| Full Moon Meditation: The Hunter’s Moon 2026 — With Kieron Morgan | 25 Oct 2026 | 00:39:26 | |
Is there something you’re ready to set down before winter? In this full moon episode of Soul Sync, Kieron Morgan, Brother of Dragons, returns to guide our monthly full moon meditation, this time under October’s Hunter’s Moon. The Hunter’s Moon is the first full moon after the harvest. Traditionally it marked the time to gather in, prepare and take stock before the long dark months. This year it falls just five nights before Samhain, as the wheel of the year turns into its darker half and, for many of us, the veil feels at its thinnest. I open the episode with a short introduction to the Hunter’s Moon: where the name comes from, why this full moon matters, and what it can mean for your own practice at this time of year. Then Kieron takes you into the meditation. The full moon peaks in the early hours of Monday 26 October 2026, at 04:12 UK time. Listen on the night, in the days either side, or come back to it whenever you need it. What you’ll hear

| The Whispers of the Soul: Trust, Self-Doubt & Mediumship with Kay Reynolds | 21 Oct 2026 | 00:45:57 | |
Medium and author Kay Reynolds joins me in a conversation I thought I'd lost, recorded in August 2024, on self-doubt, sitting in the power and why mediumship asks you to go within. | Trusting Your Mediumship: Stop Thinking, Start Feeling | The Mediumship Sessions #4 | 14 Oct 2026 | 01:10:57
Jason Paul and Donna King explore trusting your mediumship, sitting in the power, quieting a busy mind and learning to feel without overthinking. In episode four of The Mediumship Sessions, Donna King and I move from our earlier conversations about psychic awareness into the foundations of mediumship: recognising subtle changes, making room for spirit and learning to trust your own way of working. I share how difficult I found sitting with a busy mind, the techniques that left me overthinking, and the difference it made when I began keeping things simple. Donna brings her experience, warmth and practical suggestions for noticing your energy without putting yourself under pressure to have a particular experience. There is plenty of laughter, some very honest reflection and a reminder we both return to: development takes time, and your mediumship does not have to look like somebody else's. In this session, we explore: Whether you are just beginning or returning to the foundations, you are very welcome to explore with us. Develop with us online If this conversation resonates with you, join Donna and me for Moving in the Intelligence of the Spirit, our online mediumship development class. We are creating a welcoming, supportive space to explore your energy, experiment and understand how your own mediumship works. | Astrology: A Shortcut to the Soul | Debra Clement | 12 Oct 2026 | 00:55:33
What if your birth chart could offer a deeper understanding of who you are, the patterns you repeat and the life you feel called to live? In this episode of Soul Sync, I’m joined by astrologer, teacher and fellow medium Debra Clement for a warm, thoughtful conversation about astrology, intuition, fate and free will. I open with a little from my week exploring trance mediumship at the Arthur Findlay College, and share how a reading Debra gave me after our conversation felt affirming at a turning point in my life. Debra describes the birth chart as a “shortcut to the soul”. She shares how studying her own chart helped her make sense of inner conflicts and recurring experiences, and explains why an individual reading goes far beyond the general horoscopes we find in newspapers. We take a journey through the twelve astrological houses, exploring how Debra interprets different areas of life, from relationships and family to work, calling and spiritual sensitivity. We also explore her belief that psychic and mediumistic potential can be reflected in a chart, and the difference between recognising an ability and finding the confidence to develop it. Our conversation becomes personal as we reflect on unexpected changes of direction. Debra’s move from practising law to working full-time in astrology echoes my own decision to step more fully into mediumship. Together, we ask whether the chapters of our lives might be preparing us for something we cannot yet see. Along the way, we discuss soul contracts, the possibility of choosing experiences before birth, and the place of personal choice within those beliefs. Debra also speaks openly about predictions that miss the mark, why she doesn’t organise every day around her chart, and what we can learn when we allow ourselves to be imperfect. In this episode:

| The Season of Frost and Fire: Finding Magic in Winter | Rebecca Beattie | 05 Oct 2026 | 00:46:55 | |
