Ever wondered how ADHD affects women juggling a career, parenting, and daily life struggles? Tune in as we are joined by our guest Mellanie, to hear her personal journey of dealing with ADHD in the workplace. Still coming to terms with her late diagnosis, she describes the constant fight to fit into a world that seems so effortlessly managed by others, and the challenges of making a mark in the corporate setup.
She shares how transitioning from office spaces to working from home has significantly affected her productivity and mental health. Mellanie, with her fascinating insights, leads the conversation about the intriguing world of network marketing and how its particular challenges seem tailor-made for people living with ADHD.
She then turns the spotlight on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and its incredible impact on her mental health. We rage over how many individuals are denied medical assistance for peri-menopause symptoms purely based on their age, and throw light on the detrimental effects of menopause on a woman's career, especially when they are at its height. So sit tight, fasten your seatbelts, and get ready for an enlightening, emotional, and humorous journey into the world of ADHD, work, and women's health.

Addressing the Invisible: Women's Fight for ADHD Diagnosis
20 Sep 2023
01:06:40
Have you sought diagnosis for ADHD, only to feel completely overwhelmed by the UK's labyrinthine diagnosis pathways? Well, we've been there, felt that, and today we are attempting to break it down a little for you.
Remember the time when you assumed your GP was the only hurdle between you and your ADHD diagnosis? We dive into the gatekeeper role of GPs and the impact of limited resources on the accessibility of the whole process. Post-Brexit Tory Britain... Don't get us started!
We explore the options, including new 24/7 service Babylon GP (which we thought was NHS funded, but are now not so sure!), Individual Funding Requests, and the Right To Choose option for ADHD assessments. We mourn the state of affairs, with lengthy waits, and the potential price range for private diagnosis. We challenge the myth of over-diagnosis, and highlight the vital role of being an informed patient.
We throw light on the uphill battle of women in their quest for an ADHD diagnosis and the unwanted stigma fuelled by the media. We share compelling stories of those who embarked on private diagnosis journeys, and their fight to access treatment and medication.
Stay tuned for the final episode of Diagnosis month, next week, when we will be in conversation with Rosie Gill Moss, of Widowed AF podcast.

Diagnosis - Controversies and consequences
04 Sep 2023
00:52:00
This episode marks the start of ADHD MUMS Diagnosis month. Seeking diagnosis is too often a rollercoaster ride, a reeeeeeally painfully slow one! Navigating the complications of ADHD diagnosis while balancing the challenges of modern motherhood, that's extra!
In this week's Highs And Lows Of The Week we reflect on the ending of the summer holidays, from the challenges of travel with kids, to the kindness of strangers, and the stresses of the transition to high school.
We then map our own paths to ADHD diagnosis, and discuss the controversial Panorama documentary titled 'Private ADHD Clinics Exposed', which aired the day of Claire's assessment! We share our thoughts and feelings about the documentary, its potential impact on public opinion, and its unsettling influence on the mindset of people awaiting an ADHD diagnosis. We don't shy away from the hard questions, pondering whether private clinics have a financial motivation to over-diagnose, and the ripple effects this could have on patients seeking help.
Stay tuned gang, we are just getting started! From discussions about our personal highs and lows to more in-depth conversations about ADHD and parenting issues, we can't wait to continue learning, growing, and laughing together.

Access to Work - A system set to help?
06 Nov 2023
00:30:45
Navigating the workplace can be a minefield, especially when you are living with a disability. But imagine if you had a tool in your arsenal that could provide up to £63,000 per year to help you stay in or return to work?
Well, the UK government's Access to Work scheme apparently does just that. We talk through through the many ways this fund can potentially be a game-changer for you, from covering your travel expenses to securing a job coach. However, we also highlight some of the stumbling blocks along the way, such as the challenge of finding a coach and the intricate system navigation, particularly if you've been working from home.
The second half of our conversation zeroes in on the hoops and hurdles of sourcing the best resources under the Access to Work scheme - ADHD MUMS listener, Sarah, tells us her experience of Access To Work so far; an endless paper trail, a search for the right equipment and support for ADHD, and getting into debt with family.

