I review what I have created to define Morale and what makes up the definition.  I talk about Accountable Leadership, having an inspiring vision, using action-based communication, being committed to the individual development of team members, focusing on health safety and wellness and what role meaningful accomplishments plays in a successful workplace culture.  I also include a few statistics, a quote and as always a call to action for the audience.