What might winter reveal if we slowed down enough to notice? Author and practising witch Rebecca Beattie returns to Soul Sync to join Jason Paul for a warm, playful conversation about her new book, The Season of Frost and Fire: A Witch’s Winter in 13 Rituals. From frosty walks and forgotten goddesses to deep rest and a storm in a jar, Rebecca invites us to get curious about the life and meaning within the colder months. She shares how the book developed across three winters, and how returning to the same rituals can reveal something different each time. Together, we explore the tarot as a companion through seasonal and personal change. What can the Hermit teach us about rest? How might we understand the Tower, the Devil and the Death card with less fear? And what does the Star offer after a difficult period? The conversation becomes personal as we reflect on grief, leaving familiar lives behind, and the courage it takes to follow a different path. Rebecca shares how returning home from London opened up her writing life, while Jason reflects on stepping into mediumship and making space for the work he feels called to do. There’s plenty of laughter along the way, alongside practical reflections on everyday rituals: writing, walking, spending time in nature, and remembering to put the phone down long enough to be present. In this episode: • Discovering the life and magic of the winter landscape Whether you’re curious about witchcraft, drawn to the tarot, or simply ready to approach the coming season with a little more wonder, you’re very welcome here. | What Does Colour Feel Like? Exploring Your Psychic Senses | The Mediumship Sessions #3 | 03 Oct 2026 | 01:04:44
What does colour feel like to you? A deep green might feel peaceful. A bright pink might feel energising—or a little too much. The same shade can bring up completely different feelings, memories and impressions in different people. What happens when we start paying attention to those responses? In episode three of The Mediumship Sessions, Donna King and I continue our exploration of psychic development, this time through colour, cards and practical experimentation. Following our previous conversation, “Trust What You Feel: The Foundations of Psychic Development”, we explore how to begin recognising your own intuitive language. We try colour readings together, have a spontaneous experiment with a playing card, and talk about why memorising meanings can sometimes leave us so busy thinking that we lose touch with what we feel. There is also plenty of everyday life in this conversation: sensitivity, self-doubt, dating-app adventures, the contents of my fridge door, and some fairly strong opinions about a particularly bright shade of pink. In this session, we explore: • Psychic awareness, everyday intuition and recognising your own impressions. The Mediumship Sessions is our ongoing Soul Sync series exploring the nuts and bolts of psychic and mediumistic development—with honest conversations, practical ideas and plenty of laughter. | The Courage to Be Yourself: Trusting Spirit with Albert Krikken | 01 Oct 2026 | 01:06:25
What happens when the life you’ve worked so hard to build no longer feels like your own? In this episode of Soul Sync, I’m joined by medium, teacher and transformational coach Albert Krikken for a personal conversation about identity, belonging, and finding the courage to follow a path that feels true to you. When Albert’s mother became seriously ill, his fear of losing her led him to seek out a medium. That encounter began a journey into mediumship, and a search for a connection he hoped could continue beyond her physical life. He shares how that relationship has evolved, why automatic writing became important to him, and what he has learnt about surrendering expectation. Our conversation also explores the pressure to succeed and the fear of being seen differently. Albert speaks openly about pursuing approval, experiencing a profound spiritual turning point, and gradually becoming willing to share a part of himself that some people in his life knew little about. I share my own experiences of building a successful business while privately feeling unfulfilled, and the role I believe the spirit world played in my decision to change direction. Together, we explore the uncertainty of moving beyond familiar roles, the loneliness that can accompany change, and the importance of finding people with whom you can be yourself. In this episode, we explore: • Continuing bonds with loved ones and experiencing them as guides. Albert leaves us with an invitation to have the courage and the audacity to be ourselves. If you’re questioning your direction, exploring your sensitivity, or learning to trust what feels meaningful to you, there is much here to reflect on. | Trust What You Feel: The Foundations of Psychic Development | The Mediumship Sessions #2 | 26 Sep 2026 | 00:50:44