HIGHS AND LOWS OF THE WEEK: A snot-drip and a battery blip
03 Nov 2023
00:40:30
What happens when life throws a curveball and you find yourself juggling a sick child, a new job, and a migraine? You grit your teeth through a free full body massage, of course!
Join us for a chat about our week, that was a mixed bag of highs and lows. Competing with the normal stresses of parenthood, Gen had the excitement of a new job at a spa, but found herself and her youngest child ill on her first day. Claire had a seriously stressful day of trying to get out of the city centre, with a dead mobile battery, and no cash or card.
Balancing personal and professional commitments can be taxing, especially when you are running a podcast. We get real about the emotional toll this project has taken on us at times, and how we had to adapt our work styles to pick up eachother's slack.
We reference our experiences with Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD), a condition that can make criticism, no matter how constructive, feel like a personal attack. We discuss how we eased up on critiquing each other and found ways to work harmoniously.
As the discussion progresses, we delve into the intricacies of our commitments and how timekeeping delays can strain relationships. We explore how ADHD can be linked to chronic lateness, and how this can be triggering within neurodivergent relationships.
We emphasize the importance of understanding and empathy when dealing with someone living with ADHD, but acknowledge ourselves how challenging this can be in the moment. Claire shares exciting news regarding titration, and shares her initial thoughts on the impact of ADHD medication on energy levels and mental health.

We'll take you through our work path diversity, from waitressing to wedding photography, discussing the pressures of earning a living when your output changes so significantly from one day to the next.
We touch on how the Liverpool music scene, in which we grew up, bridges dreams with benefits and how even these have diminished under Tory government regimes. We delve deeper into the harsher aspects of the workplace. We share the agonies of enduring a job with normal (but intolerable) conditions, managing sensory issues, and grappling with emotional dysregulation.
We share our world of work experiences, ranging from care homes to charity shops, and reveal how we have evolved professionally. We also candidly discuss how we’re instilling in our kids the power of creativity for making pocket money.
As we wrap up our conversation, we unmask our personal experiences with workplace bullying and discrimination. We reveal the impact of disclosing disabilities within the workplace and the unique intersectionality of pressures that ADHD parents face on the job.
Finally, we reminisce about the joy of working with other creative people, the humourous moments that have kept us going through jobs in the past.

In todays episode, we chat to the wonderful Rosie Gil Moss of the Widowed AF, who candidly shares her unique journey to ADHD diagnosis. Rosie's insights into her private diagnosis of both ADHD and autism, offer a fresh perspective on the privileges and limitations of private diagnosis.
Parenting neurodivergent children as neurodivergent adults, can be complex, but it's a shared experience we are lucky enough, yet again, to share with our guest. Rosie navigates the challenges of managing a bustling household with four children, one of whom is Autistic, and others whom she suspects are neurodivergent. "Overwhelmed Mum Syndrome" With ADHD
12 May 2025
00:40:26
Household management presents unique challenges for mothers with ADHD, from the constant distractions to the repetitive, unrewarding nature of daily tasks. We explore "Overwhelmed Mum Syndrome" and share practical solutions for making our homes more ADHD-friendly.
• Household tasks are particularly difficult for ADHD brains due to lack of structure, constant interruptions, and minimal dopamine rewards • The gendered division of labour places most household management on women, contributing to the rise in adult female ADHD diagnoses • Co-regulating with children while managing your own ADHD creates additional emotional labour • Creating ADHD-friendly systems like bag sorting methods and ready-to-go areas can significantly reduce daily stress • Home hacks like dishwashers, key hooks, and strategic storage systems make life more manageable • Sometimes the best solution is letting go of neurotypical standards and finding creative adaptations that work for your unique brain

Surviving Chaos: Return Of The ADHD Mums!
02 May 2025
00:40:12
We're back after an unexpected 18-month break, and what a whirlwind it's been! Life with ADHD never slows down, and we've both experienced some big changes that have reshaped our day to day completely.
Gen's journey has taken her from co-parenting related job loss to university studies, from a relationship ending to dating adventures, and most significantly, through transformative EMDR therapy that's revolutionized her self-perception.
Meanwhile, Claire's path has been dominated by health challenges – from employment discrimination due to illness to multiple diagnoses, a significant medical weight loss journey, and the emotional rollercoaster of losing her housing security before finally purchasing her first flat. Through it all, she thinks the clarity brought by her ADHD medication has helped her develop stronger boundaries and self-advocacy skills.
Both of us have been exploring the possibility that we're not just dealing with ADHD but may also be on the autism spectrum – a common co-existing condition that explains many of our sensory and social experiences. This expanded understanding has brought greater self-compassion and clearer perspective.
Moving forward, we're redesigning the podcast to focus less on education (there are plenty of experts doing that brilliantly) and more on normalizing and sharing authentic experiences. We'll maintain our signature "Highs and Lows" segments while adding more listener interaction, creating space for the ADHD community to connect through shared stories.
If you have questions or experiences you'd like us to discuss? Reach out through our social channels – we want to platform more diverse voices within the ADHD community, whether you're a mother or not.

