or muttered under your breath - “I should have done it myself.” If you’re anything like me at all then you probably have - and more than once too. My wonderful guest on The Priestess Podcast today Elayne Fluker calls this “I got it” syndrome and believes it is something that so many modern women are feeling the pressure and weight of under heavy cloaks of expectation and the belief that to be successful we have to have it all. If you have ever felt alone and wondered if you need to truly take on everything yourself or it will NEVER get done or done to the standards you want - Elayne is about to be your new BFF! Listen up to her amazing HELP model - it may just change the way you ask for support in your life forever.

Carolina Rodriguez-Barros on Life as a Spiritual Path (E124)23 Oct 201900:35:39

Carolina Rodriguez-Barros never grew up as a little girl believing that she would become a New Earth Soul Alchemist and I am sure that is something that many of you listening right now could relate to. If someone had told me that I would be doing what I am doing right now even as a young woman in my 20’s I would scarcely have believed them. My interview with Carolina for The Priestess Podcast today will help you to see how everything in life that we experience and even desire not to experience is a part of our spiritual path. And that in fact life itself IS the spiritual path we are all on.

Juliet Allen on Everyday Intimacy (E123)16 Oct 201900:30:25

What does it mean to have true intimacy in your everyday life? To feel deeply connected to everything you are and to have others see you in that way too? Intimacy is something that can of course mean different things to us all, but I think you’re going to love my guest today - Juliet Allen - and her very special take on what true intimacy really is. As a sexologist I couldn’t let the opportunity pass me by to talk to Juliet about the connection between sex and intimacy and also sex and spirituality as well. It makes for a soulful, spirited and sexy conversation that I hope you love.

Olana Barros on Divine Legacy (E122)09 Oct 201900:33:48

My guest on The Priestess Podcast today - Olana Barros - is a truly special woman something that you are about to find out in our interview today all about life, living and legacy. In particular what Olana believes is your Divine Legacy.  This is one of those rich and soulful conversations that may just change your life. So often we think that to achieve a legacy or leave a legacy or mark of some kind that we have to do something extra-ordinary, something that makes us famous or impacts millions of people.  When in fact, if you believe or are about to believe for the first time, like Olana and I do, that such things are not at all required to leave a legacy. What is, is living your life to its fullest and in your own Divine truth. Every person who lives in such a way leaves a legacy.

Sarah Wilder on Your Highest Self (E121)02 Oct 201900:33:51

Sarah Wilder is a multi-disciplinary artist and designer, thought leader and nature nerd ever exploring the healing arts + natural world. She is on a mission to self actualise and teach others how to work with the beauty and magic in nature to help rediscover their own.

Ashni on Flower Essences (E120)25 Sep 201900:32:41

It’s always so beautiful for me to interview people for The Priestess Podcast who are passionate about what they do and the gifts they bring into the world. And such is the case with my guest today - Ashni - who you are about to find out has a deep love and passion for flowers. And that passion is one I absolutely share. Ashni is a flower essence therapist and in this episode she speaks to the beauty, wisdom and healing properties of flowers and how they are so often a mirror of our own spiritual journeys. It’s the perfect episode once you have finished listening - to go out and buy yourself a bunch of flowers or spend time in your garden with these divine gifts from Mother Earth.

Mara Glatzel on Self-Care & Tenderness (E119)18 Sep 201900:35:37

You, like me, probably think you know what self-care means. Even if you are not necessarily ‘doing’ it well for yourself. However do we really know what self-care and tending to ourselves with tenderness actually is? Or are we still a part of the media machine that tells us that self-care is really about bubble baths or going for a walk and doing something to improve or better ourselves? My guest on The Priestess Podcast today - Mara Glatzel - is a fan of a bubble bath as am I. But you are soon to learn from Mara that self-care is about so much more than something we may ever be able to Instagram. It’s about deep exploration and being in relation with oneself, curiosity, setting boundaries, difficult conversations with people we love and leaning into the discomfort of asking for what we truly need.

