It's time to finish the fight...I mean rip and tear until it is done. There's a lot of unanswered questions, and we were OK with that, but they decided to answer those questions anyway. Our final dive into the lore of the latest DOOM installments is a road to madness, but fortunately special guest Colin stays long enough to be our shining knight against the horde of silly fantasy names.

There can be only 5 movies, two animated series, a live action TV series, several graphic novels, and an upcoming reboot. Learn the essentials of the saga everyone knows a little bit about but no one knows all of, as that knowledge is The Prize. Sean Connery resurrects in the second movie. We don't even cover that, it was so inconsequential it never came up but it's kinda crazy it just happened for no reason.

Did you know that the Varia suit is probably just a mistranslation of the English word Barrier, so Samus' suit was supposed to be called the Barrier Suit? Anyway that's one of the fun bits of trivia we could have done if we had more time but we didn't because we had to talk about how dumb Other M is.

Today it's about the genre book that spawned 1000 games all with the same niche. If it seems like a crazy fever dream, that's because originally it was one. Brace yourselves for the drop cause this one gets a little darker than Fortnite may make it seem.

Not every episode has to be about big flashy heroes and villains. Sometimes you just need a silly little guy. Like, most of the time all the listeners want is just a fun, silly, tiny creature that runs around and does things. Wouldn't it be nice if those silly little guys were running around for real?
