With over 20 years in the Canadian Mortgage Industry, Justin has served as a broker, franchise owner, underwriter, and Managing Director. He's helped develop and implement national compliance frameworks at three large-scale brokerages. In addition to being the CCO for A Better Way Mortgage Group, Justin is also a Partner in Broker Armour Compliance & Consulting and is the host of the Broker Armour podcast series.
Monica is the Regional Vice President for Western Canada with Mortgage Architects and a Director with CMBA-BC. With more than a decade in the mortgage industry, she is passionate about helping mortgage professionals build stronger businesses through connection, mentorship, and practical support.
Monica is also a TEDx speaker and the bestselling author of Overcoming Awkward: The Introvert’s Guide to Networking, Marketing and Sales.

→ BC's new Mortgage Services ACT (MSA), which is officially coming into force on October 13th, 2026, and what that will mean for both brokers and brokerages alike.
