EP 2503 - The Dirty Duchess: A Cheater for the Ages24 févr. 202500:06:57

I use a digital twin in this one. It is, as it turns out, very hard to do a podcast about cheating with hub floating around all day... In this episode of The How-To Cheat Podcast, Teresa Conway delves into the scandalous life of Margaret Campbell, Duchess of Argyll—a woman who defied societal norms and turned infamy into a statement of liberation. Often labeled “the Dirty Duchess,” Margaret’s unapologetic approach to sexuality and refusal to conform made her a feminist icon ahead of her time.

EP 2502 - I Don't Care Who My Clients Are06 janv. 202500:20:20

In this episode of the How to Cheat Podcast, Teresa Conway talks about why confidentiality and security are at the core of her approach when working with clients.

Episode Highlights:
  • Why Teresa avoids personal details about her clients:
    • Confidentiality builds trust and protects clients’ privacy.
    • Knowing “just enough” helps create effective profiles without risking exposure.
    • Example: A long-term client revealed his real name only after years of working together—proving how irrelevant personal details are to the process.
  • The importance of separating your real identity from your online “cheating persona.”
    • Avoid using exact details like profession, height, or age, which can make you easily identifiable.
    • Real-world risk: Suspicious spouses or private investigators may search dating apps to confirm suspicions.
  • Security hygiene practices for protecting your identity:
    • Create a throwaway email and phone number.
    • Share minimal details early on when chatting with potential matches.
    • Gradually build trust before revealing more about yourself.
  • The universality of cheating:
    • Infidelity transcends politics, professions, and cultures—it’s part of human behavior.
    • Famous cheaters like King Charles and Donald Trump serve as examples of its pervasiveness.
  • The dangers of oversharing:
    • A cautionary tale of a client who shared his real phone number, leading to a scam and blackmail attempt.
Key Takeaways:
  • Protect your identity: Start with strong boundaries and limit the information you share online.
  • Confidentiality matters: Teresa’s approach prioritizes anonymity, so her clients can feel secure.
  • Build trust slowly: Whether it’s with an affair partner or anyone else, don’t rush into revealing details.
Quotable Moment:

"My approach works irrespective of who the client is. I don’t need to know who you are to help you have a successful affair safely."

Quotable: “From the outside, people say, ‘Who cheats on a Victoria’s Secret model?’ But behind closed doors, it’s just like any other marriage. The shine wears off, and the same problems show up.”

EP 2418 - Should You Find an Affair Partner in Real Life?09 sept. 202400:09:23

In this episode, Teresa dives into the question of whether it's a good idea to seek out an affair partner in the real world, based on a client’s dilemma. Episode Highlights:

  • Client’s story: Is the woman on the train just friendly or potentially interested?

Why Your Opening Messages on Ashley Madison Fail

Summary: In this episode of The Teresa Pod, host Teresa Conway dives into why certain types of opening messages on Ashley Madison don’t get replies. Teresa shares real messages she’s received, from sexualized ones to cliche openers, and explains why they fall flat. She also highlights the importance of following through with creative approaches, using a haiku promise that was never delivered as a prime example of a missed opportunity.

  • Sexualized messages and why they are an immediate fail.
    • Example: "What are your fantasies? My fantasy is tying you to the bed..."
    • Teresa’s response: "My fantasy is not being tied to the bed."

1 00:00:01,237 --> 00:00:05,377 Hi, and welcome to the Teresa Pod. I'm your host, Teresa Conway,

2 00:00:05,377 --> 00:00:07,977 and I am so glad you could join me.

3 00:00:08,397 --> 00:00:12,297 Today we're going to talk about why certain types of opening messages on Ashley

4 00:00:12,297 --> 00:00:14,817 Madison just don't work, and why.

5 00:00:15,297 --> 00:00:19,177 As I'm sure that you've wondered why, sometimes your messages don't have replies.

6 00:00:20,437 --> 00:00:23,377 So, I'm going to give you some examples of ones that I receive,

7 00:00:23,697 --> 00:00:25,437 and explain why they flop. up.

8 00:00:26,317 --> 00:00:30,197 We're going to start with the sort of sexualized messages, which I hope you

9 00:00:30,197 --> 00:00:31,517 understand why they don't work.

