We always need to unpack, because if we continue to let hate, bitterness, anger and the ills of life keep us back, we will suffer the consequences. There is always hope, don't ever doubt it.

Sometimes in life you feel trapped and there's no way out. That's how a hole feels, stagnant and loss like chains. Try to reconstruct the mind of self. Speak the positive of what you want your life to be. It's not always easy but step by step, keep the faith and follow through with hope, faith and prays.

Just like the cardinal points that directs us, We have our arrows to that helps us be focus. Every path in life has a challenge, and to navigate out path in life we need directions. Let your eyes be the arrows to see beyond.

Chains are the only tool or weapon used to hold you back, but you can break free and regain your life. See the bigger picture of self and don'r let your vision die,

Do you ever wonder if photos could speak. It may be a photo of a love one and you wish that the photo can speak to you. Memories will always live on and especially if a loved one passed on or left and went away. It might be a relationship gone bad and the words didn't come out the right way. It can be anyone that was close or is close to you, but this poem is about my mom that passed and her picture. Do enjoy.

What's in a name? A name is special as it can be powerful. It can carry you through to success, it is strength and representation of who you are.

Being natural is all that it takes. Just self taking time to know self without the cover up and the add ons. Being natural can make you see new perspectives of self. Growth and development that speaks to self, it's time to move forward and become who you aught to be.

It's a cry from a woman, the feeling of lost, pain, at times cleansing. It's pain that can be carried on for years that it runs deep inside. But a woman's strength can keep her and teach her how to stand. (This is just a trial run of what to expect for Thursday.)

Not all the time we will have a straightened crown. We need to fix it at all times. Sometimes it's twisted for a reason, because of life journeys. It will take you for a ride, but try not to get lost. Just rest, reset, reboot and try one step at a time to fix self.
