About J. Scot Heathman:

  1. Scot Heathman’s life is marked by a desire to shoot for the skies.

Raised in Minnesota with traditional Midwest values, he was an active participant in school, sports, and his community. However, his greatest passion emerged at just three years old, when he saw Star Wars in the theater for the first time.

That day, he knew he was destined to fly airplanes. This dream prompted a 25-year career in the Air Force, during which time he became a colonel, combat instructor pilot, squadron commander, and eventually an Air Force base commander leading and serving roughly 14,000 personnel.

In 2019, however, his resilience would be tested beyond anything he had ever experienced. Following a car accident, doctors discovered he had a brain tumor. The next year was spent in observation and eventually culminated in a nearly ten-hour surgery.

Despite four months of extreme therapy to learn how to walk, talk, see, and regain his balance, J. Scot returned as the Base Commander for Scott Air Force Base in Illinois, only to go through 30 rounds of radiation, all while under the global pandemic.

This experience taught him how impactful his lessons could be in inspiring others and prompted a unique opportunity to elevate others. So, in 2022, he retired from the Air Force and set out to bring his ideas of courage and a proven leadership style to help corporate and senior leaders command their own cultures.

Today, J. Scot inspires CEOs to front-line leaders to ‘command with courage’ so they can unleash the force within their team, ignite their innovative spirit, and skyrocket their bottom line.

His Commander Level coaching/training programs, along with his keynote presentations, inspire his clients to lead with relatability and respect and embrace their vulnerability and emotional intelligence for positive change. J. Scot has Master’s degrees in Organizational Leadership, Operational Planning & Strategy, and National Security & Strategic Studies, and is certified in Emotional Intelligence and Wiley’s Everything DiSC curriculum and assessments, designed to take leadership performance to the highest altitudes.

He has earned the 2024 Emotional Intelligence Facilitator and Retired Colonel of the Year award from the International Association of Top Professionals.

He contributed to “The Military Effect: Fifty Stories of Those Who Have Served” by Scott Manthorne and author of the upcoming book “Command With Courage: Elevating Beyond Adversity,” a release date to be announced.

About Dr. Cindy’s Guest:

Wendy Branchfield has worked professionally within the human growth and potential realm for more than 32 years, servicing her own clients as well as physician-referred clients.

As an EFT/emotional freedom technique practitioner, Wendy assists those who are “stuck” in uncovering, processing, and releasing the subconscious blocks, beliefs, and programming that literally keep them from taking appropriate action toward their goals.

Whether the goal is professional, weight-loss, or interpersonal relationships, we cannot reach them unless we consistently and consciously take appropriate action. Additionally, Wendy has had extreme success in assisting both men and women to process the entire spectrum of trauma.

Is EFT therapy scientifically proven? When measured against the standards of the American Psychological Association's Division 12 Task Force on Empirically Validated Treatments, EFT is found to be an “evidence-based” practice for anxiety, depression, phobias, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Dr. Cindy’s Book - Positively Altered: Finding Happiness in the Bottom of a Chemo Bag tells the story of her walk through Hodgkin’s lymphoma and all that her journey revealed about who she is and how she chooses to overcome what life throws at her.

About Dr. Cindy’s Guest:

At fourteen years old, Dr. Alessendra Colón was diagnosed with stage four Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. After doctors gave her a 25 percent chance to live, she underwent advanced chemotherapy and radiation, leading her to remission.

Surviving her greatest struggle powered her love of health and life. “Looking back, it dawned on me that I had gained so much more than growing my hair back,” she says. “Beating cancer had given me the push to become more knowledgeable about the human body, nutrition, and natural prevention of disease.”

After graduating from The University of Arizona with a bachelor’s degree in science, Dr. Colón’s devotion led her to pursue her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Daytona, Florida. At Palmer, she was challenged and instructed by leading professionals in the field and augmented her skill set with proficiencies in sports therapy, rehabilitation, and nutritional guidance.

During her studies, Dr. Colón wanted to both test her abilities further and reach out to a global community. Between 2010 and 2012, she traveled to the Grenadines, the Dominican Republic, and India, offering free chiropractic care to over 4,000 people. Her commitment to promoting optimal health and well-being has been integral in freeing people from pain and increasing her patients’ whole-body performance ever since.

Amanda shares how traditional pharmacy couldn't save her parents from diabetes complications, leading her to discover the root cause: insulin resistance. Discover natural alternatives like Yerba Mate tea, the power of intermittent fasting, and why "don't fear fat" should be your new motto. Amanda's mother-in-law reversed diabetes in 9 months—proof that simple solutions work!

About Amanda Yue:

Dr. Amanda is a functional medicine practitioner, pharmacist, MELT and yoga instructor, and an Insulin IQ-certified coach. She is known as the Root Cause Pharmacist.

She is passionate about healing the whole body, not just addressing symptoms.

As a retail pharmacist for over 30 years, Dr.  Amanda grew increasingly frustrated with how our conventional healthcare system focuses on treating symptoms rather than addressing the root cause. When she became unwell, she turned to holistic approaches outside the conventional system to restore her health.

Through these holistic modalities, she transformed her own health. Her mission now is to help others achieve sustainable health outcomes by addressing the root cause of their conditions.

She discovered a simple protocol that often works better than medication for chronic health issues. Along the way, she learned that insulin resistance is at the root of most chronic health conditions, yet it is rarely addressed (or tested for) in conventional care.

It’s time to shift the focus toward prevention and root-cause solutions.
