Penny Phillips is a coach, supervisor and community-builder who believes deeply in people and the power of connection. As Founder of The Parent Village, she works alongside parents to support the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people. A mission rooted in both her professional expertise and her lived experience as a mum of two.
With over 25 years in public and voluntary sector leadership, Penny helps leaders and teams create cultures where people feel safe, energised and able to do their best work. Mandy Manners is an award-winning, trauma-informed Life and Recovery Coach and an ICF PCC-accredited practitioner. She works primarily with socially driven organisations through her role with Real Clear Coaching, offering wellbeing, leadership, and development coaching. In her private practice, Mandy supports individuals seeking to improve their wellbeing, build stress resilience, navigate behaviour change, and sustain addiction recovery.
A respected trainer and facilitator, Mandy teaches at The Coaching Academy and delivers specialist training for Alcohol Change UK where she also serves as an ambassador as well as First Aid for Mental Health. She has co-authored two books on sobriety, hosts The Recovery & The Rest Podcast, and is a sought-after speaker and podcast guest. Mandy also volunteers as a Trusted Advisor in Education and Pedagogy and is a designated coach for the She Recovers Foundation. She has just completed her Supervision Diploma training with The Coaching Catalysts and will qualify later this year.
Celine is the founder of Coaching Achievement Ltd, an advisory practice
built around one question: what stops leaders from committing to the
decisions they know they need to make?. She established her business from her experience across ‘fields and countries’ in advisory engagements, followed by 15 years as an executive learning coach.
Vanessa is a wellbeing and holistic coach, life coach, NLP practitioner, mentor, and certified Mental Health First Aider with MHFA England. She supports individuals through major life transitions, burnout, and periods of deep personal change, offering grounded, compassionate support rooted in emotional safety.
Before coaching, Vanessa spent 18 years as a flight attendant, navigating constant pressure and demanding environments, giving her a first-hand insight into chronic fatigue, burnout, and the discomfort of staying in a life that no longer fits. She is especially drawn to working with those who feel stuck or afraid to leave familiar patterns behind.
Emma helps her clients choose themselves, step into their potential, and become the main character of their own story. Her approach centres on mindset, beliefs, and the unhelpful stories people tell themselves based on past experiences. These thoughts can feel very real but they are not always true or accurate. By shifting that inner narrative, Emma acts as a catalyst, building momentum to help individuals move forward with clarity, confidence, and energy. Emma works with adults, teenagers, schools, and businesses, tailoring her approach to each person or group.
Tracey Croucher-Clark is the founder of The Compass Coach, with over 28 years of public sector experience. She works across three specialist areas: coaching neurodivergent and anxious young people to build resilience and re-engage with learning; providing confidential supervision for leaders and coaches in education, public services, and charities; and delivering inspiring workshops on coaching, mindset, and the conscious and unconscious mind. She is also co-founder of NT Coaching, delivering a whole-systems approach to wellbeing in schools across NE Hampshire.
About Amy Kranz:
Amy Kranz is the founder of Clear Path, a Spiritual Life & Transitions Coaching practice specialising in cross-cultural communication and unblocking creative blocks. She is passionate about empowering women of a certain age to take on solo international travel adventures that could just change their lives.
Leonora Found is an author and life coach who helps mothers better understand themselves, their emotions, and their relationships. Her work focuses on helping women slow down, reconnect with their needs, and create stronger emotional connections within families.
She is the author of I’m Fine, which explores the emotional labour and identity shifts of motherhood, offering practical tools for emotional awareness and communication at home.
Through Leonora Found Coaching, she works with mothers and young people to strengthen understanding and emotional connection within families, and is currently expanding her work into schools to support stronger relationships between students, parents, and educators.
Janine is an executive coach and leadership consultant with first-hand experience of leading in complex, high-pressure environments across a 25-year career. Her background is in HR and OD roles, and she counts brands such as Accenture, Warner Brothers and BNP Paribas among her portfolio of clients.

Kirsty Duncan is a Learning and Development Professional for over 20 years, or Head of Learning, Development and Wellbeing, and founder of Kirsty Duncan Coaching.