10 00:00:31,917 --> 00:00:37,797 Then other types of file. And then finally, ones that just sort of fizzle out

11 00:00:37,797 --> 00:00:41,477 because you missed the element of what you were trying to do.

12 00:00:42,297 --> 00:00:49,557 So it should be obvious why sexualized messages fit. So here's one I got. Hi, my name is Joe.

13 00:00:50,157 --> 00:00:54,237 I've changed his name, but he did say his name, which I don't mind.

14 00:00:55,317 --> 00:01:00,017 What are your fantasies? We are all on the site to get extra attention,

15 00:01:00,317 --> 00:01:03,457 and we are not partly getting.

16 00:01:03,857 --> 00:01:06,857 I am very easygoing and open-minded person.

17 00:01:08,017 --> 00:01:10,777 My fantasy is tying you to the bed.

18 00:01:11,517 --> 00:01:15,837 You know, my fantasy is not being tied to the bed.

19 00:01:16,437 --> 00:01:19,917 So why doesn't that work? You know, we don't know each other,

20 00:01:19,917 --> 00:01:27,557 and all of a sudden being tied to a bed and he does go on to say other things

21 00:01:27,557 --> 00:01:30,937 that he's going to do to titillate me and,

22 00:01:31,077 --> 00:01:33,557 you know, I'm just not there.

23 00:01:36,337 --> 00:01:41,337 You know, that don't make me fun, but I'd rather you just say hello.

24 00:01:42,037 --> 00:01:46,597 The next one that kind of put me off was, you know, this guy,

25 00:01:46,597 --> 00:01:50,157 I thought he actually called himself Mickey Mouse.

26 00:01:50,797 --> 00:01:58,017 And he said, I got lots of money to take care of you. If you want to be my lady, that would be great.

27 00:01:59,319 --> 00:02:03,139 Okay, so what do you say? You're a rich dude?

28 00:02:03,879 --> 00:02:08,759 You want to be my sugar daddy? Or are you just like a peacock putting feathers

29 00:02:08,759 --> 00:02:13,839 out so that I look over your way and then maybe decide that we're going to build a nest together?

30 00:02:14,339 --> 00:02:17,799 I don't think so. You know what I mean? I need a lot more than money.

31 00:02:18,819 --> 00:02:24,319 I'm here not for money. And weirdly looking for something a little more genuine.

32 00:02:24,939 --> 00:02:30,159 So I get it, you know. You love your money. You love the size of your penis.

33 00:02:30,279 --> 00:02:31,679 You love how good you are.

34 00:02:32,699 --> 00:02:40,259 But, you know, let's discover that together after I find out that you're not a loser.

35 00:02:40,779 --> 00:02:43,619 Some of these guys are like, no, no response.

36 00:02:44,799 --> 00:02:48,559 Other types that don't work. You know this one, hi there.

37 00:02:49,179 --> 00:02:54,679 Interesting readout. I'm newsier like one week new. Maybe I should have winked

38 00:02:54,679 --> 00:02:58,039 before messaging, but winks get lost in the noise.

39 00:02:58,579 --> 00:03:03,439 Send me a pic, please. I need to know you have what I'm looking for.

40 00:03:04,319 --> 00:03:09,959 Like what? You know, what I... When someone asks me for my picture,

41 00:03:10,119 --> 00:03:16,779 before really they do anything else or like this, I just ask for my picture right off the fly.

42 00:03:16,899 --> 00:03:19,679 Tell me, are you my type or not?

43 00:03:20,099 --> 00:03:24,059 I'm like, all you want to do is see what my ass looks like, and if it's big

44 00:03:24,059 --> 00:03:26,399 enough for you, or too big for you.

45 00:03:26,699 --> 00:03:34,339 You know, sorry about, this is not a meat market, and I'm not a piece of meat. Show me the money.

46 00:03:35,459 --> 00:03:39,959 I just, you know, I have no idea what these guys are thinking when they ask.

47 00:03:40,739 --> 00:03:45,639 To see, to say, actually, that what they're looking for just blows me away. it.

48 00:03:46,359 --> 00:03:50,379 One old big message killing me. For a drink to check the chemistry.

49 00:03:50,839 --> 00:03:53,079 You know, I went back to him and I'm like, hey baby.

