| #332 Mastering Business Content: Jon Clemence’s Advice for Entrepreneurs | 08 Oct 2024 | 00:22:06 | |
Today, I had the pleasure of speaking with Jon Clemence, a talented editor and writer who runs his own editing and writing agency. Jon’s dedication to helping businesses communicate effectively is truly inspiring. Jon’s journey into editing and writing started long before it became his profession. “I’ve always loved writing, reading, and editing,” he told me. His passion for literature continued through college and seminary, where he enjoyed editing classmates’ papers just for fun. However, it wasn’t until the COVID-19 pandemic that Jon considered editing as a career. After losing his job, he reflected on his true interests: “I realized that editing and proofreading could be more than just a hobby. I wondered, could I make a living from this? And it turns out, I could!” Jon turned a setback into an opportunity, building a thriving business that helps clients enhance their content to attract and convert website visitors into loyal clients. Jon shared valuable insights on common mistakes businesses make with their content: “When you know your product inside and out, it’s easy to assume everyone else does too. But that’s not the case.” His key advice is to write with the customer in mind: “Put on your customer goggles and make your content engaging.” Jon’s top tips for improving business writing include: 1. **Start with a Hook:** “We live in an attention economy,” Jon noted. “Grab your reader’s attention immediately with a compelling story, statistic, or bold statement.”
2. **Focus on Formatting:** Jon emphasized the importance of readability: “Break up text into shorter paragraphs and use headers. Most people skim, especially on mobile devices.” 3. **Include a Call to Action:** “Every piece of content should guide the reader to the next step, whether it’s contacting you, signing up for a newsletter, or making a purchase.” Jon’s clients value the peace of mind he provides: “When I send you something, I don’t have to worry.” He delivers high-quality work on time, saving clients both time and effort. “It’s hard to put a dollar amount on that, but the value is undeniable,” he said. Jon also shared his personal and professional goals, including his desire to grow his business through marketing and sales. Beyond business, Jon dreams of taking his wife on an Alaskan cruise and traveling to Ireland, Germany, and England. As we wrapped up, Jon left us with powerful advice: “Lean into the fear. Whatever that next step is that you’re afraid of, that’s probably exactly what you need to do.” Jon’s journey is a reminder that following your passion, even through challenges, can lead to rewarding opportunities. If you’d like to learn more about Jon and his work, connect with him on LinkedIn or visit Cedar Press Proofreading. | #322 Jackie Dighans: A Journey of Faith, Family, and Transformation | 28 Sep 2024 | 00:22:01
EP.322 Caroline Biesalski with guest Jackie Dighans from Milescity, USA In my latest episode of "The Inspired Podcast," I had the pleasure of interviewing Jackie Dighans, a remarkable woman whose journey of faith, motherhood, and personal transformation is nothing short of inspiring. Jackie is not only a devoted wife of 30 years and a mother of 10, but she’s also a covenant life coach, author, and a woman deeply connected to her spiritual path. Our conversation was filled with wisdom, warmth, and insights that left me—and I hope will leave you—deeply inspired. Jackie’s journey into coaching was divinely led. After homeschooling her children for nearly 20 years and transitioning seven of them to public school, she felt a calling to pursue something new. At first, she didn’t even know what coaching was, but through a series of events, she found herself stepping into this new role. It was a journey marked by obedience to God, one that began with a significant family business closure and her husband’s struggle with depression. Through these challenges, Jackie discovered that her next step was not only homeschooling during the pandemic but also deepening her own spiritual education through Bible school. What struck me most was how Jackie’s experience as a mother profoundly shaped her coaching approach. Managing a household of 10 children required her to let go of control, trust in God’s plan, and learn to live from a place of rest—a lesson she now teaches her clients. She shared how the daily demands of life taught her to find peace in the chaos, a skill that is essential for anyone looking to balance life’s responsibilities with spiritual growth. As a covenant life coach, Jackie helps leaders overcome limiting beliefs by encouraging them to view trials as opportunities for growth. She referenced James 1:2-4, urging us to consider trials as pure joy because they produce perseverance and maturity. This mindset shift, from wishing trials away to embracing them as a part of God’s plan, is a cornerstone of her coaching strategy. Jackie emphasized the importance of curiosity in trials, asking, “What is God doing here?” and helping her clients to grow closer to God through their challenges. Jackie has also authored several books, including *Covered* and its study guide, as well as the devotional *What If You Believed: 31 Beliefs to Act On From The Living Word to Bring About Life Change*. She explained how God guided her to write these works, which are intended to