2: Hat-tricks and charge downs

They explore what happened with Liv McGoverne’s charged down conversion as Philippa consults the law book, before surveying the selections in the PWR Team of the Week. We hear reaction from an unimpressed Nathan Smith at Loughborough, a frustrated Ross Chisholm at Quins and Saracens’ Alex Austerberry reacts to the news that the 2025 PWR Final will be held at their StoneX ground. 
Bristol head coach Dave Ward looks ahead to Round 3 where we have two repeats of last season’s semi-finals and we meet our first recorded Power Pals. Plus Rownita Marston-Mulhearn answers One Question and poses a classic of her own.

4: Chiefs Liv it up and Millie whizzes by

It's another bumper episode of The Power Pod as Philippa and Nick welcome guests Liv McGoverne from Exeter Chiefs, Saracens' Sydney Gregson and coach Mouritz Botha. We also hear from 'Millie Whizz' as the Bristol winger grabbed a brace last weekend and Sean Lynn looks ahead to the Circus heading to the StoneX.

Most importantly, we'll hear the best examination from Zainab Alema as to who would win in a fight - a bear or a tiger.

5: All eyes on the P W Maher

8: Red carpets and mud baths

After a stellar trip to Monaco, Philippa Tuttiett comes back to earth to rejoin Nick Heath and review a stormy Round 7 in the PWR with two home and two away wins on the board.

We hear from Gloucester Hartpury boss Sean Lynn and ask about his interest in the Wales top job; there's a chat with Sale Sharks' Rachel Taylor ahead of Sharks hosting Tigers in Round 8 as each go in search of a first season win.

We'll hear Ellie Kildunne chatting after her incredible World Player of the Year award win, plus we hear Zoe Harrison answering this week's One Question.

9: The Eagle has landed
