I am BEYOND excited to share with you this weeks episode. We had our very first guest of 'season two' Samantha Boersma is a visionary, an intuitive and a creatress immersed in the world of flower essences and plant spirits, her body of work The Spiral Path has a foundation rooted in the Divine Feminine teachings and incorporates principles of Ayurveda, yoga and tantra. She acts as a bridge from spirit to the physical to remind you how connected, supported and nourished you are.

This conversation is a bit of a long one as we really geeked out on all things flowers, including realising that the flowers were gifting us a lot of the same messages, though we are half a world apart.

This week on the Podcast I had the pleasure of speaking with one of my dear clients.

Eva Cangarova is the owner of Zalah Wellness, a holistic wellness business. Eva guides her clients through the lens of crystal healing, EFT tapping, Ayurvedic elements, cyclical living and more. 

We have been working together for the past nine months in which Eva has shifted through some major life transformations. Using the support of the Flower Essences throughout this time, Eva is kindly sharing her journey and experience with this medicine.

In this conversation Eva shares how the essences allowed her to following her truth even in the most challenging times, The importance of having a clear vessel and releasing impurities to receive the full potency of this medicine and experiencing resistance throughout the flower essence journey.

She also spoke of reflecting on the masculine and feminine aspects of self, and how the remedies allow us to become more intimate with our own inner landscapes and show up for ourselves in the way we need to, the mysteries of life and how releasing control of the outcome allows for forward momentum, and the aspects of life that language and the mind cannot always articulate.

•How using remedies consecutively allowed each to interconnect and flow to compliment the whole journey as one.

•Allowing the remedy to imbue a sense of hope in the bigger picture.

This week I have Dennae back on the podcast to explore our first Essence in Focus of the year. 

This is one that we both created ourselves from the beautiful and bold Poinciana growing nearby our homes. 

We both had a profound journey with this medicine and experienced its themes in similar but unique ways. So we thought we would share together for something a little interesting!

I am so very excited for this episode! I had the opportunity of interviewing the founder of the Aus Bush Flower Essences, Ian White.

Ian is a 5th generation herbalist, a naturopath and founded the Aus essences in the 80’s. 

Since that time he has created a legacy of flower healing, sharing and educating others with this powerful modality worldwide. 

Being a practitioner of these particular essences, this conversation was such a beautiful way to gain insight into some of the magic behind what I feel so passionate about.