help readers believe in and live out the Word of God. Her hope is that her books will transform lives by encouraging people to stand on the Word, not just as believers but as those who walk in alignment with God’s truth. In our discussion, Jackie shared her belief that our work as believers is to “believe on the one that [God] sent,” referring to Jesus as the Word and the Holy Spirit. This simple yet profound concept is the foundation of her coaching practice, where she guides clients to live out the Word practically in their daily lives. Jackie’s approach is not just about learning scripture but applying it, helping her clients integrate their faith into every aspect of their lives. For those looking to work with Jackie, she offers both one-on-one and group coaching, with a focus on helping Christian leaders who are ready to deepen their walk with God and transform their lives. You can find her at her website, [LivingCoveredByHim.com](http://livingcoveredbyhim.com), or connect with her on Facebook. Our conversation was a beautiful reminder of the power of faith, the importance of aligning with God’s will, and the transformative potential of living out the Word. I’m so grateful to Jackie for sharing her journey and insights, and I know her message will resonate with many. #InspiredPodcast #JackieDighans #FaithJourney #CovenantLifeCoach #SpiritualGrowth #ChristianLeadership #Motherhood #BiblicalWisdom #LifeTransformation #LivingTheWord #GodsPlan #Inspiration

| #319 Alan Lazaros: The Mindset Behind a Top 100 Global Podcast | 25 Sep 2024 | 00:17:15 | |
Alan Lazaros Boston, USA Alan Lazaros, CEO of the globally recognized Next Level University podcast, has navigated a life shaped by profound adversity. Losing his father at just two years old and surviving a near-fatal car accident at 26, Alan’s journey from corporate America to podcasting success is a testament to resilience and personal responsibility. From an early age, Alan was acutely aware of life’s fragility. Losing his father at such a young age and later enduring the departure of a stepfather at 14, Alan’s understanding of mortality wasn’t just intellectual—it was deeply experiential. “Life has always had a profound sense of adversity for me,” Alan shared. “There was no candy-coated childhood, but rather a deep understanding that suffering is part of life. Despite this, I learned that you can create meaning from adversity.” This perspective was further solidified at age 26 when Alan narrowly survived a car accident—eerily similar to the one that took his father’s life. This second chance prompted Alan to reassess his life’s direction. “It was the wake-up call I needed,” he explained. “I realized I had to go all in on creating a legacy—something meaningful that would outlive me.” Leaving a successful corporate career to start Next Level University was a significant leap for Alan. Reflecting on this transition, he emphasized the immense challenges of entrepreneurship. “The common path—high school, college, corporate job—offers certainty and stability,” Alan said. “But entrepreneurship is a different beast. It requires an insane amount of grit, self-belief, and resilience. It’s far more difficult than most people imagine.” Alan and his business partner, Kevin, chose the path of burning the boats—committing fully to their venture without a safety net. “We worked six days a week for seven years without taking a vacation,” Alan shared. “It’s a level of dedication that’s not for everyone, and I often recommend a hybrid model for those considering entrepreneurship—balancing a stable job while building a business on the side.” One of the defining aspects of Alan’s approach to life and business is his relationship with failure. “The key question is whether you’re ignited or demoralized by failure,” Alan explained. “For me, failure is motivating. It drives me to push harder. But if failure demoralizes you, entrepreneurship might not be the right path.” Alan credits much of his success to the balance between his own optimism and Kevin’s realism. “Kevin is the productive paranoid, always anticipating potential challenges, while I’m the optimistic visionary,” he said. “This balance has been crucial in navigating the ups and downs of building a business.” Today, Next Level University has over 1,750 episodes and listeners in more than 170 countries. But what resonates most with their audience? Alan believes it’s the focus on holistic self-improvement—striving for excellence in health, wealth, and love. “We realized that our audience, predominantly women in their 20s, 30s, and 40s, are seeking fulfillment in all areas of life,” Alan noted. “It’s not just about success in one area; it’s about being holistically successful.” The driving force behind the podcast is the belief that fulfilled people don’t harm others. “Self-belief and self-worth lead to fulfillment,” Alan said. “And fulfilled people contribute positively to the world. That’s the mission at the heart of what we do.” Alan Lazaros’ story is a powerful reminder that even in the face of adversity, we have the ability to shape our own lives and leave a meaningful impact on the world. #AlanLazaros #NextLevelUniversity #Entrepreneurship #PersonalResponsibility #SelfImprovement #Leadership #PodcastingSuccess #HolisticSuccess #BusinessInspiration #LegacyBuilding #PodMatch
| #318 Leslie Gaudet: Mastering Self Care & Emotional Resilience | 24 Sep 2024 | 00:34:30 | |