• Claire's week dominated by helping her teenage son through exam stress, requiring her to relearn subjects from Latin to maths • The breakthrough moment when her son allowed physical comfort after almost a year of rejection • Claire reassuring her anxious teen that subject choices don't determine his entire future • Gen's anxiety spiral after reading about potential cyber attacks leading to World War III fears • Her coping mechanism of purchasing emergency supplies while trying to maintain perspective • The contrast of a brief Spanish getaway, providing respite from everyday stresses • Discussion of active reading strategies that help with ADHD focus challenges • Both hosts demonstrating resilience despite significant emotional and physical exhaustion

Fantasy vs. Reality: Creating an ADHD-Friendly Living Space
23 Jun 2025
00:29:10
We explore what their ideal ADHD-friendly homes would look like, from practical solutions to fantastical dreams, while repeatedly getting side-tracked, as per usual.
• Low-maintenance outdoor spaces like yards with potted plants instead of gardens requiring constant upkeep • Automated home features like laundry chutes, robot vacuum cleaners, and smart home technology to reduce cognitive load • Meal prep strategies and the challenges of demand avoidance when it comes to pre-planned meals • Creating snack boxes for children to reduce constant food requests while providing structure • The distinction between comfort eating and using food as a form of dissociation or thought-stopping • The difficulty in fantasizing about ideal living situations when limited beliefs get in the way • Smart home assistants that help with routines but sometimes seem to have a personal vendetta
Homework for Gen: Five minutes of connecting with inner magic and wonder to properly fantasize about a dream home without practical limitations.

HIGHS AND LOWS OF THE WEEK (Pt.1): Anxiety, Acrylics and ADHD visitors
23 May 2025
00:22:19
ADHD diagnosis brings initial relief until the harsh reality sets in – it helps you understand yourself better but doesn't make the struggles disappear. The journey continues with extreme highs and lows, requiring ongoing effort and coping strategies.
• Gen shares that recognizing anxiety as an "unwelcome visitor" rather than part of her identity represents significant growth • When physical symptoms of anxiety include heightened awareness of your heart and lungs and racing thought patterns • Anxiety can trigger awareness of other past mental health issues like eating disorders • Having neurodivergent friends who truly understand you is invaluable for us ADHD parents • Children with neurodiversity often connect more authentically with other neurodivergent adults • Even stressful situations (like accidental acrylic paint on rental property steps) can become brilliant bonding experiences for your kids, with the right people

Packing Up The Guilt: Claire's House Move as an ADHD Mum
19 May 2025
00:22:45
We discuss the emotional journey of moving house as a Mum with ADHD, from being stuck in overwhelming clutter to successfully downsizing by 75% into a more functional living space. Frickin WOOOO-HOOOOOOO! YES Claire!!!
• Setting the ambitious goal to eliminate 75% of possessions despite sentimental attachments and hoarding tendencies • Discovering the surprising ease with which her teenage son adapted to minimalism after years of collecting • Processing the emotional grief of letting go of cherished mementos and childhood items • Confronting the "ADHD tax" - finding multiple duplicates of items purchased when originals couldn't be found • Managing the overwhelming administrative burden of moving while working full-time • Implementing practical organization systems like color-coded tags for different categories of items • Experiencing the tremendous improvement in quality of life after downsizing to a more manageable space
The rewards of downsizing far outweigh the pain of the process. Learning to stop filling emotional emptiness with possessions has created space for relaxation and meaningful projects. This is an exciting new chapter for Claire!

