New Stop Smoking Clinic

Elaine Hotson, health and wellbeing lead, talk to Sue, our tobacco dependence lead. They discuss our service for staff to give up smoking, and the new Staff Stop Smoking Clinic.

The clinic is running from September 17th on Wednesdays 2-4pm, Location : 1st floor FFP3 hub room - by Theatres entrance ( first floor off the tower block stairs and past the lifts ), Hillingdon hospital

In this week's episode we talk to Brenda Webb, Programme Manager within the Transformation, Improvement and Programme Management Office, who is leading on the Trust’s Clinical Service Reviews which started in May 2022.

Brenda said: "We're really keen to ensure that we get as many views as we can from all our patients, family members and carers. They survey is really quick and easy and the patients perspective is probably the most important ones because they're the people that we're here to serve."

Our Community Neonatal Clinic

It has since been highlighted by the RCPCH as an excellent example of pandemic-initiated service re-design, and discussed in Parliament as an exemplar of best practice for cross agency working.

International Transgender Day of Visibility

What is Trans Day of Visibility?

Transgender Day of Visibility takes place on March 31st each year to celebrate trans and non-binary people and raise awareness of discrimination faced by trans people worldwide.

In this podcast, Danny Karystinos, our equality and diversity lead, talks to Soraya Boam who is CBT psychologist working for West London NHS Trust. Soraya delivers workshops around gender identity and conformity.
