What causes psychiatric illness? How do we define different conditions? And, most importantly, how is the modern neuroscience revolution transforming the field of psychiatry? Join the co-chair of the NNCI and our host, Dr. David Ross, for an exploration of these questions and many more! The NNCI is committed to making core concepts in neuroscience accessible and clinically relevant for a broad audience. With funding from the National Institute of Mental Health, the overarching aim of the NNCI is to create, pilot, and disseminate shared resources to help train psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to integrate a modern neuroscience perspective into every facet of their clinical work.