ADHDers: Hunters and Gatherers Trying To Cope Vs. Capitalism
16 Jun 2025
00:23:52
We explore how ADHD brains might be better suited to hunter-gatherer societies than our modern capitalist world, questioning if our current social structures are fundamentally misaligned with neurodivergent minds.
• The hunter-gatherer theory of ADHD suggests our brains evolved for different tasks than modern 9-to-5 work demands • Claire discusses how leaving her job allowed her to reconnect with her authentic self after being depleted by constant masking and exhaustion • Universal basic income could potentially allow ADHD individuals to contribute meaningfully in ways that work with their brain wiring • The concept of communal living as an alternative to isolated nuclear families presents both appeal and challenges for us as ADHD women • Modern parenting expectations create impossible demands where mothers must simultaneously work full-time while managing household responsibilities • Even in progressive households, mothers typically remain the "micro-managers" of family life regardless of employment status • The feminist achievement of workplace access has inadvertently doubled women's workload rather than creating true domestic equality
Join your scouse Sisters in Chaos as we challenge the systems that weren't built for our brains!

Beyond the Sting: Understanding RSD in our ADHD Brains
09 Jun 2025
00:34:19
We explore Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD), an intense emotional reaction to perceived rejection or criticism commonly experienced by people with ADHD and other neurodivergent conditions. We share personal stories about how understanding RSD has helped us recognize when we're experiencing it and develop healthier responses to perceived rejection.
• RSD causes intense emotional pain in response to perceived criticism or rejection • Fear of rejection can lead to avoiding social interactions and difficulty maintaining relationships • People pleasing behaviours often develop as a protection strategy against potential rejection • Understanding RSD helps in recognizing when you're experiencing it and challenging your perception and response • Progress comes through self-awareness, self-compassion, and recognizing others' actions aren't usually intended to affect you badly • Parenting presents unique RSD challenges when children assert independence or show affection differently • Workplace exclusion can trigger RSD but understanding your neurodiversity helps reframe these experiences • Mel Robins' "Let Them" theory helps de-centre yourself from others' actions and choices
Join us next time for more honest conversations about navigating life as neurodivergent parents.

Inside Our Minds: Chris Packham's Journey into Understanding ADHD
02 Jun 2025
00:30:26
Claire and Gen discuss Chris Packham's BBC documentary "Inside Our ADHD Minds," sharing how it portrays the lived experience of ADHD through the stories of two individuals with the condition.
• Documentary follows Henry (diagnosed as a child) and Jo (diagnosed late in life) as they create films to help their loved ones understand ADHD • Henry's film portrayed ADHD as a character bombarding him with distractions, using ball pit balls as metaphors for competing thoughts • Jo's late diagnosis led to grief and anger about opportunities missed without proper understanding • We both related deeply to the challenges of maintaining friendships with ADHD traits like time blindness • The documentary highlights how "attention deficit" is a misnomer - it's more about attention dysregulation • The powerful moment when Jo's friend says "You're not too much, I want more of you" resonated strongly with us both • Packham's empathy despite not having ADHD himself (he has ASD) made the documentary particularly effective • We highly recommend the documentary as a way to help family and friends understand ADHD experiences
Follow-up documentary about dyslexia also recommended for additional neurodiversity understanding.

• Claire discusses her weight loss journey and the exhaustion from medical treatments affecting her productivity and mental health • Physical health limitations create additional challenges when managing daily tasks and household responsibilities • Gen shares a series of bizarre administrative errors where she's "disappeared" from medical systems and appointment records • The profound impact these errors have on someone with ADHD who already questions their perception of reality • A parenting win using timer plugs to regulate screen time removes confrontation and battles with her neurodivergent daughter • Creating alternative activities like "collage club" and outdoor play helped regulate her daughter without screens • Finding solutions that work with neurodivergent needs rather than against them creates more harmony in the household

26 May 2025
00:33:22
We introduce our new feature "Voice Notes from the Edge" where listeners can send us voice messages with questions, stories, or ADHD hacks that we'll respond to on the podcast.
• Our first message comes from a listener who's had her ADHD referral lost in the healthcare system • She asks whether pursuing diagnosis is worth the uphill battle after experiencing system failures • We discuss how common it is for paperwork to get lost due to underfunded, overstretched healthcare systems • When you have undiagnosed ADHD, these failures can trigger deep self-doubt and feelings of personal failure • We both strongly believe diagnosis is worth pursuing despite the obstacles • Medication can be truly life-changing for many people with ADHD • Diagnosis provides validation, self-understanding, and access to workplace accommodations • Practical tips for pursuing diagnosis: set reminders, check progress monthly, consider alternative referral paths • The importance of persistence when navigating healthcare systems that weren't designed for neurodivergent people

