IN this episode, I talk about the therapeutic aspects of being in the outdoors. We are in need of an escape from all of the political/secular hatred in our society. The pandemic has little kids attempting suicide, others are following through with suicide, drug and alcohol abuse is rampant, and mental well being is at an all time low. We need to be sharing our love for the outdoors with others, whether it be in recovery from addiction, mental disability, or combatting societal pressures, lets all get out and enjoy the outdoors!
