Billy's case remains unsolved, but we're hoping you can help. In this special podcast series, "Texas City Tells: Unsolved" Detective Sergeant Jeff Winstead takes us through the case, presenting the evidence and sharing Billy's story.

Mainland Communities Crime Stoppers has increased the reward for this case and is now offering up to $10,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