HIGHS AND LOWS (Pt. 2): Beyond Silence: Facing the Ghosts of Abuse
23 May 2025
00:37:08
Claire's recent recurrent nightmares and a podcast reccomendation have made her want to finally share her deeply personal journey of escaping an abusive relationship decades ago. We talk around the unique vulnerabilities ADHD women face in toxic partnerships.
• ADHD traits can make individuals more susceptible to manipulation and gaslighting • Early warning signs of abuse include controlling behavior, isolation from friends and family, and financial control • Abusive relationships often escalate gradually over years, with physical violence sometimes appearing later • Nightmares and PTSD symptoms can persist long after leaving an abusive relationship • Fear of being alone, not being believed, or retaliation can keep victims trapped for years • Speaking to trusted people and reaching out to domestic violence services can help those trying to escape • Finding yourself again after abuse is possible, and being single can be empowering rather than frightening
If you're experiencing domestic abuse, please contact a national domestic violence helpline for support.

Medical Mayhem; The RE-Return of The ADHD MUMS!
20 Aug 2025
00:40:40
We return after a sudden absence to explain our disappearance, sharing candid stories about our recent medical emergencies and hospital stays.
• Claire spent over ten days in multiple hospitals dealing with a severe infection in her fallopian tubes • A hospital procedure gone wrong left Claire with a drain tube caught on her sciatic nerve, causing excruciating pain • After being discharged, Claire has spent weeks trying to coordinate care between two hospitals that won't take responsibility for her treatment • Gen underwent a painful procedure and experienced a spontaneous knee dislocation while recovering alone at home • We discuss how ADHD complicates illness—making medication management particularly challenging • Being sick with ADHD leads to boredom, hyper-focusing on pain, and difficulty with hospital routines • Summer parenting while recovering has created guilt, though our kids have adapted well
We're going to try to be more consistent with episodes going forward, though Claire still needs additional hospital treatment. We love doing this podcast together and appreciate your patience during our absence.

Dark Attractions: Why Neurodivergent Kids Love Horror
15 Sep 2025
00:30:48
We discuss the fascinating connection between neurodivergent children and their attraction to horror, spooky stories, and darker themes. We explore why these interests shouldn't necessarily concern parents but might actually represent healthy processing and identity formation.
• Neurodivergent children often relate more to villains and outsider characters than traditional heroes • Many ADHD and autistic children have an innate attraction to horror and spooky content from a young age • Children who experience frequent correction or feeling different may find validation in characters who don't fit in • The neurochemical rewards of controlled fear experiences can be particularly appealing to dopamine-seeking ADHD brains • Age-appropriate content boundaries remain essential while still honouring these interests • Horror can provide a safe way for children to process emotions, explore identity, and develop resilience • The connection between neurodivergence and horror appreciation often continues into adulthood • Therapeutic approaches are now using horror-adjacent tools like monster drawing and D&D to help neurodivergent individuals
We'd love to hear from our listeners about their experiences with neurodivergent children and horror interests. Send us an email or message us on Instagram to share your stories!

• hormone shifts lowering estrogen and impacting dopamine regulation • perimenopause amplifying ADHD symptoms and cognitive fatigue • mood volatility linked to progesterone fluctuations • shame, masking and feeling judged for executive dysfunction • HRT formats, access, risks and reported benefits • research gaps in studies excluding or not segmenting ADHD women • the invisible load of parenting, sensory overwhelm and burnout • practical supports: ADHD coaching, mindfulness, habit stacking • tools and apps for reminders, routines and externalizing tasks • supplements like magnesium glycinate and omega‑3s for sleep and focus

