You want to know a little about the person you are calling.  Research your prospective customers.  Look up their info on Linkedin, Facebook and other sources of Social Media as well as the company website.  Read their Bios if available.  The more you know about who you are calling, the better the call will go and the more success you will have. 

In this episode we discuss how to create an effective email and verifying emails address are valid.
