Vigilante consists of members of the old and new school Detroit Hardcore. Throw in a little Nashville/Atlanta you get this badass band Vigilante. With members from Big Deal, xTYRANTx, Love is Red, and Reckless, you get this CHAOS.

Can't say enough about these dedicated dudes. Great times, fun podcast. Tater pulled the shit down so that was cool. You'll find out.

MERRY CHRISTMAS

The headlining band of this years Black Xmas is Detroits own Earthmover. We are fortunate enough to be able to get them back to do another show! Anyone who is unaware should definitely look in to them. You can find all audio on YouTube, Apple Music, Spotify and elsewhrere.

There is a giveaway in this episode so listen to the instructions in the intro to try and win an Earthmover windbreaker and a ticket (1 SINGULAR TICKET) to Black Xmas presented by Black Iris Booking

https://www.instagram.com/moralpollution/

https://setterwindrecords.bandcamp.com/album/moral-pollution

Been a long time coming getting Jeremy on the podcast! He's been around for quite a while and used to front a band called Fight it Out. Moral Pollution is filled with talented musicians that have been in many Michigan hardcore bands. I can't list them here because there is a contest where if you can name 7 of the bands first you'll get a free pair of tickets to the black xmas show Dec 30th.

Listen to Fools game new split out w/ Risk from Boston! PAHC at it's finest!

Absolute fun episode to do with the NJHC giant, James STIKMAN of Fury of Five. At this point, if you're in to hardcore and you dont know who FOF is, you might as well turn around and leave. Jokes aside, they are heavy as fuck and bring their own style to hardcore that is untouchable and irreplaceable. One of a kind, and very unique in my opinion,

Check em out this Weekend in the Midwest.

Friday in Detroit 11/3 at The Sanctuary

Saturday in Chicago 11/4 at The Cobra Lounge

Sunday in Cleveland 11/5 at No Class.

https://deadhang.bandcamp.com/

Long time friends dusting off to bring you a sick throwback style of a heavy hardcore. So glad this band exists and if you like them, you can support them on almost any platform. Just listen and share their shit! That's all we ever ask for!

This is a bit different of an episode. I love the idea of having the whole band on to introduce them and we get to hear a small portion of their history in Detroit and how this amalgamation of Cold as Life came to fruition.

Ramona (Black Iris Booking) has been booking shows in Detroit and all over the place for over 2 decades at this point. She has a looong resume of top tier bands today that were just getting their foot in the door when she was their agent. She's done so much over the years and because it's not on stage or the internet, promoter most of the time do not get the credit they deserve.

Also big shoutouts to Jimmy and Curtis from The Crofoot and Edgemen printing. aka Tied Down boys. Also, all the bands involved get mad love for representing and celebrating with us in Detroit!

I hope you guys enjoy this episode and get to know the band a little bit before we're tearing each others heads off next Saturday!! Enjoy

This is another mileston episode and huge honor for me. Obviously you know who Freddy Madball is so just dig in and hope you enjoy it!

Catch Madball playing Oct 7th in Detroit with Cold as Life and plenty of other heavy hitters. So blesssed,

Ohhh shit! I don't even need to say anything on this about Aaron. If you don't know Death Threat. stop what you're doing and go play them Until Oct 7th.

Here we are. Cant believe this years Tied Down has came and gone already! The hype was amazing and it was all that we could have asked for as far as I'm concerned.  Shout out and a big thanks of course to Curtis and Jimmy and the whole team involved. It was great to see the tweaks made from last year and how they turned the volume way up to reach this potential. Can't wait to see what's in store for next year!

One of LAHC's finest hardcore band. They've been around almost 20 years and if you aren't familiar, you have been missing out!

This was a great episode. We talked hardcore, violence, martial arts, and had a great time. One of the best conversations I've had yet! Support Jeremy by going and buying the EP on bandcamp or over at Daze records. I think there's still some vinyls leftover. Or if you're ever in Evansville, IN, go get a tattoo!

I didnt have a guest for this one. I asked people to send in questions on Instagram and this is what ya get!

I have Bill on today to talk about his upcoming Hardcore Cares benefit show that he has been putting on for years donating to different organizations and charities. This year his choice of charity is to the Lupus Foundation of Michigan. His had a hand in picking it because she is dealing with Lupus herself. There's no cure for it and you can learn about it in the podcast!

We also dive in to addiction and recovery because thats also a big part of his life as recovering alcoholic. If you yourself need help or know anyone - You always have people to talk to. Were here for you.

He cares so much about hardcore and the culture itself. He's been around for ages and has seen it all!

Doubt It! Bandcamp below

https://doubtitrocks.bandcamp.com/album/demon-dance

This one needs no explanation. Fun lovin cool ass dudes John and Adrian from the coolest up and coming Detroit Hardcore band Doubt It swing through to have some laughs and talk about The Bands Future plans but most of it is just talking about good times and acting stupid.

Wouldn't have it any other way! Lots of cool things happening with them in 2023 and I'd love to have em back anytime! Was a great conversation so dont fuckin doubt it!

https://dayzlost.bandcamp.com/

Back at it once again! Definitely a great episode to listen to if you dig either of those bands. And if you havent listened to Dayz Lost, click the link above and get to it!

You can live vicariously throug me as I lay out the entire trip to NYC for the Triple B/Daze/SOH Showcase. Great times!

The title says it all!

Just some thoughts/shoutouts and q&a

Not much involved in this. Just thanks and appreciation and ranting about hardcore!

This is one for the books! Been a long time in the making and I'm glad Beast took the time to stop by and talk about his time in the Detroit hardcore scene and everything H8 has done as a band. I could've talked for another 2 hours about H8 INC and everything that has gone on in Detroit since the 80s. Hopefully we can make it happen again! Amazing conversation and I hope yall like it too.

Nick Kucway is very well known in the hardcore scene, espeically in Detroit. He has been around a very long time with a long resume of notable bands such as Freedom, and Retribution. Currently fronting the band Fantasy World that has worked with Collyde records. I'll post the bandcamp link up above! He is also an artist and does album art and band logos, Very creative and talented guy all around and I couldn't have asked for a greater guest.
