Cotton Candy Cocktail:
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Cotton Candy
Lemon Zest
5 oz Sparkling Rose
- Pour bitters at the bottom of a Champagne glass, lay a skewer of cotton candy on top, pour sparkling rose over. Zest with lemon for garnish and enjoy!