How much do you trust what you feel? Does it come naturally, or does your self-belief depend on the day of the week? In episode two of The Mediumship Sessions, I’m joined again by Donna King for an honest, warm and occasionally very funny conversation about psychic development — and why it begins with getting to know yourself. We explore what we mean by psychic awareness, how it differs from mediumship, and why we place so much importance on building those foundations. From the gut feelings I followed in policing and recruitment to the sensitivity that can make a trip to the supermarket feel rather overwhelming, we talk about how this awareness shows up in everyday life. We also get personal about confidence, self-doubt, relationships and the times when trusting ourselves has felt much harder. What happens as you become more sensitive? How do your past experiences shape the way you interpret what you feel? And how can you give yourself permission to explore without expecting to get everything right? In this conversation, we explore: • Psychic awareness and the foundations of mediumship. The Mediumship Sessions is our ongoing series exploring the nuts and bolts of psychic and mediumistic development, with room for questions, real-life experiences and plenty of laughter. This episode lays the foundations for the practical experiments we’ll explore as the series continues. If you’re joining us here, you may also enjoy going back to session one, where we began with spirit guides and the foundations of our discussion. | What Mediumship Teaches Us About Being Alive | Steven Trolland | 24 Sep 2026 | 00:55:48
What happens when we stop trying so hard to find peace and allow ourselves a moment simply to be? In this heartfelt episode of Soul Sync, I’m joined by Scottish medium and teacher Steven Trolland for a conversation about grief, the soul, and the presence of those we love. Following the death of his brother, Steven found himself overwhelmed by grief and struggling to meditate. Then, sitting on a hillside overlooking a loch in the Scottish Highlands, he took off his headphones, breathed out and experienced a profound sense of belonging within the life around him. He describes that moment as the beginning of his healing. One thought runs through our conversation: Steven’s belief that the soul can help heal the mind. We explore what that means to him, the space we make for our own nature, and how a quieter awareness can emerge when we ease the pressure to make something happen. We also talk about his background in competitive snowboarding, the relationship between nerves and presence, and the challenges of learning to trust ourselves in mediumship. Both of us share honest experiences of readings that taught us something, including moments when overthinking interrupted the connection. At the heart of it is the person behind the evidence: their individuality, personality, emotion and love. Towards the end, Steven shares a deeply personal experience of his brother’s presence, and a reflection on what a hug in the spirit world might feel like. A warm, thoughtful conversation about connection, finding our own way, and what mediumship can teach us about being alive. | Are You More Psychic Than You Think? | Chrystal Rose | 21 Sep 2026 | 01:21:29
Are you more psychic than you think? Perhaps you’ve had a feeling about somebody that you couldn’t explain. You’ve walked into a room and immediately sensed something was off. You’ve known you should — or shouldn’t — do something, ignored it… and later thought, I knew it. For years, I simply called that my gut feeling. In this episode, the wonderful Chrystal Rose returns to Soul Sync as we explore psychic awareness, intuition and what can happen when we stop putting pressure on ourselves to get everything right and simply begin to experiment. Before our conversation, I also bring you a rather lively update from my own world — stepping further into full-time mediumship, what I’ve been learning through my own work, and something I am incredibly excited to finally be launching. ✨ NEW ONLINE DEVELOPMENT CLASSES The Power of You — Online Psychic Development Class This is a friendly, encouraging space to explore your own energy, psychic awareness and the individual way information comes to you. No previous experience is needed — in fact, if you are completely new to psychic or mediumistic development, this is where I recommend beginning. https://jasonpaulmedium.com/online-psychic-development-classes Moving in the Intelligence of the Spirit — Online Mediumship Development Class A weekly space to explore your relationship with the spirit world, practise evidential mediumship, build confidence and discover more of your own individual mediumistic potential. https://jasonpaulmedium.com/online-mediumship-development-class Both classes are hosted by me alongside trance medium Donna King, with teaching, practical exercises, breakout work, experimentation and plenty of room to ask questions, get things wrong and surprise yourself. In this conversation with Chrystal We explore why psychic awareness is such an important foundation for mediumship; the difference between psychic and mediumistic information; using tarot, oracle cards, colours, numbers, wax, bones, flowers and everyday objects as ways of exploring your awareness; why tools can build confidence without becoming a crutch; and what happened when I arrived at a psychic fair having completely forgotten my tarot cards. We also talk about the clairs, trusting subtle impressions, what to do when somebody tells you “no”, practising with people you don’t know, perfectionism in development, and why