50 00:03:54,159 --> 00:04:00,119 Sorry, I went back to him and said, hey baby, can I buy you a drink?

51 00:04:00,299 --> 00:04:02,539 That isn't going to do it for you.

52 00:04:02,979 --> 00:04:04,959 You know, like cliched lines.

53 00:04:05,799 --> 00:04:09,179 You're wasting your money on sending something like that.

54 00:04:09,579 --> 00:04:14,059 You know, give me something to think about. Give me a reason to meet you for a drink.

55 00:04:14,139 --> 00:04:18,719 Not, you know, more or less like the last guy. Let's meet. I can trust you.

56 00:04:19,059 --> 00:04:23,759 And then I'll decide if I want to have sex with you or not. You know? Come on.

57 00:04:25,219 --> 00:04:29,099 Another one that just sort of flapped. Hi, lady.

58 00:04:29,839 --> 00:04:35,719 I'm also married. I'm 6'1". And I keep myself in shape. Ooh, good. You know?

59 00:04:36,419 --> 00:04:40,919 I have a shape I keep, too. Like, first off, why are you giving me stamps?

60 00:04:41,479 --> 00:04:42,719 It's all in your profile.

61 00:04:43,359 --> 00:04:47,779 So you're just repeating something that I can just see when I look at your profile. And.

62 00:04:48,984 --> 00:04:53,464 What is 6-1 doing? Like, is this like the six-pack, six-figure,

63 00:04:53,464 --> 00:04:56,324 six-geek kind of thing of the M-cells? I don't know.

64 00:04:56,784 --> 00:05:02,044 But, again, you know, yeah, there has to be physical attraction there.

65 00:05:02,104 --> 00:05:05,984 But if I think you're a douche, it won't matter what you look like.

66 00:05:06,384 --> 00:05:09,704 Right? So don't start with something douchey.

67 00:05:10,484 --> 00:05:13,244 And finally, you know, this one did work.

68 00:05:14,304 --> 00:05:19,604 At first it worked. it. And it was kind of interesting, and it was like,

69 00:05:19,764 --> 00:05:24,024 Hi, my name is Joe, not his real name.

70 00:05:24,924 --> 00:05:30,564 Interested in chatting sometime? Something simple? A haiku? Or perhaps you're into limericks?

71 00:05:31,304 --> 00:05:36,424 So I didn't go back, and I just wrote haiku. You know, I wanted to test this

72 00:05:36,424 --> 00:05:38,604 guy out and see what he was going to do for me, you know?

73 00:05:38,684 --> 00:05:44,944 You know, when someone offers to write you a haiku, which is 17 syllables of

74 00:05:45,144 --> 00:05:50,184 something interesting, you know, like if you can pull that off and you can do

75 00:05:50,184 --> 00:05:53,484 it, and, you know, maybe I will meet you for a drink.

76 00:05:54,264 --> 00:05:59,284 We did a couple of days. He never came back. So you know what I said, dude?

77 00:06:00,484 --> 00:06:03,664 I wrote. And there, you had me all excited.

78 00:06:04,324 --> 00:06:09,284 Finally, something different, I thought. But no, not at all. No haiku.

79 00:06:09,864 --> 00:06:14,124 No sex. You know, seriously, if you're going to get out there and you're going

80 00:06:14,124 --> 00:06:20,664 to offer someone a haiku or a limerick, you better have a haiku or a limerick to come back with.

81 00:06:20,964 --> 00:06:26,084 When she says haiku, that means send her a haiku.

82 00:06:27,044 --> 00:06:33,004 Like seriously, this guy opened the door with something cute and was very close

83 00:06:33,004 --> 00:06:36,164 to, you know, moving forward.

84 00:06:36,224 --> 00:06:39,864 But he just blew it by not coming back. I mean, seriously. sleep.

85 00:06:40,204 --> 00:06:44,264 Now, maybe he found a better, maybe somebody did math for a haiku,

86 00:06:44,424 --> 00:06:49,384 but when they ask, then you offer to deliver. Like, that's just normal.

87 00:06:50,964 --> 00:06:55,144 So, for me, sexualized messages, immediate fail.

