One important thing this time has given me is the opportunity to analyzie the systems I have in place. We are in the middle of it right now and it silumtaniously a crisis and an opportunity. It’s an opportunity for us to evaluate. Is what we had working for us and is it going to work for us even when it all blows up? These times make us ask ourselves what skills and tools do I already have? What I didn’t have is some of the other skills. But that is the adjacent possible. Whatever is going on there will always be subgroups that benefit from what is going on. That is economics. This is our chance to show Legislatures we don’t need to be burdned with standardized testing. We will lead out. We will lead out for what is best for kids in any situation no matter where we stand.
