| How to Rebuild Your Life After Divorce Without Losing Yourself | With Myesha Chaney | 16 Sep 2026 | 00:46:22 | |
Myesha shares what it was like to leave an 18-year marriage and suddenly lose friendships, relationships, identity, and parts of her faith along the way. Together, Toni and Myesha talk about the messy reality of healing — where grief and relief can exist at the same time, where pain does not disappear overnight, and where freedom sometimes looks like simply taking the next right step. They also dive into the importance of learning from your pain, taking accountability without blaming yourself, surrendering unanswered questions to God, telling the truth without becoming bitter, and giving your children permission to have their own relationship with each parent. And when it comes to dating after betrayal, Myesha offers one unforgettable reminder: “Anything harmful loves speed.” This episode is for anyone learning how to trust themselves again, rebuilding after divorce or heartbreak, or trying to figure out what life looks like on the other side of survival. Because healing does not mean erasing your story. It means learning how to carry it differently. | How Healing Became an Idol: Why We're More Obsessed with Healing than Becoming Holy | 09 Sep 2026 | 00:58:35
What happens when healing becomes the destination instead of part of our discipleship? After my reel about becoming so obsessed with healing that we forget to become holy reached millions of people, I knew we needed a deeper conversation. In this episode, Me and Chris Cook sit down to talk about the difference between healing that makes us more self-focused and healing that actually makes us more like Jesus. We’re talking about self-awareness, surrender, boundaries, triggers, identity, personal responsibility and the uncomfortable truth that sometimes we can learn all the therapeutic language…and still resist transformation. Healing matters. Therapy matters. Processing your story matters. But the goal was never simply to become more aware of yourself. The goal is freedom. Wholeness. Surrender. Love. And becoming more like Christ. This conversation is for anyone who has done the work, learned the language and protected their peace—but is wondering whether God may be inviting them into something deeper. Watch until the end, then tell us in the comments: Has your healing journey made you more like Jesus—or just more focused on yourself? | Your Spouse Cheated…Now What? 5 Things to Do Before You Decide | 02 Sep 2026 | 00:34:08
Drawing from her own experience of enduring repeated infidelity in marriage, Toni shares the things she wishes she had understood when she first discovered betrayal—and the practical steps she believes can help you move from panic toward clarity. Reminders in this episode: Do not make a permanent decision from a temporarily flooded place. You are allowed to be devastated. You are allowed to ask questions. You are allowed to create space. And you are allowed to take your time before deciding what happens next. This episode is not telling everyone to divorce. And it is not telling everyone to stay. It is about finding safe people, establishing truth, creating healthy boundaries, praying for wisdom, and paying attention to whether the person who betrayed you is actually willing to take responsibility and do the work required for reconciliation. Toni also talks about three common responses to betrayal: revenge, self-blame, and rushing to repair everything immediately. | You Don't Need More Goals--you Need a Reset with God | 19 Aug 2026 | 00:35:52
What if you don’t need another goal…you just need a reset? In this episode of the Still Coloring Podcast, Toni sits down with certified Christian health coach and Healthy by Heather Brown host Heather Brown for a practical, faith-filled conversation about caring for your mind, body, and soul without turning health into another exhausting thing to achieve. Heather shares the framework behind her new book, The Sunday Reset, and challenges us to stop letting life simply happen to us and start intentionally building our weeks with God. Together, Toni and Heather talk about finding your “why” for health, meal planning, movement, mental health, stress, consistency, grief, anxiety, surrender, and why getting healthy should be less about looking a certain way and more about having the capacity to live the life God has called you to. Heather also leads Toni through a practical breathing exercise for stress—and y’all, Toni almost ended the podcast to go take a nap. 😂 One of the biggest reminders from this conversation? We may not have the power to stop life from being hard, but we can create more capacity in our bodies to hold the hard. This episode is for the woman who is tired of starting over, setting goals she cannot sustain, running herself into the ground, or constantly trying to move faster than God. Maybe you don’t need to completely reinvent your life. Maybe you just need to reset it with God. In this episode of the Still Coloring Podcast, Toni sits down with preacher, author, and podcaster **Brenda Palmer** for an honest conversation about church hurt, betrayal, rebuilding your life, surrender, and following Jesus when obedience doesn’t produce the outcome you expected. Brenda shares the devastating story of experiencing betrayal inside a church community that felt like family—and why that pain ultimately pushed her **deeper into God instead of away from Him**. Because sometimes we believe: *I prayed.* *I obeyed.* *I did the right thing.* *So surely God is going to make this work out. * But what happens when He doesn’t?