sometimes the problem isn’t the information we receive — it’s the way we interpret it. There’s also an unexpected and rather lovely moment involving my dad, some discussion about money and spiritual work, plenty of laughter, and Chrystal leaves us with a beautifully simple message: Listen to your intuition. Because perhaps developing psychically isn’t about becoming something you aren’t. Perhaps it’s about beginning to recognise something that has been there all along. About Chrystal Rose Chrystal is an intuitive medium, psychic, healer and teacher, and the founder of Divine Energy Healing. She is also Director of Divine Energy International and works with spiritual development, healing and spirit art. | Spirit Guides & the Chamber of Self-Discovery | The Mediumship Sessions #1 | 16 Sep 2026 | 01:23:55
Who are your spirit guides — and how do you know when they are actually there? Jason Paul and Donna King open the first Mediumship Session with a lively exploration of guides, signs, free will, expectation, discernment and the unseen help that may be around us. Welcome to The Mediumship Sessions — a new regular Soul Sync series with Jason Paul and medium Donna King. Or, as Jason rather enthusiastically introduces it… the Chamber of Self-Discovery. This is a space for curiosity, experimentation and honest conversations about psychic and mediumistic development — without pretending that either of us has the entire universe figured out. And for the very first session, we’re starting right at the beginning with something that fascinates so many people when they first begin exploring the spirit world: Spirit guides. Who are they? Does everybody have them? Do they really have names? How do we know when they are around — and how do we distinguish their influence from our own thoughts, imagination, expectations or ego? Donna shares her extraordinary experience of being aware of her guides from early childhood, including the deeply emotional period when that communication became quieter and she had to learn not to rely upon them for every answer. Together, Jason and Donna explore the many different ways we might experience guides and spiritual helpers, including:
As the conversation unfolds, one idea keeps returning: developing a relationship with spirit is not about forcing an experience or desperately trying to get something right. It is about becoming curious enough to notice. And perhaps that is what the Chamber of Self-Discovery is really about. The Mediumship Sessions will continue weekly, with Jason and Donna exploring different aspects of psychic awareness, mediumship and spiritual development — sharing their experiences, challenging ideas, answering listener questions and, most importantly, encouraging you to experiment and discover how your own awareness works. New Psychic & Mediumship Development Classes Jason’s new autumn and winter psychic and mediumship development programme begins from mid-October 2026, including online development circles, classes and further opportunities to explore your potential. | What If Your Sensitivity Was Always Trying to Guide You? Growing Up in a Funeral Home, Mediumship & Becoming Fully Yourself with Kerstin Caldwell | 14 Sep 2026 | 01:01:20
What if the parts of yourself you once tried to suppress were actually trying to guide you all along? My connection with this week’s guest, medium Kerstin Caldwell, began with one of the most extraordinary remote-viewing experiences I’ve ever had. During a development exercise, Kerstin held a place from her childhood in her awareness while I attempted to perceive it without knowing where she had taken me. I began describing a large brick building, its atmosphere, rooms, emotions and memories — before the film My Girl suddenly dropped into my consciousness. That was the moment everything clicked. Kerstin had grown up in a funeral home. Her father was a mortician and funeral director, and death, grief and the unseen world formed part of the landscape of her childhood. But alongside that came a sensitivity she didn’t yet understand — experiences, feelings and perceptions that weren’t always recognised or encouraged by the adults around her. In this conversation, Kerstin and I explore what happens when a sensitive child grows into an adult who finally begins to understand the language of their own body, intuition and consciousness. We talk about growing up surrounded by death, complicated relationships with our fathers, grief and healing after someone passes, and the possibility that relationships can continue to evolve even after physical death. Kirsten also shares her remarkable journey into improvisational comedy and teaching — and why the principles of improv have become so intertwined with the way she now understands mediumship. Because both ask something very similar of us: Can we stop trying to control what happens next? Can we remain present? Can we trust what arrives? And can we allow ourselves to be fully ourselves? We also explore the nervous system and sensitivity, the impact of trauma, meditation, energetic overwhelm, psychic awareness, children who appear