Tracy Neely on Wounds to Wisdom (E226)21 Sep 202200:31:39

You have likely heard me say more than once on The Priestess Podcast that our shadow, fears and ego self have so much to teach us as human beings and are not things to push away or deny. They only grow in ways that can make them even harder to face when we do that! And I speak from experience - which maybe you can relate to as well. Tracy Neely is here with us on the show today to speak to how our wounds - and in particular our emotional wounds - can be a pathway of transformation for us into wisdom we hold deeply within and is calling to be loved and integrated into our everyday life. Tracy has a beautifully spiritual and very grounded way of helping us look at the darker parts of ourselves and how we can honour them in such a way that they become teachers, guides and wayshowers in our lives. This is a special episode that shows us so deeply that all of our life experiences can have lessons within them that are waiting for us to become wiser through.

Nehanda Yemaya Imana on The Sovereign Queen (E118)11 Sep 201900:31:24

What does it really mean to be a Queen? The Queen of your own life, body, feelings, experiences, thoughts. And more. The Queen of it all. When we think about the Queen Archetype it’s easy to just see what is on the surface. Someone who is regal, a leader, confident, wears her crown with pride. But embodying the Queen archetype as my incredible guest on the podcast today Nehanda Yemaya Imana shares with us is so much more than that. Being a true Queen in our own life and world is all about taking full responsibility for who we are - who we are not - and who we are becoming. This undoubtedly includes all of our darkness and shadow. Those parts of ourselves that we would rather deny or push away. True Queens face up. Face in. And own all of who they are. May you, as you walk your own version of Queendom in your life - do all of these things - and more.

Phoebe Mwanza on Spirituality & Social Justice (E117)04 Sep 201900:28:45

Love. That’s what my guest on The Priestess Podcast today - Phoebe Mwanza - believes is the deep connection and link between our spirituality and social justice. A human rights lawyer, social justice advocate and podcaster, Phoebe, as an African Australian woman, carries in her heart a lifetime of experiences that have lead her to a place of being passionate about supporting and speaking up about important social and political issues that need to be more widely addressed. Phoebe shares with us in this episode how her spiritual re-awakening in her 30’s ignited this passion and how we can all do better as human beings for each other at both a soul and embodied level.

Jerico Mandybur on Tarot for Healing (E116)26 Jun 201900:31:56

I remember the first time I saw a tarot deck - it was in a movie - and shuffling the cards was a very cranky looking crone who was about to use them to dispense some hard learned wisdom to the young woman sitting opposite her. From that moment on I believed for a long time that tarot cards were really only something that someone else used to read for you and that they were used to tell your fortune. Many moons later I have now come to understand tarot as something that is a creative tool for self-expression and spiritual journeying and as my wonderful guest today - Jerico Mandybur - is about to share with us for self-care and healing as well. If you have never thought of using tarot for your own wellness before Jerico is about to share with you how you can do exactly that.

Megan Dalla Camina on Simple, Soulful, Sacred (E115)19 Jun 201900:31:19

We are living in a time of great hurry, flurry, busyness and hustle. Even if we try to resist such things, they still swirl around us and can be hard to ignore or not fall into. The result of this is, I believe, many of us are craving more simple lives that echo the times of our grandmothers, great grandmothers and beyond. Lives that are more simple, more soulful and more sacred. My guest on The Priestess Podcast today is Megan Dalla Camina and she has written a beautiful book called ‘Simple, Soulful, Sacred’ - and it’s a gift for our times on how we can create lives that are just that. Megan’s wise and wonderful writing and thoughts on this topic feel like a hustle antidote and are inspiring in their simplicity on how very small and tangible choices and changes are available to us all - every day - if we choose them. The result? A more simple, soulful and sacred life.