Leslie Gaudet Mexico/Fort Lauderdale, FL, USA Leslie’s story began in the legal field, where she worked as a paralegal assistant for over 40 years. Despite her success, she often found herself burning out, overwhelmed by the demands of her career. “It feels like your life revolves around your job,” she recalls. The turning point came in 2017 when she realized she was on the brink of another burnout. Determined to reclaim her life, Leslie and her husband decided to leave California’s high cost of living and fast pace for a more balanced life in Las Vegas. This move was about more than just a change of scenery; it was about taking back control of her life. She transitioned from full-time work to an entrepreneurial venture, continuing to support a team of lawyers remotely. This newfound freedom allowed her to explore self-development, eventually leading her to become a self-care strategist. Leslie believes that effective self-care starts with the right mindset. She begins by helping her clients explore their past, uncovering experiences that shape their current thoughts and actions. “There are clues in our past that will teach us how we’re showing up today,” she explains. By understanding these influences, Leslie helps her clients break free from limiting beliefs and emotional triggers that keep them stuck in cycles of stress and overwhelm. Her approach is holistic, focusing on emotional awareness, mindset shifts, and practical systems that support a balanced life. One key strategy involves identifying what clients don’t want in their lives and guiding them to define what they do want. This process of “zooming in” on their desires helps them set clear, actionable goals aligned with their values. For Leslie, the key to a fulfilling life is balancing professional ambitions with personal well-being. She shared a success story of a client who was a PR manager in South Africa. Unhappy with her work-life balance, this client worked with Leslie to create a vision and mission statement that reflected her true goals. Eventually, she left her corporate job to start her own successful business, allowing her to use her skills in a way that aligned with her values. Another client, a business owner with multiple ventures and a family, struggled to manage her time effectively. Leslie helped her implement boundaries and structure, allowing her to balance her responsibilities without sacrificing her well-being. “Having clarity around how you use your time is important,” Leslie emphasizes. This clarity not only improves productivity but also creates space for personal fulfillment. Leslie introduces the concept of “sprint vs. marathon” work styles, helping clients identify whether they function best in short, intense bursts or sustained, steady efforts. This awareness allows them to structure their workday in a way that honors their natural energy levels, reducing the risk of burnout. Leslie is a firm believer in the power of community as a vital aspect of self-care. “We are meant to go through life together, not alone,” she says. Whether through collaboration, friendship, or networking, Leslie encourages her clients to cultivate relationships that support their growth and well-being. Leslie offers one final piece of advice: “Most people think that money will buy them the time they want, but really, it’s how you structure your time that’s going to allow you to have the time freedom you’re looking for.” By taking control of their time and prioritizing self-care, female entrepreneurs can create a life that is not only successful but also fulfilling. In a world where burnout is all too common, Leslie Gaudet’s approach to self-care offers a refreshing perspective. Her strategies empower women to take charge of their lives, find balance, and thrive in both business and beyond. #SelfCare #Entrepreneurship #WorkLifeBalance #WomenInBusiness #StressManagement #MindsetShift #TimeManagement #PersonalGrowth #CommunityBuilding #InspiredPodcast
| #317 Mark Collins: You are More than where you're at! | 23 Sep 2024 | 00:25:19 | |
Mark Collins California, USA Mark Collins is a business and life coach dedicated to helping individuals break free from living life by default and step into the lives they were meant to lead. His journey into life coaching began with a personal need for transformation. Collins found himself facing obstacles that held him back from realizing his potential. This need to overcome his struggles led to the creation of his *Life Mastery* course and the publication of his book, *Life Mastery: Living Life by Design, Not by Default*. These works were born not from a desire to teach others but as a documentation of the strategies Collins used to transform his own life. Collins' core message is straightforward yet profound: most people live life reactively, letting circumstances dictate their actions rather than proactively designing the life they want. This passive approach often results in dissatisfaction and unfulfilled potential. Collins encourages a radical shift in perspective, urging individuals to recognize that they are not mere bystanders in their own lives but the heroes of their stories. At the heart of Collins’ philosophy is the concept of identity. He believes that understanding and embracing one’s true identity is essential to a fulfilling life. When people are unclear about who they are, they often rely on external factors—such as success, titles, or