naturally sensitive to the unseen world, spiritual protection, understanding your own energy and why mediumship should never become about squeezing ourselves into somebody else’s way of working. There’s a theme running underneath this entire conversation that I think matters enormously: Perhaps development isn’t always about becoming something new. Perhaps sometimes it is about removing everything that taught us not to trust who we already were. Kerstin puts it beautifully towards the end of our conversation — her aim is to become the “me-est me” she can possibly be, while giving other people permission to become the fullest expression of themselves too. And maybe that is part of the spiritual journey for all of us. To become more present. More curious. More playful. Less afraid of getting it wrong. And more willing to discover what becomes possible when we stop trying quite so hard to be anything other than ourselves. Kerstins Website - https://gainingperspective.com/about Also in this episode I share some news about a new chapter in my own work. Very soon, I’ll be launching psychic and mediumistic development classes and circles, with opportunities to work with me both online and in person. These will focus on helping you understand your own connection, develop confidence, explore your individual way of working and approach mediumship as the creative, deeply personal process I believe it is. ⭐ If you’d like to be among the first to hear when the classes are announced, visit: https://www.jasonpaulmedium.com Scroll to the bottom of the website and join the newsletter. | Taking the Leap: Leaving My Old Life Behind and Stepping Into Mediumship | 11 Sep 2026 | 00:18:42
This is a very personal episode of Soul Sync, recorded on my birthday and at what feels like one of the biggest crossroads of my life. After ten years of building and running my legal recruitment business, I’ve finally stepped away from the identity that shaped so much of my adult life. I didn’t necessarily leave with the outcome I once imagined, but somewhere along the way the question stopped being, “How much can I get from this?” and became, “What is my soul actually asking me to do?” Over the summer, I gave myself permission to stop, breathe and immerse myself in mediumship. And something has shifted. My recent week at the Arthur Findlay College moved me more deeply than I expected. Through demonstrations, experiments, synchronicities and some extraordinary experiences with the spirit world, I found myself becoming increasingly humbled by the intelligence behind spirit communication — and by what it truly means to serve it. In this episode, I talk openly about that journey, including a powerful communication with a young boy in spirit during the final days of the course, what it taught me about staying in the power rather than getting ahead of the communication, and why I’ve begun to think very differently about development, evidence and even the importance of getting a “no”. I also explore why I believe psychic development is such an important foundation for mediumship, how spirit can use our own memories, emotions and lived experiences as a language through which to communicate, and why mediumship has begun to feel stronger and more natural since I stopped forcing life in a direction that no longer felt right. And, perhaps most importantly, I share the decision I’ve finally made. I’m taking the leap. I’m stepping fully into my mediumship and into a life that feels much more aligned with who I am and what I feel I’m here to do. There is a lot more coming on Soul Sync over the next few weeks — conversations about mediumship development, psychic awareness, sitting in the power, understanding spirit communication and some of the experiments that have completely changed the way I think about this work. For now, though, this is simply me checking in with you from the middle of the change rather than waiting until I have everything figured out. Because sometimes life begins to flow when we finally stop fighting where it is trying to take us. | The Intelligence of Spirit: How the Unseen World Communicates Through Us with Nicole Powell | 07 Sep 2026 | 00:43:10
What if the spirit world is far more intelligent — and far more creative — in the way it communicates with us than we sometimes realise? In this episode of Soul Sync, I’m joined by Canadian spiritual medium, author and teacher Nicole Powell for a conversation about mediumship, grief, creativity, trust and the extraordinary intelligence behind spirit communication. Nicole’s relationship with death and the unseen world began at a young age. After the tragic death of a childhood friend, she found herself asking questions that would ultimately shape the direction of her life: Where do we go? What happens after death? Is this really the end? Years later, following the passing of her grandmother, Nicole’s mediumship seemed to open almost overnight. What followed was years of development, repeated journeys from Canada to the UK to study evidential mediumship at the Arthur Findlay College, and eventually the realisation that