- Initially good news, mortgage rates are starting to drop - even with another rate rise and 1, if not 2, more due in the coming months. It appears to be the big lenders fighting for their future pipeline, listen in to hear Tony and Anna's views on this.
- Landlords are more likely to sell than buy a property as the market flutuates, rates increase and margins are stretched.
- The panel discuss the Renter's Reform Bill - with some interesting insights on Section 21 from Phil and Anna.
- Landlords are selling up before the end of a tenancy, according to research, what does that mean for the renter? Homelessness? Jay asks Tony if a landlord can see a property as a 'going concern' - take a listen to what his response is. You might learn something.
- Jay has a rant about social housing - the lack of and the state of social landlord homes compared to the private market.
There is so much more besides too - no more spoilers!
