In this episode, I spoke to Sonya Barlow, founder of LMF Network (https://www.lmfnetwork.com/), an initiative to empower and promote diversity in tech. She has been named one of the most influential women in tech by ComputerWeekly.com and we discuss her life right now as a freelance speaker and tech consultant, hosting workshops and talks for the likes of PwC, Vodafone, Royal Mail, just to name a few.

And of course, I think more valuable than anything, Sonya and I had an extremely honest and open discussion about the difficulties she has faced and is currently facing in terms of workload, relationships with social media, the longevity of this platform she has built for herself and much much more! Trust me, you want to listen to this because it was truly humbling and inspiring.
