newrecruit.eu - Platform for armybuilding developed for 9th age. Has all applicable rules on the unit entries themselves, reducing the need to cross reference multiple sources. Lots of great additional features as well. Can also generate unit cards that include all relevant rules for each unit for easy reference. Free to use. 

www.warhall.eu - Platform for playing tabletop wargames. Great for practice or trying out new ideas. Designed and created for use with 9th age and supports all the essential Old World mechanics natively. Does not use any copyrighted assets, so you can feel good about that. Integrates with newrecruit so that you can simply click one button and your army is ready to deploy. Totally free to play for 30 days with a subscription plan for premium features after that. 

Tabletop Simulator aka TTS  - Available on Steam, assets for Old World found in the Steam Workshop. Used more widely than Warhall but has a fairly steep learning curve to get to the tabletop. Once you learn the ropes though, provides another great way to play Old World online.
