What's The Problem With Most Podcasting Consultants ? - The Podcast Industry Report Episode #104

mardi 11 octobre 2016Durée 15:13

We, as an industry, are giving way too much attention to experience, and not enough attention to expertise. It's not how much anyone has done in this space, it's what results have they seen.

When we, as an industry, stop celebrating time over results, we'll grow in some amazing ways.

If you are looking for a podcast consultant, look for expertise over experience.

If you are looking to become a podcast consultant, promote your expertise over your experience.

Big Idea –

Don't confuse experience with expertise.