88 00:06:56,424 --> 00:07:01,564 Cliche or impersonal type messages, where you're kind of peacocking or expecting

89 00:07:01,564 --> 00:07:09,364 me to be gone by your money or your height or, you know, whatever, not gonna happen.

90 00:07:09,644 --> 00:07:11,904 You know, unique messages, all the way to work.

91 00:07:12,304 --> 00:07:15,744 So do funny ones, but with no follow-through.

92 00:07:16,184 --> 00:07:19,844 Like, you're just a dud, you know? Like, what are you doing?

93 00:07:19,984 --> 00:07:23,484 You know, you're writing checks with your mouth that you're asking in cash.

94 00:07:24,544 --> 00:07:27,424 So, you know, it's simple. I really find it simple.

95 00:07:27,564 --> 00:07:31,884 You know, be respectful, thoughtful, and follow what you put on out there.

96 00:07:32,004 --> 00:07:35,424 Or what you put out there. You know, follow that. You haiku.

97 00:07:35,724 --> 00:07:38,904 Write haiku. They're not very hard. No, thanks.

98 00:07:40,297 --> 00:07:45,797 And that's where I'll leave it. I'm Teresa Conway, and you're listening to the TeresaPod.

99 00:07:46,277 --> 00:07:49,197 As always, I'm super happy to be here.

100 00:07:49,617 --> 00:07:55,357 And just so you know, I will follow this up in the next couple of days with

101 00:07:55,357 --> 00:08:00,737 a blog post, and I have some more insights in there that will demonstrate why

102 00:08:00,737 --> 00:08:03,797 these things are important. Okay? Bye.

EP 2414 - Being Glued To Your Phone Is A Clue You’re Cheating02 sept. 202400:07:10

Episode Summary:

In this episode, Teresa Conway dives into the subtle signs that your phone habits might be giving you away if you’re cheating. She explores how changes in phone use can raise suspicion and offers strategies to desensitize your partner to your increased phone activity. Teresa also discusses the importance of gradually shifting your phone habits and how to make your partner lose interest by sharing annoying jokes and comments.

Key Discussion Points:

  • Changes in Phone Habits:

    • Everyone has a specific way they use their phone, and your spouse is keenly aware of yours. Any sudden change, like increased phone use or taking more calls in private, can be a red flag.
  • Masking Increased Activity:

    • If you're not typically glued to your phone, a sudden spike in usage will be noticeable. Teresa suggests gradually increasing your phone time by engaging in harmless activities, such as playing games like Words With Friends or joining online groups.
  • Desensitizing Your Partner:

    • Join groups or engage in activities your spouse dislikes. Teresa advises showing your partner stupid or annoying jokes and comments from these groups to increase their disinterest. For example, repeatedly sharing crude humor or silly memes can make them less curious about what you’re doing on your phone.
  • Creating a Cover Story:

    • If your partner asks what’s making you smile, you can simply attribute it to a joke or comment from a group they dislike. Over time, they'll become used to seeing you on your phone and will stop questioning your behavior.

Key Takeaways:

  • Gradually increase your phone usage to avoid raising suspicion.
  • Use annoying or uninteresting content to make your partner disinterested in your phone activity.
  • Over time, your partner will become desensitized to your increased phone use, giving you more freedom to communicate with your affair partner.

Quotable Moment:

"If they get suspicious, your goose is half-cooked. But if you desensitize them by sharing jokes they hate, soon they won’t care what you’re smiling at."

EP 2413 - Five Reasons Why I Choose Adultery Over Divorce01 sept. 202400:06:35
Five Reasons I Choose Adultery Over Divorce

In this episode of the TeresaPod, host Teresa Conway tackles the controversial topic of why she chooses adultery over divorce. Responding to the frequent question, "Why don’t you just get a divorce?" Teresa outlines five key reasons for her decision, emphasizing the complexities and nuances that go beyond simple morality.

Episode Highlights:

  • Divorce is Expensive: The financial burden, including legal fees and asset division, makes divorce less appealing.
  • Loss of Social Connections: Divorce would disrupt social circles and friendships that Teresa values.
  • Divorce for Sex is Unreasonable: The stability of her marriage outweighs the sexual dissatisfaction.
  • Caregiving Obligations: Teresa's spouse’s medical needs create a moral obligation to stay.
  • Inevitability of Divorce if Caught: Divorce will happen if she’s caught, so there’s no rush to initiate it.

