When I was in my 20’s I use to hate having to make decisions.   I had so much inner conflict that when I went out to a restaurant that had a menu with a lot of choices I would waffle back and forth on what to order so much so that my partner would end out having to help me decide.

 When it came to work decisions, even when I would prepare extensively by researching and getting all the information, I would still struggle with feeling confident in my choice I would feel afraid that I had made the wrong decision.   

It seemed that making any kind of decision was difficult and exhausting for me. 

Do you have challenges making decisions?   

 

It seems you are not alone.

 

I did some research and what I found was quite surprising on how many people are struggling with decisions and the challenges they are having because of indecisiveness.

 

According to a study by the American Psychological Association, around around 32% of adults in the United States report struggling to make even basic decisions.

 

Wow, almost 1 in 3 are struggling with making basic decisions

 

A global study of more than 14,000 employees and business leaders across 17 countries found that people are struggling to make decisions in their personal and professional lives at a time when they are being forced to make more decisions than ever before. 

 

This is some of the alarming statistics they found:

·       85 percent of business leaders have suffered from decision distress – regretting, feeling guilty about, or questioning a decision they made in ...

• 74 percent of people say the number of decisions they make every day has increased 10x over the last three years and as they try to make these decisions, 78 percent are getting bombarded with more data from more sources than ever before.
• 86 percent say the volume of data is making decisions in their personal and professional lives much more complicated and 59 percent admit they face a decision dilemma – not knowing what decision to make – more than once every single day.
• 85 percent of people say this inability to make decisions is having a negative impact on their quality of life. It is causing spikes in anxiety (36 percent), missed opportunities (33 percent), and unnecessary spending (29 percent).

The biggest challenge I see empaths and highly sensitives have is having a great day acting on their hearts desires.

What to do when Life gets Hard.

You might feel like life is just too hard and you just don't know what to do to get through it.  Maybe, you just lost your job, or your marriage is breaking up or you have a physical ailment that no one can seem to tell you what is going on.

It doesn't matter the kind of hard, it just matters that life feels too hard and you don't know how to get thorugh it and feel in flow in your life.

I recently had a vertigo attack.  Out of no where the room was spinning and for days I couldn't get out of bed and for weeks I couldn't get up and do a whole lot because I felt so nauseas and I couldn't focus my eyes on anything without the room moving like I was on a boat.   I started to feel like I can’t go on like this. 

And then I had an epiphany and was given a 4 step process from Spirit

Come and here my experience and the 4 step process I was given that shifted my life from hard to flow.

Have you struggled to feel grateful throughout your day?

It’s so easy to get caught up in the things that need to get done or the worry of what is happening in the world that you don’t even realize that you aren’t in the energy of gratitude.

I was fortunate to get to experience a nature experience with someone who is being trained in bringing people on forest bathing trips.  It was an amazing experience.

I had so many insights and experiences that blew my mind from connecting with nature, and from this experience I was guided to share with you how nature is the fuel that will enable you to feel deep gratitude in your life.

You’ve heard it before; gratitude is key to manifesting what you desire in your life.  The deeper you feel it, the faster you will manifest your heart’s desires.

Creativity isn’t just about making things or using your imagination to create new things, especially if you are a spiritual seeker looking to grow your spiritual gifts of intuition or deeper connection with Spirit. 

When you create on a consistent basis, creativity will transform you and your life.

How do I know this?  Because it transformed mine.

Today I’m going to share with you:

1.      How to be creative

2.     And how creativity will transform your life, if you give it a chance.

 

Let’s get going:

How to be creative :

1.     You have to be willing to suck to be creative. 

a.     You have to be willing to be bad at what ever creative medium you are doing if you want the creative flow to happen.  Once you are trying to be good you are in your ego and that will not put you in the creative flow. 

b.     Because what is the creative flow.  The creative flow is about being connected to source.  Creativity is about connecting to source.  Whether you call that source, God, Buddha or The Universe.

c.     If you are worried about being good or whether other people will like it, or what will other people think about me doing this.  (share my story of creating yogananda for the first time and my fear, but how I got over it)  

2.     Step 2 to being creative is to know when you are stopping the creative flow.  When have you fallen into worrying about whether what you are making is good.  How do you know you all of a sudden are worrying about making a mistake or wrecking what you have done so far.  Have you ever done that?  I know when I’m painting it can happen to me.  I’ll like what I’m creating so far and then I’ll start to go but I don’t want to mess up what I have.  Or in every spirit guide portal I create there is what I call the ugly stage.  I’m putting down the base and I’m not quite sure what to do next and I’ll start not liking what I see, but then I remind myself the ugly stage is part of the process.  If I don’t do the ugly stage I won’t complete it to have the blessings that I desire.

