He was adopted by Mark Longo more than 7 years ago, who tells Dane and Inzy on The Debrief - Peanut would sleep with him, eat waffles with him and would wear his signature cowboy hat.

But Mark's life was turned upside down when his home was raided and Peanut was taken away and euthanised by authorities in New York, who had concerns of potential rabies.