societal expectations—to define them. This reliance on external validation can create a cycle of superficial achievements that fail to satisfy deeper needs. Collins’ ability to connect with a diverse audience is one of his strengths. Whether speaking at a large conference or coaching individuals, he tailors his message to meet the specific needs of his audience. His online *Life Mastery* course allows participants to explore his principles in depth at their own pace, while his live appearances focus on delivering actionable insights that can be immediately applied. The success stories that have emerged from Collins’ coaching underscore the effectiveness of his methods. For instance, Brett, a successful businessman plagued by a fear of failure, learned to separate his self-worth from his business outcomes through Collins’ guidance. This shift not only led to greater professional success but also improved his personal life. Another client, Vance, who was emotionally distant from his family, was able to break down these barriers and become more present and engaged with his loved ones. These transformations highlight the power of Collins’ approach. Collins draws inspiration from various personal development figures, such as Dale Carnegie and Tony Robbins, but he credits his faith as the most significant influence on his life. This spiritual foundation has shaped his work, guiding him to focus not just on success but on genuine transformation. Unlike many in the personal development space who emphasize habits and strategies to achieve external goals, Collins prioritizes deep, internal change. Looking ahead, Collins continues to expand his influence. He is currently working on a new book, *Life Mastery Motivation: Stories to Inspire You*, which will complement his first book by offering real-life examples of how his teachings have transformed lives. This upcoming work aims to provide both inspiration and practical guidance, further establishing Collins as a leading voice in the personal development field. For those ready to begin living life by design, Collins offers a free Discovery Tool on his website, freedom-life.net. This tool provides a snapshot of where individuals stand in their life mastery journey and suggests practical next steps. It’s a simple yet powerful resource for anyone looking to start living with intention. #LifeMastery #PersonalDevelopment #MarkCollins #SuccessMindset #SelfImprovement #LivingWithPurpose #IdentityAndMindset #LifeCoach #Inspiration #TransformYourLife
| #316 Adedayo Adeniji: The Path to Creating Impactful Poetry | 22 Sep 2024 | 00:20:53 | |
Adedayo Adeniji United Kingdom In a world often dominated by fleeting digital interactions, there are those whose work encourages us to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the deeper aspects of our existence. Dayo is one such individual—a spiritual poet whose words resonate deeply with readers, offering a unique blend of emotional depth and spiritual clarity. Beginning her poetic journey in her early teens, Dayo has evolved into a voice that draws inspiration from her faith, personal experiences, and the timeless wisdom of the Bible. In this exclusive conversation, Dayo shares her creative process, the sources of her inspiration, and her goals for the future. Dayo's inspiration is rooted in creation itself. Whether marveling at the intricate design of the human body or the mysteries of the universe, she finds a profound connection to the world around her. Her faith is a constant source of inspiration, particularly the teachings and love of God as depicted in the Bible. This spiritual foundation is evident in her poetry, which transforms biblical wisdom into engaging and thought-provoking verses. Dayo is also inspired by the resilience and perseverance of people, especially those who overcome significant challenges. The recent Olympics and the upcoming Paralympics, where athletes push beyond their perceived limitations, are prime examples of this. Before Dayo found her faith, she was introverted and shy, preferring to keep to herself. However, her journey within the faith community helped her open up, build confidence, and discover her voice. Figures like Nelson Mandela, who endured great suffering without seeking revenge, serve as powerful role models for Dayo. She admires individuals who make a positive impact on the world, whether in grand gestures or small, meaningful actions. Dayo’s journey into writing spiritual poetry began early in life, influenced by her observations of the natural world and the disparities she noticed around her. Her baptism marked a turning point, deepening her spiritual connection and giving her the confidence to write more profoundly about her faith. Over time, she has grown more confident in sharing her work beyond her faith community, driven by a desire to reach a broader audience with her message of love and salvation. Her poetry, often described as moving, inspiring, and thought-provoking, is deeply personal. Dayo channels her life experiences and spiritual insights into her writing, creating poems that reflect her journey with God. Her work is not just an expression of her faith but also a tool for others to find hope and encouragement in their own lives. Dayo acknowledges that she sometimes struggles with impostor syndrome, but the positive feedback she receives from readers helps her stay grounded and focused on her mission. One of