S3 E12 Using "What You Don't Know"20 Sep 202200:20:09

– The DooDoo Diva's Smells Like Money Podcast – What You Don’t know – With Eric DuPre

Eric DuPre the founder and president of Texas Infra Group, LLC.Texas Infra Group specializes in infrastructure solutions products and systems. These innovative systems assist municipal asset owners with sustainable asset management tools using existing data and newly collected data. The data is collected, centralized, and analysed to create visual aids and reports of the overall condition, financial costs, and provide meaningful insight for making informed decisions. This provides the basic foundational elements to build a Smart City platform.

Listen to this latest episode of “The DooDoo Diva's Smells like Money Podcast” where Eric talks about the condition assessment of infrastructure and utilizing grading standards such as ASCE, the oldest and the largest engineering association in the United States. He reviews the engineering analysis process using ASCE on a state-by- state basis to provide a grade of the overall condition of each states’ infrastructure. There are often assumptions due to lack of sharing of local data by municipalities which is creating a disconnect between what is being reported and the actual “state of affairs” and what can be done to correct this so that those responsible for the maintenance and operation of municipal infrastructure, in particular wastewater utilities, can obtain the funding that they need based upon accurate need versus assumed need assessments.

This episode covers:

●       American Society of Civil Engineers

●       Grading Systems

●       Grade Weighs in heavily to the funds that are going to be available to cities

– The DooDoo Diva's Smells Like Money Podcast –S3 E10 - Call Me, OK? - Richard Blank

Listen to this latest episode of “The DooDoo Diva's Smells Like Money Podcast” where Richard Blank talks about how call centers are essential in building businesses and how this can be applied in the Wastewater Infrastructure Industry. He starts by stating that the first thing to alleviate getting unlikely experiences for a small company as well as a medium size company is that the company should do more voice support instead of non-voice support, because if you're just pressing buttons or filling out a form, it can raise temperature levels and frustration. Richard also states that it's very easy to retain a client, to get a referral and maybe even upsell.

This episode covers:

● Executing Voice Supports rather than Non-voice for Small or Medium Businesses

● The Affordable Consideration of Outsourcing your Customer Service Call Center

● Foreign Outsourcing Increases Business at 95% Literacy

I hope you find this episode as informative and as exciting as we have.