Brenda shares how her life didn’t immediately get better after choosing God. She moved across the country, slept on an air mattress, went almost a year without a job, received government assistance, battled depression, and had to rebuild nearly everything. And somewhere in the rebuilding, she learned something that stopped Toni in her tracks: **Surrender isn’t how we convince God to do something for us. Surrender is our response to what He has already done.** WHEW. 😭 If you’ve ever thought: **“God, I did everything right. Why did You still let this happen?” ** This episode is for you. Because obedience isn’t ultimately about what you get on the other side. **It’s about the God you meet along the way.** 📖 **ABOUT BRENDA** Brenda Palmer is a preacher, author, podcaster, and the author of *The Journey of Yes: The Everyday Adventure of Radical Obedience*. | When You’re in the Wilderness, Pray This | 29 Jul 2026 | 00:14:03
What do you pray when life feels dry, dark, exhausting, and uncertain? In this special Fifth Wednesday episode of the Still Coloring Podcast, Toni invites you to slow down, breathe, and receive a prayer inspired by Psalm 63. David wrote this psalm from the wilderness of Judah—a parched and weary place where there seemed to be no water. Yet even there, he continued searching for God, praising Him, and trusting that God’s strong hand was holding him securely. Maybe you are walking through your own wilderness right now: heartbreak, grief, financial pressure, anxiety, sickness, addiction, insecurity, temptation, or a pain you cannot quite name. This episode is your reminder that you are not too broken for God to hear you. Your past has not disqualified your prayers, and someone else’s prayers do not reach God faster than yours. Every person who has said yes to Jesus has access to the same loving and holy God. Toni prays for hope when everything feels dark, strength to resist temptation, freedom from sin, rest for sleepless nights, and the ability to remember that God is still good—even when saying it feels difficult. Come as you are. Take a deep breath. Bring God whatever you have. You can expect:
You do not have to pretend that the wilderness is easy. But you can trust that you are not walking through it alone. | My Daughter Thought Our Divorce Was Her Fault | 22 Jul 2026 | 00:34:35
Dylan opens up about once feeling like she had to choose between her mom and dad, how her relationship with God helped her realize she could love both parents, and what children navigating divorce need most from their friends and families. Toni also reflects on the responsibility divorced parents have to protect their children from adult conflict, resist trying to replace the other parent, and create opportunities for their children to experience family—even when the family looks different than it once did. But this conversation is about more than divorce. Dylan shares how God helped her overcome insecurity, why teenagers need a personal relationship with Jesus instead of simply borrowing their parents’ faith, and what Proverbs 3:5–6 taught her during a moment when she desperately needed to hear from God. Parents, this is an episode to watch with your children. And whether you are raising kids, navigating co-parenting, healing from your own childhood, or simply wondering whether the next generation still loves Jesus, this conversation will leave you encouraged. Because the movement of God does not end with us. The next generation is still listening. They are still asking questions. They are still developing real faith. And they still need safe adults willing to hear what they have to say.

| I Trusted My Intellect More Than God's Voice (Reading Psalm 46) | 01 Jul 2026 | 00:14:49 | |
Do you rely more on your intellect than God's voice? In this episode of the Still Coloring podcast, Toni Collier opens up about a difficult truth she discovered while reading Psalm 46: she had been trusting her own understanding more than God's wisdom. If you've been overthinking every decision, carrying burdens you were never meant to carry, or feeling exhausted from trying to control every outcome, this conversation is for you. Through honest storytelling, biblical insight, and practical encouragement, Toni unpacks what it really means to "be still and know that I am God"—and why discernment often requires us to slow down, surrender, and listen. Psalm 46 reminds us that God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Even when life feels chaotic, His presence offers peace that striving never can. You don't have to figure everything out on your own.
In this episode, you'll learn: • Why self-reliance can keep us from hearing God's voice • The difference between intellect and discernment • How to trust God when you don't know what to do • What "be still" actually means in everyday life • Why surrender is often the first step toward peace If this episode encouraged you, subscribe to the Still Coloring podcast and share it with someone who needs this reminder today.