the most significant influences on Dayo’s poetry is her varied life experiences, including the many places she has lived and the people she has encountered along the way. These interactions have shaped her understanding of the world and inspired her to write with compassion and empathy. Her book, *Deja Vu: God Loves You—Not Impossible*, is a testament to this. It explores themes of overcoming challenges and finding strength in weakness, urging readers to understand that with God, nothing is impossible. Dayo’s message is simple yet profound: keep persevering. She believes that God’s love is unconditional and that no matter what challenges one faces, there is always hope. She encourages her readers and listeners to build strong relationships, love their families and friends, and never stop praying. In a world that often feels chaotic and uncertain, Dayo’s poetry offers a beacon of light, reminding us of the power of faith, love, and resilience. #SpiritualPoetry #FaithInspiration #DayoPoetry #ChristianPoetry #Inspiration #HopeAndFaith #PoetryCommunity #CreativeWriting #SpiritualJourney #PoetInterview

| #314 Rich Kozak: The Blueprint for Impact-Driven Branding | 20 Sep 2024 | 00:37:55 | |
In the latest episode of the Inspired Podcast, I had the pleasure of speaking with Rich Kozak, a globally recognized branding executive with over 40 years of experience. His career trajectory is nothing short of extraordinary, transitioning from the high-stakes world of global branding for major corporations to empowering individuals with the tools to shape their own impactful brands. When asked about the evolution of branding over the decades, Rich painted a vivid picture of his journey. His early career was marked by high-intensity roles in a global agency, where he managed branding for everything from semiconductor manufacturers to software companies. "I was addicted to my job," he confessed. "I would come home late, wake up early, and do it all over again. I knew I wasn’t here to do that work alone. I was here for a reason." Turning 50 marked a pivotal moment for Rich. He chose to resign from his high-pressure career and redirect his focus. This shift led him to work with individuals rather than corporations. "I started helping individuals with their personal brands, which was a refreshing change," he explained. "Branding is a process, and while the tools and media platforms change, the core steps remain the same. What’s often misunderstood is that branding isn’t just about visibility; it’s about shaping perception in the minds of your target audience." Rich's forthcoming book, "Impact-Driven Branding," reflects his new mission: helping individuals create brands that make a meaningful difference. "The key principle is authenticity," he emphasized. "Your brand is a perception in the minds of those you wish to impact. It’s not about flashy logos or catchy phrases. It’s about aligning your brand with your core values and purpose." He elaborated on the concept of impact-driven branding, highlighting that it starts with clarity. "The first step is to envision what success looks like for you when everything is thriving. Imagine the impact you’re making and whom you’re impacting. This clarity allows you to define and language your brand authentically," Rich said. In our discussion, Rich also debunked common misconceptions about branding. "Many people think branding is about the look or the logo. While those are elements, they’re not the essence. Branding is about creating a consistent perception that aligns with your purpose and impacts your audience." Rich's approach to mentoring and coaching reflects this philosophy. "I help clients identify their core values and vision. From there, we create a brand that’s a true reflection of their purpose. This clarity helps them overcome common challenges, such as self-doubt and the struggle to articulate their unique value." Rich’s approach to mentoring is deeply personal and transformative. "I see a lot of individuals with blind spots. They often discount their own brilliance or struggle to articulate their unique strengths. Through coaching, I help them uncover and embrace their true value." He shared an anecdote about a successful consultant who, despite his impressive credentials, struggled to see the overarching theme of his career. | #313 Jake Anderson: From High-Stress to High Fulfillment | 19 Sep 2024 | 00:20:53
Jake Anderson Cusco, Peru In a world where success often means hustle and high-stakes achievements, Jake Anderson provides a refreshing perspective on true thriving. As a Mindset, Meditation, and Performance Coach, Jake’s life has shifted dramatically from the fast-paced realm of digital marketing to a serene existence in the Sacred Valley of Cusco, Peru. Jake’s journey began not amidst tranquil mountains but in the bustling world of digital marketing. As the head of a successful agency in the fitness industry, he was living what many would envy—jet-setting, leading a large team, and seemingly having it all. However, beneath this facade, Jake found himself increasingly unhappy. “I was very busy, but I wasn’t very happy,” he reflects. “I felt pretty down and wasn’t that great to be around.” The turning point came with COVID-19, prompting Jake to wind down his business and embark on a journey of self-discovery. He delved into mindfulness, meditation, and plant medicine, which ultimately led him to Peru. Here, he has