Ryota Hirakawa AKA @splash0327 is a Meihan local Drifter out of Osaka Japan. He runs Cutting Works Splash and has been drifting well over a decade. He has traveled the world and made friends all throughout the drift community due to his friendly nature and hard driving style. He has been pushing his driving on some of the most notoriously difficult tracks in the world and is ultra dedicated to the sport.

Rhys Conklin is a 16 year drifter who started drifting years ago way before he could even dream of having a driver's license. Thanks to some interesting contacts and a super supportive family he got to chase his dream from an early age. At 16 he’s doing some serious driving with the RTR guys and not only that but handling the business side of things also. Benson and Nadine are two west coast drifting legends. They met through Nissan and S Chassis meetups in Southern California in the late 90’s and continued to learn about car style, and drifting together. They went from tuners to professional drifters and parents. Their wedding was covered in Super Street and featured their S13s which is one of the most iconic car wedding shoots in the US. Benson and Nadine were competitors in the first two years of Formula Drift. Benson shipped his caged street S13 with a stock sr20det, including a t25 turbo to run against race cars at the 2004 season of FD. Nadine drove her s13 in FD as well and is one of the first professional female drifters in the US. They’ve both been featured in a few top tier magazines when car mags were the pinnacle of tuner culture. Nadine was even on the cover of Carboy Magazine. Nadine is a published author and has been fighting for women to be equal in motorsport since she started.

Together they have influenced drifting and car culture for well over two decades. Not to mention their Sileighty Mania Podcast which has some of the most influential people in drifting telling the stories of the origins of US drifting.  We’re doing a crossover so check out my episode where they interview me.

Kazuya Taguchi is one of the very few drifters who have competed in drifting at the top level in multiple countries. He came to the United States from Japan a little over three years ago and had to learn English and a lot more along the way. He came here to win and has been working his way up to being a force in Formula Drift while still making time for building cool cars with the JDM style we love so much. Milky Diamonds is a hyper dedicated drifter who has been chasing the perfect technique. He got on a plane as a teenager to learn to drive a manual drift car at Ebisu. Geoff Pitts was responsible for running Thunder Drift which Formula Drift pro licensed quite a few Northern California drivers including a few of my Animal Style teammates. Gabe Elias is a man on a mission. He started his journey with a S13 and a dream.  His path to working for Mercedes AMG F1 is uncommon to say the least. Markos is a championship winning time attack driver. He took 2017 and 2018 Global Time Attack Pro and Pro-Am Street Class Champion. He held and still holds records at Buttonwillow CW13, Willow Springs, Streets of Willow, Cal Speedway Roval, Road Atlanta, and New Jersey Motorsports Park. Markos is also Sally McNulty's spotter for TCA. Markos will be making his move back into Time Attack in the next couple years. We talk about a wide range of topics I can't even start to list.
