Sam has been a journalist for over 15 years, covering foreign interference, corruption, and organized crime, particularly concerning China's influence in Canada. His career has included roles at The Province, the Vancouver Sun, and Global News. Recently, Sam left Global News to start his own independent journalism platform called The Bureau. Sam is also a best-selling author of a book called willful blindness, which is a deep dive into Canada - China relations.