Key Takeaway: Teresa explores the difficult choices between maintaining a stable, albeit imperfect, marriage and seeking fulfillment through adultery, arguing that the decision isn’t as straightforward as it might seem.

Quotable Moment: "It's easier to write, 'Why don’t you get a divorce?' than it is to actually get a divorce."

Cleaned Up Transcript Introduction and Podcast Plans

Hi, good morning. It's Teresa Conway, and I'm just giving you some audio updates, because as I explore podcasting and the audio world, I'm wondering if it's something I'd rather do than write. Of course, I'm going to keep writing, but for quick updates and little things like that, it might be easier for you to listen to. Just let me know; drop me a comment and tell me if you want me to get back on the keyboard because you're tired of listening to me.

So, Mona Lisa and I have been chatting back and forth and coming up with a plan. We've established an account on Podbean, and from Podbean, we can go to a bunch of other podcasting services. Podbean hosts us, and we can link that account to a bunch of other places, so you can probably listen to us wherever you listen to your podcasts. We will likely also publish those podcasts on Substack, on our own individual Substacks, and my Substack links to my newsletter, so it will go out to my newsletter followers as well. I think in some cases, these are all pretty much actually the same people, not the same people, but there's probably significant overlap. So we're going to get good coverage for the community.

Growth Potential and Show Format

And I think we're about to grow. I don't know. I think we could grow because, you know, a lot of people are interested in this stuff. They just aren't interested in reading about it as much as they are in listening to it. So that's where we're going. We haven't recorded our first test podcast. Mona Lisa was doing some traveling and just got home, so once she settles in, we'll probably get down and do, I'm going to call it a production or planning meeting for our first show. But shows are going to be about half an hour long, and they'll follow a format, you know, because we want to deliver people a professional product. Of course we do. So, we're working on it.

The Teresa Pod: A Solo Venture

And I'm also thinking, pardon me, I'm also thinking maybe outside of that podcast. So that podcast is going to be called the How to Cheat Podcast. And outside of that, I might do my own voice work. And I won't call it the How to Cheat Podcast because that's something Mo and I are going to do together. But maybe I'll call it like, uh, the Teresa Pod. I don't know, so if you got a better name than that, just let me know.

The AI Icebreaker Tool: User Feedback and Improvements

Okay, what I wanted to talk about is something fun that happened with my new icebreaker tool that I made on ChatGPT with my boyfriend. What it does is, you know, it's an icebreaker for a dating app. So you take the profile, you can copy and paste it into a screen cap, drop that in, and it's been shared a message. So a lot of the people who've been using it, you know, have been coming back and then giving me some feedback. And at first, I was a little bit surprised by the feedback because he said, you know, the tool was providing very poor messages and he had to do a lot of work on them. And, you know, I recognize the fact that they're not going to be perfect and they need to be worked on.

So I said, I'll tell you what, we're going to let me work with you. I'll give you some advice as you navigate online dating, and we'll give you feedback on the messages, and maybe we can work on the tool to improve it. So, as we did that, you know, he started showing me the messages that he was writing, and they were very well written. They were probably twice as long as I like to make, but, you know, they were detail-oriented on her, and most importantly, he was getting feedback. He was getting answers back, which is what the icebreaker is all about. It's opening up the discussion, opening the door, and then working from there.

The Salad vs. Lasagna Approach to Messaging

So, when I said, okay, well, show some of the, so those are the ones you're writing, these longer ones. If they were good. And I said, so show me what the tool is producing. And so he did, and I'm looking at them and thinking, wow, that's pretty much exactly like the messages that I write. So to me, the tool was working as expected. And I explained why. And I talked about... And I used this analogy in writing messages.

Okay, so when you send the first message, right, it's like going to a restaurant, you know? What do you start with? Usually, you start with a salad. You don't start with a lasagna. So I like to keep my icebreaker interesting, short, sweet, and crisp. And it gives her enough to see that you read her profile. And it's interesting enough for her to go look at your own profile. Because what a lot of men don't realize is they don't write anything. They write "hi," they'll write a three-word sentence: "Hey, how you doing?" "Hey, how's it going?" "Hi, do you want to chat?" Something like that. And she gets inundated with those.

