新聞令人心碎,無法飛到現場,但願意用心,輕輕走近。

此刻,你我手中若有一顆葡萄、一小口茶,就讓我們在味覺中,練習慈悲與不執著。

楞嚴經經文云:
「甜苦淡二種妄塵,發知居中,吸此塵象,名知味性;
此知味性,離彼甜苦及淡二塵,畢竟無體。」
寶篋印陀羅尼經⠀
「文文句句放大光明,照觸三途苦具皆辟,
眾生脫苦,佛種牙萌,隨意往生十方淨土。」


正念味覺冥想 ⠀
輕輕拿起你手中的食物,像接過一顆星辰。不急著吃,先觀它的形狀、氣味、質地,意識到它來自土地與眾生。⠀
含入口中時,不急著咀嚼,覺察:甜,是甜嗎?苦,是苦嗎?還是只是轉瞬即逝的幻象?⠀
覺知「知味」這個能力本身,也是無常且無我的。⠀
在心中輕念一句:「願以此味,回施苦難眾生,願他們離苦、願他們得安。」⠀

願此味覺之心,不為享樂所轉,
願此呼吸,輕輕化為光,照觸塵世苦難,
願每一位逝去的靈魂,乘願而行,往生淨土,願我們尚在此岸的人,活出慈悲與覺醒。

祈願今日我們以覺知擁抱世界,所嚐的每一味,都能成為一場靜靜的祝福。

Let Go of the Composite Form

Under the quiet glow of the Strawberry Moon, we arrive at Episode 78.

This week’s episode is about letting go-not running away, but gently seeing things for what they are, and loosening the grip we didn’t realize we were holding.

Last Friday, I attended the premiere of The World Between Us 2, a deeply moving Taiwanese drama now streaming across 240 countries via Amazon Prime Video.
In the show, there’s a mental health facility called Chingyun mental health hospital-a space for reflection, for breakdown, for healing. That fictional place is based on a real one: an oil painting I created last year, late at night, in solitude. I painted it because I, too, needed a place to rest my mind. Somehow, that image made its way into the show’s visual language-just as our quiet intentions often ripple further than we expect.

This episode centers on a line from the Diamond Sutra:

“A composite form cannot truly be spoken of. But ordinary people become attached to it.”

When we say:
“I failed.”
“They hurt me.”
“This is who I am.”
-we’re clinging to a composite form: a temporary bundle of feelings, memories, stories, and physical reactions. We treat that moment as the whole truth.
But mindfulness gently reminds us:
These identities are assembled, moment by moment. They are not fixed.
And they are not who we truly are.

In this episode, I’ll guide you through a simple mindfulness practice to help you see these “composite forms” clearly-then let them go, breath by breath.

Just like the Strawberry Moon:
It is full-not for anyone.
It shines-not to prove anything.
It simply is.

What would it feel like if we could live like that, too?

楞嚴經-The Leng-Yen-King與20分鐘Mindfulness Meditation-觀照妙明真心,處理疼痛與困難。

楞嚴經經典全名為《大佛頂如來密因修證了義諸菩薩萬行首楞嚴經》,簡稱《大佛頂首楞嚴經》、《大佛頂經》、《首楞嚴經》,一般稱之為《楞嚴經》(Śūraṅgama Sūtra;梵語:शूरङ्गम सूत्),為大乘佛教經典。

在明朝與清朝後,曾有:「自從一讀楞嚴後,不看人間糟粕書!」的說法,爲佛學家高度重視與肯定。2010年中國河南南陽菩提寺保存一函《楞嚴經》的梵文貝葉經。被鑑定為國家一級文物, 226葉,殘缺6葉,字體圓形,係印度南方古文字,據稱為唐代梵文《楞嚴經》孤本。

第一位將楞嚴經英譯的人,是英國傳教士Joseph Edkins,將楞嚴經第一卷英譯,其譯為 Śūraṃgama-sūtra, The Leng-Yen-King

The Diamond Sutra (Sanskrit: Vajracchedikā Prajñāpāramitā Sūtra) is one of the most important sutras in Buddhist philosophy and is highly valued in both traditional Chinese and Japanese societies. Originally written in Sanskrit, it has been translated into many languages, including Mandarin and English.

The Diamond Sutra (Sanskrit: Vajracchedikā Prajñāpāramitā Sūtra) is one of the most important sutras in Buddhist philosophy and is highly valued in both traditional Chinese and Japanese societies. Originally written in Sanskrit, it has been translated into many languages, including Mandarin and English.

在明朝與清朝後,曾有:「自從一讀楞嚴後,不看人間糟粕書!」的說法,爲佛學家高度重視與肯定。2010年中國河南南陽菩提寺保存一函《楞嚴經》的梵文貝葉經。被鑑定為國家一級文物, 226葉,殘缺6葉,字體圓形,係印度南方古文字,據稱為唐代梵文《楞嚴經》孤本。

第一位將楞嚴經英譯的人,是英國傳教士Joseph Edkins,將楞嚴經第一卷英譯,其譯為 Śūraṃgama-sūtra, The Leng-Yen-King

本集進入楞嚴經第二卷,再以Mindfulness Meditation- Mindful Breathing 清淨所瞩,此精妙明,誠汝見性。清淨本心,觀照身心健康,即使在紛亂壓力之中,依然生出蓮花。