3.     So, It’s all about being willing to go through the process of working with the medium with and checking in with yourself with what are you being called to do next, even if you don’t know why.  The feeling of this feels right,  It feels expansive, I feel called to put this on the canvas or make this knot, or

How creativity will transform your life:

1.     Whether you consider yourself a spiritual seeker or not.  If you are creative and are creating you are connecting with your higher power.   If you want to transform your life with creativity combine the act of creating on a consistent basis with connecting to your higher power.  Are you ready to commit to a consistent creative practice?  Please put in the comments what your medium is or what you are going to create consistently?

2.     A consistent practice of painting transformed me from a nonvisual person to a visual person.  What I mean by that is I was someone who could never visualize when I did guide meditations.  (Share my story)

3.     I combined spiritual prayer and connection with creating and I began having visions.  I was someone who doubted my intuition to someone who trusts what my spirit guides download to me in what I share with my coaching clients and what I share on my videos to the guidance I get for myself to act on. 

4.     If you commit to consistently creating with bringing in prayer, and some spiritual practices to relax and be connected you can transform your spiritual gifts and abilities and transform your life.  You are a creative being you are meant to create and when you create on a consistent basis you will become happier, more fulfilled and more connected to your higher power if you consciously choose to be connected when you are creating.

Spirit Guide Guidance for Working with the Energy of September

Why is Relaxing Important?

Do you have a challenge relaxing like really relaxing, not just laying around watching TV but where your body your mind feel relaxed.

Maybe, you carry a lot of tension in your body, where everything you do you see you're tense.

 I'm Deepa Liu, I'm the creative Mystic and I want to share with you an aha I received in meditation.

As I sat in meditation what floated across my mind was BUDDAH WAS RELAXED, and in that moment I realized the importance of relaxing. So, what I was guided to share with you was about how relaxing is key for you as an empath or highly sensitive person in your spiritual growth and having success in your life

Why relaxaing is so important is because it helps you:

• to connect spiritually

• to have a deeper connection

• to receive intuitive messages

• in manifesting what you want in your life Relaxing is so important.

As those words floated across my mind "Buddha was relaxed",

The next thing that came in was that oh, “I need to relax, that I am carrying tension with my spiritual practice.”

If you've been on the spiritual path for any length of time you know it can be easy to fall into your spiritual practices becoming a should or a have to. And with that should or have to energy comes tension.

Higher Guidance intuitive messages are your secret weapon as an empath or highly sensitive person.  They are key to manifesting whatever you want in your life, whether you are looking for more happiness, having more financial abundance or finding that significant other  

I’m Deepa Liu, I’m the creative mystic and I’m an empath and highly sensitive.  Today I want to share with you

Why  receiving higher guidance is so key for you as an empath or highly sensitive person? 

1.      1. You are more easily swayed by someone else's advice  and most people are giving advice that is for the non-empath on nonHSP.  You are more likely to not know what are your true heart’s desires because you are constantly feeling or taking on other people’s energy.  Do you see this happening to you? 

Because you are more sensitive and susceptible to other people's energy, emotions, opinions and their advice than the non empath or non highly sensitive person. 

2.     2. And The advice they give you will be what works for the nonempath, but not necessarily what works for you as an empath or highly sensitive. You will find yourself struggling to put in place the advice they are giving you because it's not advice for an empath.  Have you had that happen where you take a training and it seems like its working for other people but not you? 

Higher guidance/ Intuitive messages are your secret weapon because receiving these messages, higher guidance will save you:

1.     1. time from doing things that don’t work for you

2.     2. Allow you to know what is true for you

3.     3. Put you in divine flow so you can manifest a life that you love.  One that makes you happy and fulfilled when you follow your higher guidance. 

Higher guidance,  intutive messages from your higher power will ensure that you get guidance that will work for you as an empath or highly sensitive person.  This will be guidance based on truth not what someone's opinion or advice that they think will work for you .

 Higher guidance, intutitive messages are based on truth and are coming from the ethers of all knowing consciousness.

How do you get that higher guidance? 

Whether your call your higher power God, Buddha, The Universe or Spirit Guides it all comes down to you being willing to ASK. 