crafted a new life dedicated to helping others find their paths to fulfillment. In the Sacred Valley, Jake’s lifestyle is a world away from his previous one. “My lifestyle is a lot different now,” he notes. “I feel a lot more present, happy, and aligned.” His coaching now centers on guiding others to achieve the same peace and clarity he has found. Jake’s retreats in Peru offer a chance to slow down, reconnect, and engage with the cultural traditions of the Andes. “The retreats help people connect with themselves and the Earth,” he explains. “It’s about getting back to basics and cultivating more prayer and mindfulness.” These retreats, co-facilitated with his Peruvian partner, feature practices like despacho ceremonies—offerings to Pachamama (Mother Earth)—and temazcals, a traditional sweat lodge experience. The aim is to help participants integrate these experiences into their daily lives, fostering a deeper connection to their bodies, minds, and spirits. Jake’s coaching approach is tailored to each client’s needs. “In a group setting, it’s challenging to delve deeply into individual issues,” he admits. Group sessions often focus on shared practices such as meditation and somatic exercises, while one-on-one sessions allow for a more personalized approach. “It’s about understanding the client and helping them draw out their own wisdom,” he says. Whether working individually or in groups, Jake’s goal is to help clients slow down and connect with their inner selves. His method is grounded in mindfulness, meditation, and a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. “One of the main things I do is help clients slow down and realize they have a body,” Jake explains. “It’s about observing what’s happening within them and learning to detach from their emotions and thoughts.” Living in Peru has profoundly influenced Jake’s coaching practice. “It has given me a much deeper connection with the body and with nature,” he says. This connection is evident in his coaching, where he integrates the spiritual richness of Peru into his work. A significant aspect of this integration is the use of plant medicine, which Jake and his partner incorporate into their retreats. “Prayer wasn’t part of my practice before coming to Peru,” he shares, “but now it’s something I’ve cultivated a lot.” This spiritual dimension has become a cornerstone of Jake’s coaching, helping clients connect with something greater than themselves. As our conversation concludes, Jake offers a simple yet profound piece of advice: “Smile, breathe, and slow down.” This encapsulates his journey and his work—helping clients find peace, purpose, and alignment in a demanding world. #MindsetCoach #Meditation #SpiritualJourney #PeruRetreats #WellnessCoaching #PlantMedicine #SelfDiscovery #HolisticHealing #LifeTransformation #SacredValley
| #312 Morgana Marie: Empowering Neurodiverse Leaders and Turning Pain into Purpose | 18 Sep 2024 | 00:20:32 | |
Morgana Marie Hertfordshire, United Kingdom Morgana Marie, a 37-year-old UK-based global speaker, master energy healer, and neurodiverse leadership coach, is on a mission to empower neurodiverse leaders to lead with authenticity and purpose. Her unique coaching approach, shaped by her personal experiences with autism, ADHD, and dyslexia, has transformed the lives of many, helping them embrace their neurodivergent traits as strengths rather than limitations. Morgana’s coaching is deeply personalized. Recognizing that her clients, many of whom are neurodivergent, were becoming overwhelmed by long sessions, she recently shifted her approach. “I reduced my coaching sessions from 90 minutes to 45 minutes,” Morgana explained. “This allows clients to process and integrate the energy work more effectively without feeling overwhelmed.” This adjustment wasn’t just beneficial for her clients; it also enabled Morgana to be more present and effective during sessions. “It’s about doing what works best for each individual,” she said, highlighting the importance of flexibility in her coaching practice. Morgana’s journey has been marked by struggles with toxic relationships, including experiences with gaslighting and narcissism. “I grew up thinking toxic relationships were normal,” she shared. “It took a lot of inner work to realize I needed to change the patterns I was attracting into my life.” This personal transformation has shaped Morgana’s mission to help others, especially those who have faced similar challenges. “It’s been a year since I left my last toxic relationship, and the difference in the relationships I attract now is incredible,” she said. Her story underscores the importance of self-awareness and healing in creating healthy, fulfilling relationships. At the core of Morgana’s coaching philosophy is the power of asking the right questions. “As a coach, I’m not here to tell you what to do,” she emphasized. “I guide you to discover your truth by asking questions that bring awareness and insight.” This approach is particularly effective for neurodiverse leaders and high achievers. By helping them ask and answer these critical questions, Morgana empowers her clients to unlock their potential and move past obstacles quickly and effectively. “It doesn’t have to take years to grow and evolve,” she noted. “Asking the right questions can lead to rapid, meaningful change.” Morgana believes that neurodivergent individuals should see their differences as assets. “You