在明朝與清朝後,曾有:「自從一讀楞嚴後,不看人間糟粕書!」的說法,爲佛學家高度重視與肯定。2010年中國河南南陽菩提寺保存一函《楞嚴經》的梵文貝葉經。被鑑定為國家一級文物, 226葉,殘缺6葉,字體圓形,係印度南方古文字,據稱為唐代梵文《楞嚴經》孤本。

第一位將楞嚴經英譯的人,是英國傳教士Joseph Edkins,將楞嚴經第一卷英譯,其譯為 Śūraṃgama-sūtra, The Leng-Yen-King

In this episode, I will introduce the content of the Diamond Sutra, and will take all of you to practice mindfulness meditation.
The Diamond Sutra (Sanskrit: Vajracchedikā Prajñāpāramitā Sūtra) is one of the most important sutras in Buddhist philosophy and is highly valued in both traditional Chinese and Japanese societies. Originally written in Sanskrit, it has been translated into many languages, including Mandarin and English.
Mindfulness meditation-The mindful self inquiry is a wonderful way to investigate any feelings you’d like to know about. Acknowledging your fears and inquiring into them in this way will open the door to deeper understanding and with it, compassion and peace. Please do this practice in a relaxing environment without distractions.

楞嚴經經典全名為《大佛頂如來密因修證了義諸菩薩萬行首楞嚴經》,簡稱《大佛頂首楞嚴經》、《大佛頂經》、《首楞嚴經》,一般稱之為《楞嚴經》(Śūraṅgama Sūtra;梵語:शूरङ्गम सूत्),為大乘佛教經典。

在明朝與清朝後,曾有:「自從一讀楞嚴後,不看人間糟粕書!」的說法,爲佛學家高度重視與肯定。2010年中國河南南陽菩提寺保存一函《楞嚴經》的梵文貝葉經。被鑑定為國家一級文物, 226葉,殘缺6葉,字體圓形,係印度南方古文字,據稱為唐代梵文《楞嚴經》孤本。

第一位將楞嚴經英譯的人,是英國傳教士Joseph Edkins,將楞嚴經第一卷英譯,其譯為 Śūraṃgama-sūtra, The Leng-Yen-King

佛法法語——識陰的虛妄與無我
佛陀於《楞嚴經》中透過「瓶中虛空」的譬喻,向阿難尊者開示:識陰,亦即我們的分別意識
1. 虛空不因瓶的移動而改變
以「頻伽瓶」裝空,帶往遠方,說明空並未因瓶的移動而改變。這提醒我們:意識的流轉並非外境所致,而是內心對「我」的執著使然。當我們執著於「我」與「他」的分別,便如同誤認瓶中虛空為實有一般,形成對自我的錯誤認知。
2. 識陰的虛妄
當瓶口開啟,虛空並未流出,因為虛空本無形相,非實質可得。同樣地,識陰乃幻化,非真實之我,若執著識陰為實,便落入輪迴不息。佛陀教導我們:唯有透過正念,才能照見識陰的虛妄,不再被妄念牽引。
正念觀照——從瓶中虛空看識陰的運作

1. 覺察心念的無常與空性
如同瓶中虛空,念頭看似存在,實則無形無相,瞬息即滅。
2. 放下執著,安住當下
我們常因執著於過去的記憶或未來的擔憂,而錯過當下的寧靜。佛陀提醒我們,識陰是虛妄的,無法真正擁有,唯有透過呼吸的專注,才能安住當下,回歸內心的平靜。

3. 認識無我,減少分別心
佛陀教導識陰的運作充滿分別,導致我們對人、事、物產生固有的成見,增長煩惱。透過正念,我們能夠學習放下對「我」的執著,培養開放與包容的心態,減少內心的對立。

實踐正念:從識陰的虛妄回歸本心
《楞嚴經》提醒我們,當我們不再執著於識陰,即能回歸心的本然清淨。讓我們在生活中,時時觀照,安住於當下,以正念遠離煩惱,回歸平靜。
每日正念提醒:

  1. 以覺察心觀照念頭的起伏,提醒自己念頭無自性,無需執著。
  2. 在生活中實踐放下,接受變化,培養隨順因緣的智慧。
  3. 透過深呼吸,穩定內心,將專注力帶回當下。


願我們以正念之心,行於智慧與慈悲的道路上。

正念覺知減壓引導:回歸本心,擁抱當下

步驟:

  1. 接納當下,安住呼吸
  2. 將注意力帶回呼吸,感受吸氣時的擴展與吐氣時的放鬆,提醒自己:「此刻,我與我的呼吸同在,我是安全的。」
  3. 掃描身體,釋放緊張
  4. 覺察頭部、肩膀、胸口的緊繃,透過深呼吸溫柔地釋放,讓自己慢慢回歸放鬆狀態。
  5. 與自己同在,安住於內在的寧靜
  6. 告訴自己:「我允許自己放下,接受當下的狀態,無論是焦慮或疲憊。」
  7. 以慈悲心擁抱自己
  8. 在心中輕聲對自己說:「願我身心安穩,願我平靜自在,願我擁有智慧與力量。」
  9. 帶著正念回到日常

在每日的練習中,找到內心真正的歸屬,活出自在與安穩。合十,祝福您平安喜樂。
