Iain Clifford and the members of The Republic of Old Souls are now suffering massively as a result of a handful of selfish people who lack integrity. Its like watching a blockbuster movie right now. ..... will good prevail?In this chat Iain explains how the misuse of Order 34 and certain individuals, have exploited the situation to gain unwarranted power. To fill in the blanks Iain created a documentary "Entrapment by Design" featuring his work on credit recovery, which led to his arrest in June 2023 by 13 police officers. He was interrogated for 13 hours by FCA officers but was not asked about the need for a financial services license. Iain explained that his organisation, a PMA, does not require licensing as it provides an admin service without guaranteed outcomes, including tax filings, which are not regulated by the FCA.He moved to Bali and then North Cyprus to avoid jurisdictional issues and potential imprisonment for contempt of court. In this conversation Iain shares his motivation for challenging the system, which evolved from a desire for revenge to a commitment to restoring integrity and transparency, particularly in the mortgage industry. Iain discusses his legal battle with the FCA, highlighting issues with the prosecution's legitimacy due to a non-existent prosecutor and lack of evidence against him. He explains how he invoked a court of record, which was prevented by security staff removing his attorney in fact. Despite these challenges, the FCA issued a sentence against the body corporate, claiming Iain spent 30% of frozen funds, an accusation he disputes. Iain noted that the Envoy Shield strategy worked, allowing him to pursue cases at the European Court of Human Rights and the International Criminal Court.Iain discussed his legal battles, including a libel case and a civil constraint order that prevented him from filing any cases in the UK judiciary system. He explained the structure of 3,000 individual trusts set up in the United States to recoup bank payments and mortgages for members, with 35 appointed trustees. Amy Sanger was appointed as the head of the trustee group in January 2025 and later created a US domestic trust, transferring nearly $700,000 from an Indonesian company to MTRXF Ministry Trust, of which Iain was the grantor.Amy Sanger had created a secret trust indenture in January 2025, making herself the grantor, responsible party, and trustee without Iain's knowledge, leading to significant financial complications. Despite Iain being the head honcho of the trust, Amy's actions resulted in the closure of bank accounts and access denial, leaving the organisation with no operational funds to pay contractors and overheads. Iain emphasised that Amy's refusal to cooperate and the subsequent actions of David Ayerist, who attempted to blackmail him for a share of recoupments, further exacerbated the situation. The saga continues but Iain insists good will win, and that members will get their recoupments. Paul Yates is an ex-professional musician of 20 years having written and released albums; singles, videos, and toured extensively throughout Europe and the British Isles with his band Syndicate. Paul is now focused on teaching and helping people to transform their situations by using contract law and legislation. Having read many spiritual, religious and philosophy books Paul turned to legislation. It was combed thoroughly in the search to find solutions to problems of debt and unfair legal impositions. Solutions were found – and quite easily, and so began the process of refining a system for getting a resolution to debt issues via using the legislation in combination with a few clever letters.Court became a common destination. This process took place over a period of about twenty years and was some of the most important schooling there is.An initial short book was written to summarise the method during the summer of 2019, called ‘Ditch the Debt, Rob the Bank, and Sail off into the Sunset. It sold a few copies but left many questions unanswered; and so, work started on the new book that would cover every aspect of the process. Then came the first lockdown in March of 2020 and it was fully anticipated that there would be huge fallout from that. It was expected that the debt situation would become a crisis story for many, and so work on the new book escalated considerably. The Title is Unimportant was the result of many years of trial and error and offered a comprehensive understanding of the credit / debt situation and how it has been entirely fabricated to build the debt prison in which most of the population reside. It was published through Debt Ninjas on Amazon and stands as the only book of its kind to first offer a correct understanding of the situation, and then the tools by which to get oneself out of the problem. It is based entirely on Law and Legislation and focuses on the heart of the issue – which is the failure by the banks to be able to produce a legally valid contract between the parties. Very many people are using the book to great effect to educate themselves about the situation and get themselves out of the problem, without the need for hiring expensive alleged gurus and lawyers to do the work for them. As The Title is Unimportant was being written, a second book, a novel, was being written simultaneously. Poking Crocodiles is set in New York, and is the fictional story of three characters that use the process and cause the banks and debt collectors major headaches. As it says on the back cover – this is a true story, it just hasn’t happened yet. Following the success of these books it became evident that a third book was required, as the pushback of the situation wasn’t enough for many people – they wanted now to go after the banks for what they’ve done. So, The Big Stick was written – again another workbook, that explores all of the legal and lawful remedies available, and the charges that one can bring against the banks and credit card companies for their behaviour. Again, this book is centered around law and legislation, and sets out the precise steps one must follow to produce a solid case against their tormentor.Both The Title is Unimportant and The Big Stick are available in paperback, hard cover, audiobook, and Kindle formats.