The Problem with Copy-Paste Messages

So whenever there's a message that's more than about three sentences long, boom, she gives it some attention because she's like, oh, this guy actually took the time to write. Now a lot of women are kind of savvy, you know, in the sense that some guys want to shortcut this, and so they write a copy and paste message. So they just have one standard message, put it on there, and it usually works because on newer ladies, because it's actually more than three words long, it is interesting. But the tell and the sign of a copy and paste message is it mentions nothing about her or anything she said in the profile. A copy and paste message typically only ever talks about the sender. And that's fine. Men like to talk about themselves a lot. And so we can all certainly appreciate that. But it's not always the most effective thing.

Finding the Sweet Spot in Messaging

So, with mine, you know, they're longer, so they get attention, but they're not super long to kind of like drag her down, you know, and so mine are at the sweet spot. Now what I said to him, and I'll say to any guy, if you can write, and you are comfortable writing a longer message that is effective, that talks to her and talks to her profile, go for it. She will love it. But not everyone's going to do that, though. And that's where my tool comes in. My tool comes in for the person who wants to send the lady a message, an icebreaker, doesn't really know where to start, has a blank text box that he needs to fill up, and he doesn't know what to do. So I give you four or five sentences, boom, in half a second. You take that, you make sure it's all smart, fix it up a little bit if you need to, and put it in. She will love that one.

Client Feedback and Validation

So, if you're going to feed her a lasagna, right off the bat, make sure it's a good one. Okay? Otherwise, just feed her a salad. And as my client writes here, and I just want to quote him from our Telegram chat, but he says, where is he? And I quote, "Well, meanwhile, I have been messaging again on the affairs site online, Elicit Encounters, that's popular in the UK, getting replies, and now I'm also using more and more the vanilla custom GPT rather than my mods, and actually getting good results too, perhaps for less effort." So what he's referring to when he says vanilla custom GPT is actually my icebreaker tool, right? So he's calling them vanilla, for sure. They are vanilla, for the most part. And he's just taking those and using them and getting good results.

Why? Well, his lasagna is good. There's no question. I read the messages. They're great. But my salad is also good. And so when you invest some effort into making a lasagna, and it's good, people will love you. You invest effort in making salad, less effort. People will also love it. Well, it takes less work, so what are you going to make? Lasagnas or salads? Totally up to you. But I would recommend, if you can't do anything, serve her a salad.

The Power of Validation and Simple Methods

So, because I'm cheeky, I quoted him there, and I said, you don't say, you know, you don't say that my method works. Of course my method works, you know. I have literally produced thousands of messages now with my various tools and my own writing. And, in fact, my tool is trained on 138 messages that I've personally written. So it knows what to say. So if you're interested in that, you can check that out on my website at doll3fairy.com. And, well, maybe 58 minutes, I think it's on there. I don't know. I'll have to go look.

So that was that. But you know what? This back and forth, you know, I was able to help him a little bit with some things and reassure him and give some advice. And he was able to help me. And how he helped me was, once more, my method was validated, you know. And that's what pleases me because, you know, I'm selling something and I'm selling a service and I'm providing advice. And what concerns me is I need to know that the service is good and the advice is good because what would be the point of getting bad advice, and you know, I'm not much of a sales girl, uh, so I really don't always connect on the sales level because I just don't know how sometimes, right? I've never worked, honestly, I have never worked in a shop, and I probably should have because that would have been a great experience for me just to learn how to do this. But what it does confirm is that this very simple method that I've come up with, simple perhaps just to me, works. So there you go.

Conclusion and Future Plans

And so we're still chatting, and he's moving closer and closer to the thing he wants, which is the girlfriend. So I think I'm gonna leave it right there and just leave those two things. So this is probably as I said, it's going to be called tentatively called the Teresa Pod, and the How to Cheat Podcast is going to be, I don't know, maybe slicker, maybe not slicker. I have no idea, but it's going to be Mo and I, and it's going to be on Podbean. Then when we get episode one out the door, uh, you will all certainly hear about that. So thanks for listening. I'm Teresa Conway, and I want you to have a great day. Bye.