| Why Psalm 27 Makes Me Cry Every Time | 10 Jun 2026 | 00:30:30 | |
Can I tell you why Psalm 27 brings me to tears every time I read it? It’s one of the most meaningful passages of Scripture in my life, truly. It has carried me through grief, heartbreak, rebuilding, fear, and seasons when I felt like I had nothing left to hold onto but God. If you've ever felt overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, abandoned, or unsure of what to pray, I really do hope this conversation is a powerful reminder that God's presence is enough. Let me tell you about the things I once turned to for comfort, why Psalm 27 continues to wreck me in the best way. and what it means to dwell with God instead of constantly asking Him to fix everything around us. | The First Time I Heard God's Voice | 03 Jun 2026 | 00:24:40
Have you ever desperately wanted to hear God's voice... but weren't sure if it was really Him? I want to tell you a powerful story about the first time I believe I heard the voice of God. Y’all know I’ve been going through it – navigating divorce, doing my best as a single mom, facing financial hardship, and healing from trauma. This season really and truly has brought me to complete desperation and ultimately closer to God than ever before. Let’s look at Psalm 91 and I’ll tell you how this Scripture became more than words on a page to me. Psalm 91 feels like a personal message from God that changed the trajectory of my faith journey. You might be wondering, “How do I know if God is speaking to me? Why can't I hear God's voice? Does God still speak today? What role does silence, prayer, and Scripture play in hearing from God?” I don’t have all the answers, of course, but I hope this conversation – and the other episodes still to come in this Psalms series – will help you to seek God in those questions. | When It Feels Like Everyone Else Has the Life You Wanted | 27 May 2026 | 00:34:19
What do you do when it feels like everyone else is getting to enjoy the life you prayed for? Today we’re talking about disappointment, unanswered prayers, jealousy, seasons of waiting, and struggling to trust God’s timing. I call it the “pain comparison trap” and it’s HARD, y’all. Comparison can slowly steal your peace and distort your view of yourself and God! If you’ve ever wondered why everyone else seems to be moving forward while you feel stuck, forgotten, or overlooked by God, this conversation is for you. Your pain is not invisible, and God has not forgotten you. And I want to acknowledge your sadness. I feel it too. Don't discount your pain. If you’ve been wrestling with discouragement, unmet expectations, loneliness, singleness, grief, healing, or feeling emotionally exhausted from watching everyone else “win,” pull up a seat and let’s chat through a few stories of comparison in the Bible. | The Pain of Rebuilding Your Life That No One Talks About | 20 May 2026 | 00:30:59
What happens when life falls apart… and you have to rebuild from scratch? I’ve been there. And I’m still going through a season of rebuilding years after my second divorce. So, let’s talk about the emotional pain of starting over again when life doesn’t go according to plan. From grief and disappointment to healing and trusting God in the middle of uncertainty, this episode is for anyone who feels exhausted trying to rebuild their life after heartbreak, loss, divorce, failure, betrayal, or unexpected change. If you’ve ever felt like everyone else is moving forward while you’re picking up the pieces, my prayer is this: that you’ll be reminded that healing is not linear, starting over is not shameful, and God still meets you in the middle of the rebuilding process. Divorce is hard. But navigating divorce when your kids are involved? Hello somebody, now that’s a whole different level of pressure!! How do you support your kids emotionally during divorce? What does the Bible say about the fear, guilt, and uncertainty we face as a parent? I’m absolutely not perfect and am still learning as I navigate through, but I want to focus today’s episode on what I’ve learned, paired with some biblical truth. If you’ve ever found yourself lying awake at night thinking, “Am I messing up my kids?” you’re not alone. Let’s get real about what it looks like to walk through divorce as a parent who deeply loves their kids and wants to do this right. This isn’t about perfection. | So I Went To Prison...And This Is What God Did | 06 May 2026 | 00:37:47
What if the place you think is “freedom” is actually where you’re still in bondage? Friendssss, I’ve gotta share a truly life-changing experience with you. I recently visited a federal women’s prison with God Behind Bars, and it completely redefined my understanding of freedom! Let’s take a look together at John 8 and the story of the woman caught in adultery. We’ll look at how shame, sin, hesitation, and lies from the enemy can keep us stuck… even if we’ve never found ourselves inside the walls of a prison. We’ve got to do three things: stop playing with sin, start naming the lies we’re believing, and step into the real freedom Jesus offers us. If you’ve been feeling stuck, ashamed, or spiritually blocked, I hope this episode will meet you right where you are and then call you into something higher. You are not too far gone. You are not disqualified. Real freedom is available to you, right now. | A Prayer for When Your Heart Feels Heavy | 29 Apr 2026 | 00:04:54
