I'm obsessed with it, but there's something about, like, I'll go and do a breath work session and I'll like have a big release and I'll do all of that. And I love it, but I think there's power in sitting down one-to-one with someone. And you know, this probably with your one-to-one work with business, sitting down and saying, this is a personalized healing approach. "It was like a massive lightbulb went on when you said that you get into the DMs and you show them right away that you're the authority as opposed to saying, 'well, how are things going?' and just being more of a friend, and I never thought about it that way. I was like 'why do I keep getting stuck in this friend zone?' But it's like I'm carrying on a conversation as though I'm wanting to be their friend, not showing them, 'hey, I'm the expert. I'm the authority. I can help you, and I want to help you."

You better look at me in five years time or ten years time being like, 'holy smokes, you were good then but wow you are amazing now.' So it's a growth journey. It’s about putting one foot in front of the other. In today’s social media, we look at people’s highlight reels and we think, 'oh wow that must have happened overnight.' The fact of the matter is that anything worth value takes time; it takes years; it takes decades.”

One of the most important parts of making sales is having conversations and pitching ourselves and our products to potential clients, so it’s necessary to make sure that our words and phrases are reflecting us in an ideal light. There are many common phrases that you might use right now in your sales calls that I would love for you to absolutely quit saying immediately if you want to grow your sales.
Some of theses phrases are: I know you’re busy, but… Are you free for five minutes? Sorry for the follow-up Not sure if you got my last message/email I hope you are doing well Can I pick your brain for a minute? “What you say really allows the other person to hear you from a different way and we want you to make sure that you’re always showing up as an expert, we want to make sure you’re always showing up as an authority, and we want to makes sure that you’re always showing up as someone who is, I don’t want to say higher than them, but definitely not coming down to chase anybody. A lot of the time the words in which we use in our sales conversations, actually have us chasing and in a needy energy, and we absolutely want to try and shift that right away.”

If you’re having a hard time selling, think about what makes you buy from someone and apply that to your business. How to find your ideal client, and why we need to be reaching out to the right people for sales. Your first launch is going to be messy, so we need to give ourselves permission to learn from it. “We want to make sure that we’re bringing in the right people to the sales funnel, and at the top of the sales funnel is leads. No matter where you are in your business, if you’ve never sold a client or you are an eight figure business, leads are still the most important thing you need in your business at all times. Then in the center, there is this place that is nurturing and right now what is happening is you are nurturing people. If you're nurturing people in this circle, but they aren’t the right people, we’re actually wasting time, energy, money, resources, and all these other things, because after nurture comes the buy.
