Jesse Holland, CPM, MBA, is the President and Founder of Sunrise Management & Consulting, bringing over 35 years of real estate expertise to the table. Renee Zahn is a Managing Director of Real Estate for Greystar and oversees the management operations for the Central West division that includes offices in Austin and San Antonio. Her responsibilities include leading the teams that support a 51,000+ unit portfolio, strategic operations for both current and new clients, as well as pre-development consulting.
Since joining Greystar in 2002, Renee has served in every onsite role and operations leadership role. She is very active in the local and state level Apartment Associations. She served the Austin Apartment Association as President in 2018 and will serve as the Texas Apartment Association President in 2025. Renee works alongside the government affairs team and represents the industry testifying in front of the state legislature on industry related bills.
Renee received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from the University of Texas. Additionally, she holds her Certified Property Manager designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management and a Women’s Leadership Certificate from the Yale School of Management.

Bob Knakal has been a broker in NYC since 1984.
Over that time, he has brokered the sale of over 2,329 buildings having a market value of approximately $22 billion.
For 26 years of those years (1988-2014), he owned and ran Massey Knakal Realty Services which sold more than 3x the number of properties as the #2 firm in NYC from 2001-2014.
Running the firm with a Servant Leadership management style, focusing on empowering everyone on the team, intensely training them and building their self-esteem, led to this overwhelmingly dominant platform.
The firm was sold to Cushman & Wakefield in 2014 for $100 million.
The Massey Knakal Legacy is illustrated by the fact that today in the New York City investment sales market, there are 29 companies, or divisions of companies, that are either owned by, or run by, folks who learned the business at Massey Knakal.

Amanda Cox serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Bellaire Services Corporation and Bellaire Multifamily Management.
Within Bellaire Services Corporation, she leads the team in asset acquisition efforts and monitors performance through the lifecycle of the portfolio.
Within Bellaire Multifamily Management, Amanda supports the property operations team, leads value-add initiatives, and spearheads business development efforts. She is passionate about being a solution to underserved Texas syndications and has successfully built the third party business for the firm directly through referrals who have witnessed and attested to her leadership.
Ms. Cox has spent the last 17 years in multifamily property management, and before joining Bellaire Services Corporation, she was overseeing 11k units amongst 8 markets across Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas as a Regional Vice President of Operations with one of the largest Texas based property management firms.
She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, of which she served as the President of the Austin Chapter in 2020, and actively holds a seat in the International Governing Council for the organization.
She is a mentor to many and is also a strong believer in knowledge growth, thus she is continuously expanding her industry knowledge beyond her B.A. in Business Management from Texas State University by achieving her CAM in 2013, ARM in 2014, and earned her CPM designation in 2016.

She serves on the board of the Atlanta Apartment Association and is the 2021 past chair of the Atlanta Apartment Association.