Asking your higher power for intuitive guidance on what your next step is in manifesting the financial abundance, the prosperity or whatever is your heart's desire. 

The act of Asking makes you receptive to receiving the answer. 

How do you ask?

You connect with your higher power by a prayer that invokes your connection with them. 

The prayer can be silently or aloud, whichever way you feel the strongest connection to your higher power.  and then you

Ask. 

but you want to make sure you ask a solution oriented question? 

A question with the end in mind you desire. 

now after you ask you have to be receptive to receiving an answer.

This answer may not come as a voice or words in your head, but you will get an answer.  

The answer may come as a symbolic message or repetitive sightings, but you have to be aware to receive the message

Act on the guidance you receive even if it doesn’t sound logical, practical or you don’t know how you are going to do it.

THE END RESULT THAT YOU WANT/ YOUR HEARTS DESIRES THAT YOU WANT IN YOUR LIFE

 

And what I have seen with working with my clients that are empaths and highly sensitives your 2 biggest struggles are:

 

1.     Other people’s energy/emotions

2.     Being clear on what you want/ what your heart’s desires are

 

You’ve probably seen yourself get around people and see their energy and emotions affect yours. 

One moment you might be in a happy place and you get around someone who is negative and before you know it, you feel your emotions going to theirs, and your happy place is gone. 

Or

You feel clear on what you want and you get around someone and pretty soon you feel confused or foggy about what you really want.

You probably think about What do I have TO DO!

If you have a job you think I have to go to work to earn money.

If you have your own business you think I have to do marketing or sales and sell my product or services to make more money

I have to make a CAUSE to earn money. 

But the FIRST CAUSE you need to make is in your thoughts and that is your consciousness.

if you are not aware of your consciousness you are most likely having lack consciousness when you take the action which is conflicted energy and will only give you minimal results.

What is the One Spirit Guide as an empath or HSP you really need?

The most important spirit guide for you to connect with is your Self-Love Spirit guide

Why? 

As an empath or HSP

Have you struggled to love yourself?

Are there things about yourself that you just don’t like?

Do you want to love yourself,  but you just don’t know how?

Loving yourself is probably the most challenging thing for you to do.  I know it was challenging for me and I have seen that it is the most challenging thing for my clients.

Just about every client I have worked with has been programmed to berate themself, judge themself, and be hard on themself. 

Is that you?

·      Do you criticize yourself when you make a mistake,

·      or berate yourself when you aren’t able to complete something at the level you want to

·      Or maybe, you think something is wrong with you because you haven’t been able to have the level of success that you desire, whether it’s in a relationship, a job, a business…….or just because you are an empath or highly sensitive.

All of these are a form of self-hatred, which holds you back from shining your light in the world and being your best you. 

Mother of Love came to me in meditation with the message that the most important kind of love is

SELF- LOVE

It is the key to solving all the unhappiness in your life.  It is also how we will transform the world from a place of division, judgement and hatred to one of love, peace and joy. 

It all starts with you.

Your willingness to take the first step to love yourself.

 

How do you do that?

 

We have to first answer the question:

 

Why is your Self Love spirit guide so important?

 

Einstein said:  “You can’t solve a problem with the same mind that created the problem”

In order for you to heal and let go of this self-hatred you need to come from higher consciousness.  And that is what your Self-Love Spirit Guide will provide for you.   

That your Self-Love Spirit Guide is integral in you being able to come from a new and different place so you can let go of your criticism, judgment and berating of yourself.

Because left to yourself you will continue to come from the same mind, the same consciousness of self-hatred that has kept you stuck. 

When you have a deep connection with Your Self-Love Spirit Guide you begin to receive guidance on what is holding you back and how to overcome it. 

That your Self-Love Spirit Guide is integral in you being able to come from a new and different place so you can let go of your criticism, judgment and berating of yourself.

As an empath or HSP the spirit guide that is most important for you to connect with is Your Self-love Spirit Guide.

Now I told you that the Self-Love Spirit Guide is important for everyone, but the reason they are even more important for you as an empath or highly sensitive is because you’ve been hearing your whole life,

·      You’re too sensitive

·      Stop being so sensitive

·      Feeling like something is wrong with you because you are so sensitive.

·      Maybe even hating yourself because you pick up on other people’s emotions and energy.

As an empath or highly sensitive when you develop a deep connection with your spirit guides they help you to know what is true for you. 