Dr Rebecca Ray on Courage & Bravery (E114)12 Jun 201900:32:03

I love it when people surprise you - in a good way. And that’s what happened in the opening moments of my interview today with Dr Rebecca Ray, author of The Universe Listens to Brave. Rebecca is a clinical psychologist and openly admits at the start of our chat today that she has experienced many personal and emotional issues of her own that have seen her have to really wrestle with her own fear, inner critic, relationship with bravery and her sense of self. It’s incredibly refreshing to hear from someone who is upheld as a professional in the area of mental wellbeing and has such a significant online following as well. If you’re currently seeking some more courage and bravery in your life right now, this episode with Dr Rebecca is going to become a favourite.

Emily Cassel on Strength & Softness (E113)05 Jun 201900:32:46

Is it really possible to be both strong and soft as a person? Can you have boundaries and also be vulnerable with yourself and others?  What does it truly mean to be strong? Does softness mean what we really think it does? We dive into all of these questions and more today on The Priestess Podcast with my guest Emily Cassel. Emily was once a highly self-critical type A perfectionist who avoided vulnerability and softness in her life, until she realised both - combined with action orientated and forward moving strength - was the pathway to her own form of success and fulfillment. When you listen in to her journey and wisdom today you may just find it’s a pathway for you too.

Becca Piastrelli on Colonialism and Ancestry (E112)29 May 201900:31:45

My guest on The Priestess Podcast today, Becca Piastrelli, says that “Being alive in this time means that we all have a long and tangled past that our ancestors navigated to get us where we are today.” And she speaks the absolute truth. Truth in particular when speaking about tanglements that relate to those of us who identify as white and are descendants of people who colonised land, more often than not through brutal means, that we may still, and likely do, benefit from today. There is so much ancestral wisdom, culture and beauty that we can all access as modern day folk living right now. In fact, our ancestors can be our greatest allies. However for us to really tap into their wisdom and learn from their mistakes of past, we must be prepared to uncover and face the truth of both the beauty and the horror of what has transpired before us, so that we can forge a new path for ourselves right now and for all those to come into the future.

Shade Ashani on The Father Wound (111)22 May 201900:33:54

The way we feel about ourselves as a human being is complex. It’s not a case of simply wanting to feel about ourselves in a certain way and it happening. There are often a lot of barriers that we have to overcome to claim our full worthiness, beauty and even divinity. One of the things that can stand in our way of achieving this is an emotional wound of some kind, an experience or experiences we have had that deeply impact our sense of self. One of those wounds is The Father Wound and my guest on The Priestess Podcast today - Shade Ashani - is an expert in this area having conducted extensive research and written a book - about the impact of The Father Wound in particular on their daughters. If you, like me, are someone that has had a challenging relationship with their father you may just find this episode comforting and enlightening as well and to know that no matter our past experiences that we can always create a different future for ourselves through conscious choice.

Tracey Pattison on Priestess Your Plate (110)15 May 201900:33:51

Today’s episode of The Priestess Podcast is delicious - and you may just want to have some of your most favourite foods on hand to enjoy while you listen in. My guest Tracey Pattison has a 25 year history of recipe creation for some of the world’s top chefs. She is passionate about seasonal living and eating, nourishing yourself, and being a sovereign, empowered queen in your own kitchen and how you priestess your plate and body. Tracey is also deeply committed to readdressing patriarchal and capitalist imbalances when it comes to the industrialization and commodification of food, and the returning to ‘home’ whatever that may look like for each of us when it comes to the tending to and nourishment of our own souls.

Luna Grace Isbell-Love on Transformational Leadership (E109)08 May 201900:32:32

Leadership is a BIG topic and there are so many ways we can discuss it, think about it and live it as well. In saying that however, for so long now I think that leadership has been presented to us in a very narrow way, and where it is supposedly deeply tied with things such as power and authority. I absolutely love that we are now starting to both talk about, see, and live leadership as human beings in such a way that involves us talking about it in terms of empathy, compassion, heart  and radical responsibility. And my guest on The Priestess Podcast today Luna Grace Isbell-Love is the perfect person to do that with. You are soon about to hear Luna speak of leadership in a way that you may never have before, and if that is the case, I hope it opens your eyes and heart to the knowing that you too are a leader and can be more so if you choose.