If your heart feels heavy today, this prayer is for you. You don’t have to have the right words. You don’t have to have it all together. If your heart feels heavy, just press play. This week’s episode is a little different! I’ve got a special “rest rhythm” moment for ya – I’m going to walk you through a short, guided prayer rooted in Psalm 61. When life feels overwhelming, when you’re carrying pain you can’t fix, or when your heart feels faint, this moment is an invitation to pause, breathe, and remember that God is near. This guided prayer is for anyone feeling emotionally exhausted, spiritually drained, or in need of God’s presence. I read scripture over you, guide you through a few intentional deep breaths, and pray over you to remind you that you are seen, known, and deeply loved by God. | How to Forgive Someone Who Cheated on You | 22 Apr 2026 | 00:34:11
How do you forgive someone who cheated on you… especially when they don’t deserve it? Buckle uppppp y’all. I’m nothing if not honest; you know this about me. So I’m letting you into more of my healing journey through the repeated affairs of my ex-husband. I’ve endured betrayal and infidelity, which led to our divorce – and yet, I’ve forgiven him. Yes, really. I hear you: “Toni, but HOW?!” Let’s talk about it. You can still forgive even when the pain is still fresh. I walk through the story of Peter’s betrayal in John 18 and John 21, and I’m sharing some practical steps that helped me move from unforgiveness to freedom. If you’ve been cheated on, lied to, or deeply hurt in a relationship, I hope this episode will meet you right where you are. | You’re Accidentally Asking God For The Wrong Thing | 15 Apr 2026 | 00:37:49
Why aren’t your prayers working… even when you’re trying your best? You guys, I’ve been experiencing a whole lot of spiritual warfare like you wouldn’t believe. I’ve felt desperate, I’ve sought out deliverance, and it’s led me to ask a deeper question: what am I really asking God for… and why? I think there’s something that gets in the way of our prayers, and it’s probably not what you think. Let’s dive into James 4 to look at how our desires, habits, and even good things in our lives can quietly become distractions from God. If you’ve ever felt frustrated, stuck, or confused about why God feels silent, I’m really hoping this conversation will challenge you and encourage you at the same time. | Men’s Mental Health and Killing Pride with Terrence Smith | 13 Oct 2025 | 00:43:46
Well, hello, friends!! We’ve done it. We’ve reached the final episode of Season 7 and I’m just so grateful. I hope you’ve enjoyed this “Toni and Friends” season full of some of my favorite people. They got me through this horrific season of betrayal, and through our conversations I trust the Lord has helped you to see how you can boldly step out of hiding to find the godly community that will bring true healing. I’m joined for this finale episode by my friend Terrence Smith. Terrence is the founder of Kill Pride Club, which is a beautiful space here locally in Atlanta for men to process grief, release pressure, and grow in wholeness. During their monthly meetings, Kill Pride Club attendees explore the challenges men face in a world that often leaves them behind emotionally, spiritually, and relationally. I love this, y’all. Lean in – Terrence has lots of practical tips for men on their healing journeys! And check out Kill Pride Club, too! | Rebuilding Creative Moxie with MŌRIAH | 06 Oct 2025 | 00:50:30
Today’s guest is Moriah Smallbone, my co-host of the "Unshakeable Moxie" video series with Our Daily Bread Ministries! We met in a pretty unconventional way (basically creative-speed-dating style), yet there’s always been such an ease and sense of normalcy in our friendship. Goodness knows Moriah has seen me through the good, the bad, and the downright horrific these last few years. And it’s been such a privilege for me to watch her fight for her dreams. As a Latin-country artist, the last decade of Moriah’s career has been full of emotional starts and stops – moments that felt like sowing seeds in the dark while watching others’ dreams take off around her. But her story, like mine, is one of rebuilding, redemption, and finding purpose again through God and His people. If you’ve ever felt like you’re waiting on breakthrough or wondering if your hard work will ever bear fruit, this conversation is for you. [NOTE: Thanks for hanging with us through some audio issues with this episode! If you're having a hard time following, go watch the episode on YouTube where you can turn on captions – that really helps!] Okay y’all KNOW I’ve become a Burn Boot Camp obsessed gym girly – I would not have gotten through this horrific season of divorce without caring for my body (and building a really sweet community) within the walls of my local gym. And the incredible thing about Burn Boot Camp is that I can keep my workout rhythm going when I travel and speak all across the country! In this “don’t heal alone” season of Still Coloring, I wanted to chat with the CEO and co-founder of Burn Boot Camp, Morgan Kline, because goodness knows Burn has helped me heal. Morgan and her husband Devan lead this company so well, and I had the opportunity to tell her that in this episode! We talk about the importance of community, consistency and challenge – the three C’s of Burn! – and about honoring God through how we care for our bodies. | Sitting in Grief Together with Eryn Eddy Adkins | 15 Sep 2025 | 00:53:20
