Well...that's true and not true. 

On top of that, you may not be able to find 8 hours in your day to sleep so that wouldn't work for you anyway!

In this week's episode, I tackle the myth that you need 8 hours of sleep to lose weight. The number of hours shouldn't be your goal and I tell you why and what your goal should be >> QUALITY over QUANTITY.