Autonomy Seekers: PDA, ODD Or Just A Bad Morning?
06 Oct 2025
00:39:07
What happens when every morning feels like a battleground? When getting dressed, brushing teeth, or simply walking out the door triggers anxiety so intense it manifests as defiance? In this deeply insightful exploration, we unpack the crucial differences between Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) – two profiles that look remarkably similar on the surface but require fundamentally different parenting approaches.
Drawing from our personal experiences as neurodivergent parents, we break down how the PDA profile within autism manifests as extreme anxiety around everyday demands, creating situations where children (and adults) physically cannot comply rather than willfully choosing defiance. Through vivid examples of morning routines gone awry, we illuminate how seemingly simple tasks stack up to create overwhelming pressure for those with demand avoidance.
The heart of our discussion centers on transformative parenting strategies that prioritize collaboration over control. We share the approaches that have dramatically improved our relationships with our children – from indirect communication techniques to creating environments where autonomy is respected. These aren't just theoretical concepts but battle-tested methods that have turned chaos into connection in our homes.
Perhaps most powerful is our examination of what it means to parent when you yourself have PDA traits. The demand overload inherent in parenting responsibilities can be doubly challenging for adults already sensitive to demands in their daily lives. We offer practical strategies for self-regulation, flexibility, and self-compassion that acknowledge this unique struggle.
Whether you're navigating these challenges yourself or supporting someone who is, this episode provides compassionate insight and actionable approaches that center the parent-child relationship above rigid expectations. By understanding the difference between "won't" and "can't," we can create homes where everyone feels understood, respected, and capable of thriving despite these challenges.

Contemplating Co-Regulation: For Neurodivergent Parents and Children
29 Sep 2025
00:46:13
Have you ever noticed how your child's meltdown seems to trigger your own internal alarm system? There's a biological reason for that—and understanding it might just transform your approach to parenting.
In this deep dive into co-regulation, we explore the fascinating science behind how neurodivergent parents and children affect each other's nervous systems. Using Stephen Porges' polyvagal theory as our guide, we explain how our bodies move between states of safety, fight-or-flight, and shutdown—visualized as climbing up and down a ladder of regulation. When our kids get stuck at the bottom of the ladder, how can we help them climb back up without tumbling down ourselves?
For single parents especially, this balancing act presents unique challenges. With no tag-team partner to step in during moments of escalation, we share honest stories about what works (and what definitely doesn't) when trying to maintain calm in a household of neurodivergent nervous systems. From noise-canceling headphones to strategic stepping away, we've tried it all and aren't afraid to admit our failures alongside our successes.
The most powerful revelation? That perfect co-regulation isn't the goal—repair is. When we acknowledge our part in escalation, apologize sincerely, and reconnect with our children, we model both accountability and resilience. As Dr. Mona Delahooke wisely notes, "Kids don't throw tantrums, tantrums throw kids"—a profound reframing that shifts our understanding from behavior management to compassionate nervous system support.
Whether you're stimming together, whispering to de-escalate chaos, or simply being present during the storm, your neurodivergent parenting toolkit is more powerful than you realize. Join us as we explore how play, joy, and authentic connection create the foundation for raising regulated children—even when we're still figuring out our own regulation along the way.

Subscription Archaeology: ADHD And Digital Payments
22 Sep 2025
00:37:18
Ever felt that sinking feeling when you realize money's vanishing from your account every month for services you don't even use? You're not alone.
In this eye-opening conversation, Claire has reluctantly been tasked by Gen to investigate her subscriptions NOW, not tomorrow. This ends up in a financial awakening that reveals she's spending well over £125 monthly on completely unused subscriptions. From educational apps that proved too basic (but kept charging anyway) to streaming services signed up for single shows, the financial drain is both shocking and relatable.
The subscription trap takes many forms. Claire discovers she's been paying for Audible despite no longer listening to audiobooks, funding a stranger's Spotify account after her device was stolen, and even continuing to pay for internet service at the house she moved out of eight months ago. The most egregious offenders include App Nibble charging her twice monthly (£40), two simultaneous Spotify accounts (£16.99 and £11.99), and a VPN service (£11.99) that's actively causing problems by randomly connecting.
What makes this conversation so valuable is its honesty about the psychological barriers to cancellation. Claire describes the exhaustion of trying to navigate intentionally complicated cancellation processes, forgotten passwords for old accounts, and the way ADHD can make financial management particularly challenging. The episode offers practical solutions, including using AI assistants as accessibility tools and attempting to reclaim money for services unused due to disability or illness.
Ready to stop the subscription drain on your finances? This episode might just inspire you to take a hard look at your own bank statements – and reclaim hundreds in wasted subscription fees. What forgotten services might be silently depleting your bank account right now?
