If you are expecting or have a newborn, sleep can cause a lot of anxiety. We hope this episode gives you some peace of mind in knowing there are tools and information to help you thrive with your newborn! -What is the Owlet device, how does it work, and what differentiates it from other newborn sleep products? -How can the Owlet device give PEACE OF MIND to new parents? -We chat about the Owlet's FDA clearance (which is a big deal for a newborn product)!! -We talk about new parents and anxiety, especially as it relates to newborn sleep overnight (worrying if the baby is breathing, not being able to get adequate rest, worries about SIDS, etc.) -How long and how often/what times of day to use the Owlet monitor? -We chat about Owlet false alarms (the biggest topic of conversation when deciding to purchase this product). -The cost of the Owlet, and how insurance can be used. -Owlet's Mission and what they are doing behind the scenes to help as many families as possible.