Well, you guys, I apologize in advance for the snot-cry-filled audio of this episode, but that’s how you know we went REAL DEEP on the topic of sitting with your friends in grief. Eryn Eddy Adkins and I have been friends for nearly a decade. She knew me when I was freshly divorced and then remarried… and now divorced again. It’s so sweet to have a friend who has seen you through all the seasons of adulthood, and the story of redemption I’ve seen in Eryn’s life has given me so much hope for the work God is doing in mine. We cry a lot in this episode – we sat down to record just days after the tremendous heartbreak of lightning striking her parents’ 20,000-square-foot barn. The devastating fire destroyed heirlooms and family photos they’ll never get back. You’ll hear us process through that together. And because we’ve been friends through various dating and marriage contexts, we also talk about fighting to not find our worth in men, and that’s a conversation I think A LOT of women need to hear today. | Alcohol and Accountability with Debra Fileta | 08 Sep 2025 | 00:51:03
I’m so excited for you to hear this conversation today with my friend Debra Fileta. Debra and I have been ministry friends for a while, but she’s played a unique and important role in my healing journey over the past year as it relates to wise counsel around numbing through alcohol. At the end of 2024, I made a decision that alcohol could not be a part of my life any more, and Debra is holding me accountable to what I’ve promised myself and the Lord. Think of this episode as a collab of sorts – I was on her podcast, “Talk to Me,” earlier this summer, and I’m bringing our conversation over here to my podcast listeners too. We talk about asking for help, revealing our weak spots, and learning to trust again after betrayal. I hope it’s a helpful conversation for you too! | When New Friends Rally with Rachel Awtrey | 02 Sep 2025 | 00:45:43
You ever stumble into a friendship? You meet someone randomly or have a brief encounter with them and then realize that you’ve actually found a meaningful connection? That’s how I feel about Rachel Awtrey. Rachel had me on her podcast back in 2023 and asked about my marriage during the interview, not knowing I was in the early stages of going through my divorce. After the mics stopped recording, I opened up and asked if we could edit that part out, and Rachel saw me. She kept leaning in when she could have just moved on, and I felt genuinely cared for. Since then, she’s followed the Lord’s prompting to reach out in moments when she didn’t know I needed a tangible reminder of God’s love for me. I hope this episode gives you some bravery to start tiptoeing toward strangers and also provides some practical tips on finding and stewarding safe friendships. Rachel uses some gym metaphors for seeking joy in life, and you KNOW I loved those! Y’all go check out her new book too! It’s called Love Your Life (Even When You Don’t Like It All The Time). | Allies in Pain with Lisa Whittle and Jo Saxton | 25 Aug 2025 | 00:52:34
Jo Saxton and Lisa Whittle are who I call my “allies in pain.” They are like big sisters to me, lifelines whom I can text at any time for advice. The idea of “withness” that I talk about in my new book, someone’s presence with you in your pain – they have lived it out so beautifully. And they were relentless in making sure that I told the truth about the betrayal I experienced in my marriage two years ago. Lisa, Jo, and I have a conversation about finding (and being) trusted friends, saying the hard and difficult thing in a loving way, even when someone is in pain, and why it’s important that we process hard things with our integrated mind, body and soul in mind. We end the episode with Lisa and Jo mom’ing us a bit, sharing the best advice they’ve passed on to their own daughters. | Godly Adult Friendships with Jackie Hill Perry and Megan Ashley | 18 Aug 2025 | 01:13:14
Jackie Hill Perry and Megan Ashley became friends within the last few years and it’s not an exaggeration to say that their friendship has literally blessed millions. They were once strangers but now they spur each other on in ministry, pray together, keep each other accountable, and fight for unity… and I think we can all learn something from the way they prioritize their friendship. Well, hey friends! It’s been a minute! The last season of Still Coloring hit your feeds last summer, and a whole lot has happened since then. Last season, every episode you heard was just me, recounting all of the ways God (and His people) showed up for me in the darkest moments of my life. It was vulnerable and tear-filled and I hope so very encouraging to anyone going through something similar. The podcast is back for a new season, and I’m excited for you to hear these conversations about community, grief, mental health, and friendship. I believe that when God brings you to a Red Sea moment in your life, He’s going to part it. We serve the God of miracles, and He’s still working miracles every single day. | I’m Safe and So Are You | 22 Apr 2024 | 00:29:02
I want to tell y’all the story of one of my favorite scriptures, Psalm 91. It was given to me by a deacon in a church during a church service that I barely wanted to be at, and at the time it didn’t mean a thing to me. But it came alive to me during a “spiritual encounter” weekend retreat where I was finally pursuing being a follower of God and not just a fan. I realized that God’s word comes most alive when we are looking for God Himself. Let’s go find Him. He isn’t too far.