have to be willing to see the gift of you,” she advised. “Start by appreciating one small thing about yourself each day, and over time, you’ll begin to recognize more of your strengths.” She encourages her clients to shed the masks they wear to conform to societal expectations and instead embrace their true selves. This shift in mindset is key to unlocking the full potential of neurodiverse individuals. Morgana is committed to expanding her impact by stepping onto larger stages and reaching wider audiences. Despite the challenges of public speaking, particularly as an empath, she is determined to share her message. “This isn’t about me,” she said. “It’s about spreading a message larger than myself to make a difference in the lives of others.” With upcoming speaking engagements and a focus on growing her platform, Morgana is poised to make an even greater impact in the years to come. Her authenticity, courage, and dedication to her mission are truly inspiring. Morgana Marie’s work is a testament to the power of embracing one’s true self. Through her coaching, she is helping neurodiverse leaders around the world turn their challenges into superpowers, fostering a more inclusive and empowered future. #MorganaMarie #NeurodiverseLeadership #Empowerment #HolisticHealth #MindsetCoaching #PersonalGrowth #EnergyHealing #AutismAwareness #ADHD #Dyslexia #TransformationJourney

| #310 Utkarsh Narang: From Physiotherapy to Global Coaching | 16 Sep 2024 | 00:22:57 | |
Utkarsh Narang Melbourne, Australia In a world where career pivots are increasingly common, few transformations are as compelling as that of Utkarsh Narang. Once a successful physiotherapist, Utkarsh now stands as a global learning consultant, executive coach, and content creator, helping individuals and teams around the world achieve their highest potential. “I used to think that physiotherapy was my life’s calling,” Utkarsh shares in an interview on the *Inspired Podcast*. “But life has a way of changing paths, and it’s up to us to catch what life offers.” Utkarsh’s journey is a testament to the power of embracing change and using fear as a driving force. His ability to listen deeply to his patients as a physiotherapist laid the foundation for his coaching career. “Listening is key, whether you’re helping someone recover from physical pain or guiding them through professional challenges,” he explains. One of the most significant shifts in Utkarsh’s life came when he realized that fear, rather than courage, had been the force pushing him forward. This epiphany hit him during the preparation for a TEDx talk, where he was set to discuss his career transitions. “A close friend asked me if it was courage or fear that drove my decisions. It made me realize that fear had been my ally all along, helping me take bold steps,” he recalls. This newfound perspective on fear empowered Utkarsh to make another daring move: leaving a stable job during the height of the pandemic to start his own coaching business. Despite the risks, he reframed his fears into possibilities. “Instead of thinking about what could go wrong, I asked myself, ‘What if I succeed?’” This mindset shift, he believes, is something everyone can benefit from. As a coach, Utkarsh draws on his diverse experiences and his passion for understanding human behavior to build programs that resonate with teams across the globe. His work with organizations in India, Australia, and South Africa focuses on creating high-performing teams through a culture of growth mindset and humanized leadership. At the core of Utkarsh’s approach are five values: Discipline, Excellence, Growth, Freedom, and Love. These values guide not only his professional interactions but also his personal life. “Finding your values is crucial,” he advises. “They should be the standard by which you live your life, guiding every decision and action.” Utkarsh’s journey is a powerful reminder that success is not just about overcoming fear but about making fear work for you. As he continues to help others achieve their goals, he remains dedicated to his own growth and learning. “Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever,” he quotes Mahatma Gandhi, a mantra that perfectly encapsulates his approach to life. For those inspired by Utkarsh’s story, he offers a free discovery call to help you start your own journey of growth and transformation. His journal, *Ignite Life*, is also available for those looking to delve deeper into their own values and goals. #CareerPivot #Leadership #GrowthMindset #ExecutiveCoaching #FearAndCourage #SuccessStory #HighPerformingTeams #TEDxTalk #LearningConsultant #PersonalDevelopment

| #307 Gary Mulquiney: The Paradise Plan | 13 Sep 2024 | 00:27:16 | |
