Fighting for What Matters: Lessons Learned from a World-Traveling Dog's Life-Saving Surgery: What lengths would you go for your pet? Would you fly 5000 miles to the UK for a life saving surgery for your dog? That's exactly what Hannah Erganian Robinson did. Hannah grew up outside of Columbia, Missouri on a small farm. Her love for animals began at a young age, as she watched her mother take in stray dogs, cats, birds, even possums, that wandered up to the farm.

She traveled the world planning & executing events for large corporations….And looking for the “perfect life” along the way, the life she thought she was supposed to have. One with a white picket fence, a husband, 2 kids—you know the one. And now, at 40, never been married, no kids, Hannah threw out the rule book, took a deep breath & started living the life she wanted: one where she loves hard, takes risks and shares unconditional love for her beautiful doggo, soul mate and fur child Blanche. This deep unconditional love was the driving force behind Hannah’s determination to prolong Blanche’s life after being diagnosed with heart failure and fly from Missouri to the UK for a life saving surgery.

What a wild five days of the thanksgiving holiday. I swear I can't make this up. A term I like to coin define the period in your life where everything fucking sucks. And it’s beyond just this a "hard thing" and plummets into I have fucking nothing, no will to live and this is an absolute rock bottom moment. The Fuckening happens when your energy, your body and your true authentic self are ready to let the fuck go and be in alignment. The only way out is...through.

I call it the Ffuckening because it’s THE WORST AND MOST PAINFUL PLACE TO BE. And the only way to cope and manage is to fall the fuck apart and have this reckoning moment with yourself, crying and screaming on the floor in the fetal position, like you are having a self exorcism. It ain't pretty. AND IT IS POWERFUL.

I share my three phases of Fuckening I have been through and why this current one is the most painful and most profound. I hope you take inspo that you are not stuck and that you can absolutely move through this.

I can’t go through it with you, feeling your feelings, experiencing your experiences, I can support you as a safe, talk space and give you some tools, maybe ones I needed and didn’t have along my journey so maybe you feel better equipped to do this work and take the deep dive to learn the lessons you need to learn so you can do the great shit you are meant to do.

Krystle inspires people to show up as the best version of themselves by helping to fill in the gaps of where they are vs where they want to be. With over 10 years of experience in the field of Human Services, Behavioral Health and Corporate Employee Assistance Programming (EAP), Krystle has a passion for helping individuals and organizations address barriers to well-being in an effort to establish stability and encourage a growth mindset that promotes healthy work-life balance and prevents burnout. Krystle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Hampton University, a Masters Degree from Springfield College in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and has a clinical licensure in Professional Counseling.
In addition to coaching and consulting, Krystle has been an Adjunct Professor of Psychology for the past 9 years teaching at several colleges in the Connecticut State Colleges and Universities system. In her free time, Krystle loves to volunteer locally, cook her family's favorite dishes and take trips that involve salt water and sand.