| God Provides, Again and Again | 15 Apr 2024 | 00:32:11 | |
I have a tendency to live in a scarcity mindset about money, that there’s not going to be enough of it, and when I do have it, I might lose it. Maybe you feel that way too. Finances can impact what we believe about God, but goodness, do I have some God winks to tell you about the ways He’s provided in this season of my divorce. I was scared to take time off the stage because speaking is how I make money, but I heard God say, “Toni, I am the author of good things. I am working out all things out for the good of those who love me. Love me, follow me, surrender to me, and I got you.” He’s got you too, friend. Let me show you how.

| We Need a Savior and His People | 08 Apr 2024 | 00:34:57 | |
One thing that has been super consistent in this season of my life is how my community has SHOWN UP for me. God saw fit that out-of-town friends would physically be down the hall when I got the worst phone call of my life. They’ve comforted me and helped me discover things about myself that I hadn’t realized before. My community furnished my new home and reminded me of my purpose, coaching me through attacks of the enemy when in a moment I believed that the pain would absolutely crush me. Listen, friends. We need each other. We can't heal alone. So, after you run to your Savior in moments of pain and darkness, make sure you find your people too. I am going to bring you all the way in. This is probably going to be my most vulnerable series of podcast episodes ever because it's me processing through some of the hardest moments I've ever had to walk through. | Technology, Kids and How To Get It Right with Bark Technologies | 06 Nov 2023 | 00:35:02
We decided this season needed one final episode, and it’s with Titania Jordan of Bark Technologies! Let’s go deep on the topic of navigating the online world with our kids. I’m not even exaggerating when I tell you that Bark is absolutely revolutionary and has changed my life as a parent. Titania is mom to a high schooler, and she serves as the Chief Parent Officer and CMO of Bark. Today she shares with us some pretty scary statistics from their annual report that analyzed 4.5 billion data points across 30 social media platforms, but with this bit of fear comes a whole lotta hope! Let’s be a safe space for our kids. We have an incredible opportunity to take the things we didn’t have access to and the ways tech hurt us and get it right for the next generation. And Bark’s gonna help us do it. This season of the Still Coloring podcast is sponsored by Bark Technologies. | Transracial Adoption, Privilege, and Belonging with Kendall Mariah Tart | 02 Nov 2023 | 00:37:48
Today’s podcast guest, Kendall Mariah Tart, says she wants to authentically and unapologetically engage in conversations that are sometimes really uncomfortable, so we go there in this episode! Kendall is a self-described “modern southern housewife” with a husband in the active military and a beautiful adopted daughter who is Black. As a blonde-haired white woman in America, Kendall has navigated some hard things in her parenting journey, so we talk about what it looks like to parent a child outside of your race. It’s all about honoring them and their humanity. Kendall has some bold thoughts and I appreciate her perspective, curiosity, and convictions so very much. | Don’t Parent Alone with Heather MacFadyen | 30 Oct 2023 | 00:44:24
Parenting is a treacherous journey – don’t we all know this to be true! But the beautiful thing is, we don’t have to do it alone. We shouldn’t do it alone. Today I talk with Heather MacFadyen, the founder of a brand and podcast called Don’t Mom Alone, about the idea of community. It can be awkward to seek out and pray specifically for, but we’ll be better parents if we find like-minded people to walk through this with. And Heather says that of course, parents matter, but we’re not the end-all, be-all, and that’s both hard and incredibly freeing to realize. Don’t mom – parent, grandparent, aunt/uncle, etc. – alone, okay? Find your people! This season of the Still Coloring podcast is sponsored by Bark Technologies.
