Josephine went from hardship and an unstable upbringing, to then a whirlwind career as an Artist that saw her perform on a multitude of stages and on TV screens for over a decade. She then leaped into the world of Business, Talent Management, Studio Ownership and Motherhood. Another 10 years later, she has not looked back since!

Josephine hopes that by  being open and sharing her industry experiences, resources, lessons and tools, that you too can have a thriving performing arts business.
