Extensive sleep studies show that children who regularly sleep for 40-50-minutes longer than their peers have higher IQs. Did you know that a teenager's circadian rhythm shifts forwards 1-3 hours compared with an adult, so when you drag them out of bed at 07:00 that can be as early as 04:00 in REAL terms? When was the last time there was a serious discussion about the impact of proper and careful sleep on psychological fitness? This week I train my laser onto the parents suing the DfE over the repulsive sex-ed being taught in UK schools. Whilst I agree it is DISGUSTING, it is FAR from the only problem in education right now. If these parents were truly concerned about what is going on in UK schools (Government Indoctrination Centres), then they'd be suing the DfE over the piss-poor academic standards first and foremost! I also get stuck into the FAKESTREAM media regarding movie: Sound of Freedom - it has NOTHING to do with Q-Anon!
