Stella Gianotto is the Creative Director and Brand Architect of Brand for Brands. It all started when she was just eight years old. She vividly remembers getting into trouble with her parents for "wasting film" in the camera…again. What they saw as a wasted resource was the beginning of a lifelong passion.

She would find interesting objects around the house to photograph, carefully arranging them by colour, shape and size and capturing them from different angles. Even at a young age, she was drawn to seeing the world differently and sharing that perspective with others.

It wasn't long before her entrepreneurial journey began. She realised that she saw things others didn’t: what some might call "opportunity." In primary school, she seized every fundraising event to practice her budding business skills. She would delicately mark up prices on everything from lamingtons to cookies, making a few dollars on the side and scoring extra boxes of treats along the way.

By high school, she had moved on to photographing dancers and models, creating portfolios that showcased their talents. This is where her creative intelligence and business flair really took off. She’s always been driven by a desire to challenge the norms, constantly asking, "Is there a better way?"

This question has been the cornerstone of her career, leading her to work with businesses on positioning their brands for growth. She places their brand in the hearts and hands of their consumers, helping them connect on a deeper level. Some people describe what she does as the "SUPERFOOD" for their brand - a potent elixir that offers clarity and reveals what others can’t see, delivering success every time. She has mastered the art of uncovering and defining a brand's uniqueness within its marketing strategies.

Despite the competition, the secret to her success remains elusive to others. Often referred to as the "Plan B" agency, many don’t realise they have a branding problem until their sales are impacted or their current marketing strategies fail to deliver.

As the Creative Director behind Brand for Brands, she’s successfully delivered thousands of brands to market. Her regular contributions to the media have positioned her as a Brand Architect and her hard work has earned her multiple business awards, including Best Designer, Best Design House, and Best Brand Agency Sydney 2019.