Che Johnson on ‘Soulstainable’ Business (E225)07 Sep 202200:32:53

I know that many of you who listen to The Priestess Podcast own your own businesses or desire to. And for those of you who don’t - believe me when I tell you that this episode ahead still has deep relevance for you too because in truth, it’s about life just as much as well. Che Johnson is a sacred leader in the space of gentle and ‘soul-stainable’ business. Her heartfelt desire is to ensure all heart based entrepreneurs have businesses that are gentle, caring and reflective of their own energy and needs - which clearly is in wild opposition to the push and hustle and grind culture that we sometimes see present in the online world. Che’s loving nature and wise words ahead on how to create a business that truly serves YOU as well as your clients is food for our souls.

Connie Chapman on Slow Down and Tune In (E108)01 May 201900:32:14

I am sure you don’t need me to tell you, or remind you, that the pace with which so many of us live in this modern world is frenetic, frantic and frenzied.  All the EFFS! There always seems to be so much to DO and just being as a human can feel some days like it’s a distant desire. My guest on The Priestess Podcast today is the luminous Connie Chapman, someone whose work and presence I adore. Connie truly embodies her values as a woman and a business owner and so when I invited her on the show to talk about her passion for slowing down - simply slowing down and living a slower and more thoughtful, intuitive, guided existence - I knew she would deliver just that. If you need to take a breath right now - a little one - a big one - or one anywhere in between - you’re going to love Connie and her simple but powerful sharings on how to slow down and tune in to the true depth of your own wisdom.

Heather Rebecca Wilson on Jade Eggs (E107)24 Apr 201900:31:54

We are talking all things jade eggs on The Priestess Podcast today. And I couldn’t imagine a better person to do that with than the wonderful Heather Rebecca Wilson. Heather explains to us the ancient beginnings of the jade egg practice and how it was used by priestesses then, to its eventual modernisation now. Heather in particular shares how using a jade egg can enhance not just our sex life but our pelvic floor health and even ability to be able to heal from sexual, racial and ancestral trauma. It’s amazing to listen in to a woman speak so passionately about such an ancient practice in a fresh and modern way.

Rachel MacDonald on Transitions (E106).mp317 Apr 201900:30:26

All of us are transitioning in our lives constantly. We are moving, growing, ageing, cycling and changing all the time. It’s not a part of our lives we can resist if we want to have the privilege of living and growing older - no matter how comfy our comfort zone may be. Despite the fact that change and transition is inevitable in life, it often can come with a lot of personal and spiritual stretching - that let’s face it - doesn’t always feel the best when we are in the thick of it. Our egos can flare, we can feel out of control, and have a desire, even though we know it’s probably not best for us, to remain where we are. Rachel MacDonald, my guest on The Priestess Podcast today, has experienced some large transitions of her own in the past few years, especially since becoming a mother. She talks with us today about how powerful transitions are in our life if we embrace them and provides incredibly soulful and practical insights on how to manage transitions well if you are in the midst of a big one now yourself.

Kerry Rowett on Align and Attract (E105)10 Apr 201900:32:02

Starting a business can sound like there is a lot of freedom based fun to be had and that absolutely can be the case. What will also be the case - because it is for every business - is a lot of challenging work and at times really stretching personal growth. We can fall into traps of comparing ourselves to others, doing what others think is best for us rather than ourselves and following the crowd. My guest today on The Priestess Podcast - Kerry Rowett - works with entrepreneurs from all over the world to ensure that they remain in deep alignment with their own values and calling so that the work they do in the world is a true and divine reflection of who they are. This can be easier said than done when we are growing and changing all the time, but so necessary in bringing our spiritual and creative gifts to life in all we do.

