| Garbage or Great- Ep 215: Mistakes were Made | 17 Oct 2026 | 00:37:41 | |
This week we are going to try and take some lessons from decks that have been a flop. You know the ones. The ones where you get a fun idea and then it never really comes together. Well, I have had a number of such decks and thought it might be helpful to sort through what made them underwhelming and what lessons I learned along the way. Come and check out my Hall of Shame. | Garbage or Great- ep 212- The Land Before Time | 24 Sep 2026 | 00:28:21 | |
Tonight I wanted to talk about Social Responsibility and how all of us play a role in making sure our Commander game is fun. Much has been said about Brackets, and Rule 0 and how not to salt off, but I think having a fun play experience starts long before we sit down at the table. It starts with us selecting Commanders that can create the fun experience we are looking to cultivate instead of Commanders that lead to only two primary outcomes...Boom or Bust. Stick around as I walk you through my thought process and I would love to hear your thoughts on the matter.

| The Epic Experiment Podcast- Ep 170 : Gideon didn’t need to Sacrifice himself…he needed better life insurance | 22 Mar 2024 | 01:09:14 | |
Our Planeswalkers really need a better adjustor. So they decided to make a support group to talk about ways they somehow have survived a rash of stupid decisions.
A horde of the undead, a giant dragon that likes sushi, two mechanical brothers with daddy issues… and a crazy ex-girlfriend who rage quits after not drawing her combo.
It would be really rad if we learned how to survive the mass extinction event that could be coming to our plane any day now (Freaking Eldrazi…) We couldn’t write a survival guide in time because of the giant rift…so this is all you’re going to get… Connect with us on Social Media

Our friend Fuji has a very cool way to shortcut searches in the engine that not many people are probably aware of…. Join us for this week's Experiment on how to get the most out of Scryfall!