Gary Mulquiney Sydney, Australia When Gary Mulquiney appeared on the *Inspired Podcast*, it was clear that his journey as a transformation coach is one deeply rooted in nature and spirituality. Speaking from his home in Sydney, Australia, Gary opened up about how his own quest for meaning and understanding led him to become the coach he is today. “I was a lost human being, searching for answers everywhere,” Gary recalls. “It wasn’t until I began to explore the connections between nature, spirituality, and personal growth that I found my purpose.” Gary’s unique approach to coaching involves weaving together natural and spiritual elements to guide his clients through personal and project transformations. “Nature provides the frame for our understanding of spirituality,” he explains. “Whether it’s the mountains, the sky, or the soil, these elements carry a spiritual dimension that can be deeply transformative.” One of Gary’s most powerful tools is helping clients learn to see the world in three distinct ways: at the surface level, through patterns and connections, and with deeper insight. This method encourages clients to engage in reflection, allowing them to discover the deeper meanings and possibilities in their lives. A particularly inspiring story from Gary’s coaching journey involved a client who, during a dark period brought on by personal and professional challenges, found himself trapped in a corner. Through Gary’s guidance, which focused on creating a safe and reflective space, this client was able to reconnect with his community, reignite his passion for his work, and ultimately transform his life. For Gary, the essence of transformation lies in recognizing our creative potential. “We are made in the image of God, who is a creator,” he says. “When we realize that we, too, are creators, we can begin to shape our lives in meaningful ways.” Gary’s work is not just about helping others; it’s also about his own ongoing journey. He recently shared that he has developed a “Paradise Plan,” a 25-year vision that integrates his spiritual insights with his coaching practice. “I’m always looking for where the spirit might be sending me or what it might be bringing to me,” he says, emphasizing the importance of staying open to new opportunities and challenges. As the conversation came to a close, Gary left the audience with a powerful thought: “If we can frame our lives with the paradise plan, we can filter out the noise and focus on what truly matters. The eternity in our hearts has something to do with paradise, and it’s our journey to find out what that is.” For those interested in exploring this journey further, Gary offers one-on-one coaching and courses that delve into these transformative concepts. #TransformationCoach #SpiritualityAndNature #PersonalGrowth #ParadisePlan #Mindfulness #SelfDiscovery #CoachingJourney #GaryMulquiney #InspiredPodcast #LifeTransformation

As a guest on Caroline’s *Inspired Podcast*, Rhonda shared her remarkable journey, from her roots in accounting to her current role as a transformational speaker and leader. Rhonda, with her contagious energy, quickly puts the audience at ease as she dives into the story behind her last name, Liebig—a name that means “love it” in German. And love it, she does, as she explains how her journey of self-discovery and transformation has led her to where she is today. Rhonda’s path has been anything but ordinary. With a background in Business Economics and Psychology, she spent over 15 years leading a successful accounting firm. But in 2024, everything changed. Rhonda discovered a passion for writing, traveling, and most importantly, for inspiring others. She founded *Fresh Talks Global Vision*, a platform where experts from around the world come together to discuss mindset transformation and what Rhonda calls “TM”—Transformation Entertainment. Caroline, captivated by Rhonda’s enthusiasm, asks her about the concept of “speaker locking arms,” which lies at the heart of her work. Rhonda explains, “It’s about supporting each other, about stopping the cycle of blaming and shaming in society. We need to open up our vocals, to speak out, and to partner with others in making a difference. It’s not just about one person’s voice—it’s about all of us coming together.” Rhonda’s current focus is on her ambitious **Humanity Project**, which she envisions launching within the next five years. The project aims to create global change by bringing people from all walks of life together to discuss, share, and grow. “It’s a big dream,” Rhonda admits, “but it’s one I believe in with all my heart.” Throughout the interview, Rhonda’s authenticity shines. She talks about the simple things that inspire her—like the trees and flowers at her Fresh Inspiration Ranch, or the powerful conversations she has with people every day. “What inspires me is the beauty in the world, the strength of nature, and the voices of those who are truly speaking from their hearts,” she says. Caroline, sensing the depth of Rhonda’s mission, asks her about her goals for the Humanity Project. Rhonda’s response is both profound and simple: “I want to help people heal. I believe in the power of neuroplasticity, in rewiring our brains to overcome obstacles. I want to create a space where people from all over the world can come together, learn from each other, and grow.” The conversation takes an inspiring turn as Rhonda shares her thoughts on the importance of authenticity, both in life and in business. “I want to work with people who are in their hearts, who truly care about what they’re doing. It’s not about sales—it’s about connection,” she says, reinforcing her belief that true success comes from being genuine and open. As the interview draws to a close, Rhonda leaves the audience with a powerful message: “You are so beautiful. It’s your time to shine. Listen when people tell you that they love you and learn to receive the good things in life. Remember, you got this.” Caroline, clearly moved by Rhonda’s words, thanks her for the incredible insights and encourages listeners to connect with Rhonda through her website, **RhondaLiebig.com**.