One of the biggest challenges I see empaths and highly sensitives have is knowing what is true for them.

1. Have a Physical representation of your spirit guide, because remembering is one of them most important things on the spiritual pathe
2. Communing with them on a consistent just like a friend when you spend more time with them the friendship becomes stronger it’s the same with your guides.
3.  Knowing how you are wired affects your ability to know how your guides are communicating with you.
4.  Knowing their language so you can understand what they are guiding you to do.
5. Change your subconscious programming
6. Most important factor that speeds up and strengthens your connection with your guides is loving yourself. This is one of the most important factors that changes your programming faster which enables you to connect with them on a deeper level

The biggest problem I see empaths and highly sensitive people have is knowing themselves.

You have a hidden obstacle that is keeping You from reaching your greatest potential of manifesting your purpose.

Number one:   Why you have a hidden obstacle? 

 

 The reason you have a hidden obstacle is because you have a blind spot.  Everybody has a blind spot. I have a blind spot. You have a blind spot. 

 

Why is that?

You’re wired that way.

You come on to the planet where you have difficulty seeing yourself.  Think about it, have you ever seen your own face?  You haven't, have you.

You might say “Yes I have, I've seen it in a in a mirror or a photo.

But you haven’t actually seen your face. What you have seen is a reflection of your face, and the image you see is determined by the quality of the mirror or the camera that created the reflection.

Because of this you are unable to have a clear picture of yourself and what your obstacles are.

 

Number 2:  What are your hidden obstacles?

 

Your hidden obstacles are your subconscious programing.

 

The programing you received when you were a child are your biggest, and most pervasive hidden obstacles.  Your beliefs, paradigms and emotional wounds are the obstacles that continue to hold you back and you don’t understand why you can’t seem to reach your greatest potential which is your purpose.

Why is self-compassion so important?

What do you do if you aren't being compassionate to yourself?

You probably fall into negative self-talk.  Maybe you berate yourself or call yourself stupid because you made a mistake.  At the very least you probably judge yourself that you aren't doing somethin well.

When you have compassion for yourself you have more self esteem, more postive self-talk and you are able to make decisions easier.

Mother of Compassion came to me in meditatio in the fall colors of red, orange and yellow.  When I saw her in my vision my first feeling was "How Unusual".

Mother Mary had never come to me in these colors, but as I continued to meditate and connect with her Mother of Compassion's guidance came through loud and clear:

"The most important compassion is self-compassion and for you to have self-compassion you have to acknowledge and honor the nedds of your first 3 chakras.

 

Are you acknowledging and honroing your needs of your first 3 chakras?

 

Mother of Compassion came with the clear message that the key to self-compassion is you getting honest with yourself of where you aren't honoring what you need with your first 3 chakras.  

She guided me to do a self-compassion meditatio to help you embrace your needs of your lower 3 chakras so you can have compassion for yourself and transform how you feel about you.

I was meditating and what came across were the words FOREST BATHING, so I decided that Divine Mother was guiding me to talk to you about what forest bathing is and how it can help you.

Today I am going to share with you 3 things:
- What forest bathing is
- What the benefits are for you as an empath or highly sensitive person
- How to forest bathe to bring you from surviving to thriving

So what is forest bathing?

You’re probably thinking it’s just getting out in nature and getting around the trees, and you are correct you are getting out in nature around the trees. But as someone who LOVES nature and would go out hiking, mountain biking and do just about anything in nature.  I always had a goal in mind of what I was going to accomplish.

I would climb huge mountains riding my bike or hike several miles and I was focused on the goal of what I was going to do rather than forest bathing.

When you forest bathe there is no goal you are trying to accomplish. You go out to commune with nature.  What is communing with nature?

Communing with nature is connecting with the trees, the plants, the flowers, the stream.  What do you sense with your 5 senses from the trees, the flowers, the animals, and as an empath what are you sensing with your sixth sense that you have as an empath or highly sensitive person that enables you to see beyond what you can see with your eyes and ears.  

Even though I have spent my whole life forest bathing (It wasn’t called that back when
I was a child) I didn’t know the science behind why I always felt so good when I would go out in nature.

So I decided to do a little research on forest bathing, and I found the most amazing benefits have been discovered when they did research on being in nature.     

These benefits help everybody on the planet, but from my own personal experience as an empath I have found we get some added benefits from going out in nature.