Jane Hardwicke Collings on The Women’s Mysteries (E104)03 Apr 201900:30:48

Jane Hardwicke Collings is direct, bold and some would say unrelenting in her passion and purpose to help women reclaim rites of passage, long denied to them by the patriarchy.  You will soon learn, as my guest on The Priestess Podcast today, that Jane is a no holds barred Priestess of powerful proportions, and her desire for women to feel more deeply connected to the cycle of life through birth, menarche, pregnancy, menopause, decay and death. Todays podcast is going to be of particular interest to you if you are a bleeding woman or one who is potentially going through the life stage of peri-menopause or menopause - or if you have ever birthed a baby. Such things are of course not synonymous with being or identifying as a woman, however for many of us they play a hugely significant role in our lives - and not always in a positive way. Jane’s mission in life is to change this which she is absolutely doing through her worldwide events, workshops, books, teachings and the School of Shamanic Womancraft which she founded.

Abigail Mensah-Bonsu on Working with the Goddess (E101)13 Mar 201900:34:53

If it’s one thing I know for sure it’s that Priestess Podcast listeners LOVE when we talk all things Goddess. And I can hardly blame you for that because I love talking about Her too. And my guest today Abigail Mensah-Bonsu is passionate about the role of the Goddess in her life and inspiring other women to also connect with her beauty, power and energy. Like me, Abigail believes that the Goddess is simply a reflection of what is already within you and that she lives inside all of us. How much we see Her and desire to work with Her then becomes up to our own curiosity, exploration and willingness. She is always always there for us when we are ready.

Sarah J Thompson on Body Liberation (E99)27 Feb 201900:35:43

What is true body liberation? Why do we have such a loaded and emotive relationship with the word fat? How has our dominant paradigm in the world come to be one where thinness is celebrated as the ideal and most desired body type? And what does it mean to have a loving and liberatory relationship with your body if you are non-binary?  These are the questions - and so much more - that my brilliant and wonderful guest on The Priestess Podcast today - Sarah J Thompson and I are talking about. If you consider yourself someone who wants to create body positive spaces either in person or online - or you’re simply trying to have a richer and more beautiful relationship with your own body, Sarah’s words are here to inspire and set you free.

Hinetera Marino on Embodiment (E98)20 Feb 201900:32:06

We all have a body right? Right. But how connected are we to that body even though it is the thing that allows us to breathe, and hopefully do many other things as well such as eat, move, hug and more? You would think we would be very connected but often due to things such as trauma, pain and avoidance, we are disconnected from our bodies and not appreciative for all they do for us. This in turn impacts our spiritual journeys and development, as our guest on The Priestess Podcast today Hinetera Marino shares with us. Hinetera explains what true embodiment really is and how we can engage in simple but powerful practices to truly ground ourselves in the divine homes that house our hearts and souls.

Amy E. Smith on People Pleasing (E97)13 Feb 201900:30:41

People pleasing is a diss-ease that impacts the lives of so many people, particularly in my experience those who identify as women. We place the needs of other people - even those we don’t love or even know - way ahead of our own. We are often more worried about what others think of us than we are ourselves. And we give up our power in an attempt to get people to like or approve of us, even though such things are out of our control.  If you recognise yourself in any of those traits or behaviours then my guest today on The Priestess Podcast Amy E.Smith is your woman. She’s here to talk to us about people pleasing, why it’s so detrimental to us as spiritual beings having a lived human experience, and what we can do to turn it around once and for all.

Shanda Catrice on Your Love Style (E96)06 Feb 201900:32:04

If you are blessed, every now and again you get to have a conversation with someone that impacts you at a soul level. I knew this was going to be the case with my guest today, Shanda Catrice, before I even pressed record for our interview where we talk all about your love style. Shanda had a calm presence and deep way of interacting that made me instantly know she knew her stuff. Shanda has been helping women and men with relationships with others and themselves for more than ten years and it’s very obvious she’s brilliant at it. My conversation with her - in just 30 minutes - changed how I see love. And helped me - as I am sure it will you - understand how we relate to others has so much to do with our childhood patterns and what we may need to look at in our shadow to truly experience love in a whole and healed way.
