Sometimes all we need to change our lives is a wake up call, whether its to make better health choices, financial decisions, or maybe to get out of that relationship.

Whatever your wake up call is; listen to it because it just might save your life.

We all want closure whether its regarding a break up, or divorce or even if you lost friends, or a job opportunity;

but what if I tell you that forgiving and letting go is one way to receive the closure that we need?

Setting boundaries can be in fact tough at times especially for thoae of us with kind hearts;

but in order to protect your kind heart, your peace of mind and your peace overall;

Its important that you set healthy boundaries in place so that your loved ones, friends or coworkers knows not to cross that line if they expect a healthy friendship or bond to last.

Its okay to work a little overtime from time to time; but don't allow your job to abuse your kindness know when to say no to your boss who's "asking" you to work or cover for someone on your day off.

We all go through things in life; and in those situations we msy face its easy to feel like you're all alone.

but actually you have alot of people who care for you and will always be there for you through your storms and in this video I'll be breaking it down.

We all have busy lives in that busyness we have work, family, relationships and friends and of course bills.

but through all of that you also have a purpose to pursue; a dream to chase in order to make it happen you must learn how to make time for your purpose after or before work.

and in this episode I'll be breaking it all down so tune and join the conversation as we discuss all this and more.

Loving someone can be hard especially someone you've been with for years but loving someone can be a little easier if you both learn to be patient with one another instead of being against each other all the time.