The reason your sensitivities are a challenge rather than a gift is because you don’t have strong energy in your energy account. Because of this you are easily swayed by other people’s emotions/ energy and you don’t know where you end and they begin.

Now, what exacerbates this problem of your sensitivities being a challenge rather than a gift?

Codependency

Codependency exacerbates your sensitivities into them being a challenge.

Why as an empath, is it so important to ground yourself?

Because you are a bioelectrical being.

You have neural pathways in your brain where there are neurons and synapses firing off.  You have a nervous system that you need to have it operate properly so it it can signal your body to move your arm or your leg or your fingers.  

You're a bioelectrical being where an electrical charge naturally runs in your body.
You have to have it operating properly so you can move your arms and legs, use your brain to make decisions. These are just a few of the reasons why it's so important.   

And you might be thinking as an empath or highly sensitive person, isn't everybody a bioelectrical being? Yes, but you as an empath or a highly sensitive person can easily be pulled off into other people’s emotions and energy if you are not grounded.

As an empath or HSP it's vital,  vital for you to be filling your energy account with strong energy and be grounded.

So, let's talk about why it's so vital as an empath or HSP to ground yourself.

You want to make those deposits of strong energy into your energy account, but if you don’t ground yourself you are kind of like a car. When you drive a car if you turn on the air conditioner you get less mileage in your car. As an empath or HSP if you don’t ground yourself your energy in your energy account is depleted faster, just like a car running its’ air conditioner.  You will run out of gas faster if you are not grounded.

What makes someone successful?

The person with the strongest energy wins

It’s not about learning the 8 traits of successful people, or the 10 habits of successful people.  It is about having strong energy in your energy account AND here is the key to you being successful:

“Energy flows where attention goes.”

You have to keep your attention on:

• what you desire
• your goal
• your dreams & aspirations, your end in mind that you want to create in your life

Because success is the accomplishment of an aim or purpose.

You get to decide what that aim or purpose is.  And you need to decide what to keep your attention on or not.

This is true for everybody.  

• you can be the average person, above average person, below average person
• you can be educated, not educated
• you can be an empath or HSP

This is true for every person on the planet, but it is especially important for you who is an empath or highly sensitive person.

The key to your success is Keeping your attention on your desired outcome, your goal, your dream, your aspirations.  

But where do you most likely keep most of your attention?
On what is bothering you, what you are worried about, what you are afraid of, What you are complaining about.  The very things that you don’t want more in your life is where your attention goes.

  Do you ever feel that way?   Today, I will share with you:   The 3 top energy drains for you as an Empath or HSP   The reason I am sharing with you first what is draining your energy is because I want you to get to the cause so you can have transformation and change in your life.     If you just treat the symptom you only get temporary results.     An example of treating the symptom is you feel exhausted and you drink a bunch of coffee to rev you up, but when it wears off you feel worse.   When you get to the cause of why you don’t have the energy you need, and you understand what is causing these energy drains, then you can have lasting transformation and change.   Then you can:

• have the energy for your loved ones when you get home for work
• go for your dreams, goals and aspirations

Your most valuable asset as an empath or HSP is your ENERGY ACCOUNT. Having an energy account that is filled with STRONG ENERGY!

You might be thinking WHHHHHAAATTTT is an energy account?

Your energy account is where you store your energy to use throughout your day. If your energy account is full with good deposits of energy then you have plenty of energy to be used for what you want to do in your day.

But the most important thing about your energy account is are you depositing / filling it up with weak energy or strong energy.  

Because your most valuable asset is an energy account filled with Strong energy.

How do you know if it is filled with weak energy or strong energy?

Quiz to determine what kind of energy is in your energy account:

1. Do you wake up feeling tired?
2. Do you need to have a cup of coffee or some other stimulant to get you going?
3. As an empath or HSP are you easily affected by other people’s energy and emotions?
4. Are you frequently afraid, stressed, doubtful, worried or anxious?
5. Do you have emotional meltdowns where you just can’t handle other people who are negative.

If you said yes to 1 or more of these you have signs of weak energy.

Yogananda came to me today volunteering to share with you

intuitive guidance on how to overcome your habits that keep you stuck.  

He also guided me to share with you the amazing story of how he was created into a spirit guide portal to help you connect with Divine beings, specifically with him.

He says: if you're hearing this you're ready.   It is time for you, it is time for you to start to change your habits because your habits he says the habits you have currently are from the programming you received as a child and those habits keep you stuck doing the same old thing.