learning the rules of mediumship is only part of the journey. At some point, we have to discover how Spirit communicates through us. Nicole shares a wonderful example of this during the conversation. Days before giving a public demonstration, she simply noticed a miniature golf course while driving past it. Later, during a mediumistic connection, Spirit brought that seemingly insignificant memory back into her awareness — and it became the piece of evidence that identified the communicator. For Nicole, this is the intelligence of Spirit. The spirit world can work with our memories, experiences, imagination, senses, environment and entire human life to create communication. We explore: • Nicole’s early experiences with death and why they created a lifelong fascination with the afterlife This became a conversation about much more than mediumship. It is about trusting the intelligence behind life itself. Perhaps we don’t have to understand every mechanism through which Spirit communicates. Perhaps our job is simply to become available to it. | How intelligent is the spirit world — and what does it really mean to serve it? | 04 Sep 2026 | 00:23:36
Following a week immersed in mediumship development at the Arthur Findlay College, Jason reflects on the extraordinary intelligence of the spirit world, experiments with blindfolded mediumship and remote viewing, communication from his dad, consciousness beyond the physical body, and why serving spirit is ultimately an exercise in humility, trust and allowing. After a week immersed in mediumship development at the Arthur Findlay College, I wanted to sit down and share some of the thoughts, experiences and experiments that have genuinely stopped me in my tracks. The more I develop my mediumship, the more humbled I become by the extraordinary intelligence behind spirit communication. Think about what we ask of the spirit world. To communicate through another person's consciousness. To work with memories, images, feelings, emotions and experiences that belong to the medium. To somehow translate a life, a personality and a relationship into something another human being can recognise. And then, as mediums, we occasionally make it even harder by trying to control exactly how that communication should arrive. In this short Soul Sync reflection, I talk about some of the experiments I've been doing this week — including blindfolded mediumship, working without feedback, remote viewing and platform work — and why they have made me reconsider the limits we place on both ourselves and the spirit world. I also share something deeply personal. My dad has communicated several times since his passing, and this week I received another communication that really touched my heart. Our relationship wasn't always straightforward in life, yet I've found myself experiencing what feels like an evolution of that relationship since his passing. It has made me think deeply about healing, consciousness and what might happen when we return to the spirit world. We also explore why emotion is such an important part of mediumship, why constantly searching for the next piece of evidence can take us out of the power, and why developing mediumship should perhaps involve much more experimentation — and much less fear of getting something wrong. Above everything else, this week reminded me of something very simple: It is an extraordinary privilege to serve a world as intelligent as the spirit world. A short, personal reflection on mediumship, consciousness, spirit communication, human potential and what I'm learning as my own mediumship continues to evolve. | What If We’re Not Meant to Transcend Being Human? Kundalini, Embodiment & the Divine Feminine with Cynthia Abulafia | 03 Sep 2026 | 00:39:45
What if the spiritual path isn’t about escaping the human experience — but learning to inhabit it more fully? In this episode of Soul Sync, I’m joined by author, educator and yoga therapist Cynthia Abulafia, whose work challenges what she describes as our spiritual bias towards transcendence. Cynthia asks a fascinating question: after we’ve climbed the ladder towards expanded states of consciousness, awakening and the Divine… what happens when we climb back down into the body? We explore Cynthia’s own transcendent experience at the age of 12, why the body and ordinary human life may be just as sacred as the states we’re so often trying to reach, and why awakening isn’t always the blissful experience it’s made out to be. We also get into Kundalini awakening — what it actually means, what can trigger it, and why it can radically reorganise someone’s experience of reality. Along the way, we talk about religion, conditioning, grief, the Divine Feminine and one of my favourite ideas from the whole conversation: that curiosity may be the beginning, middle and end of the spiritual path. Cynthia also explores the importance of reclaiming our sovereignty rather than continually looking outside ourselves for someone else to provide the answers. Perhaps awakening isn’t about leaving this life behind. Perhaps it’s about arriving more fully into it. Cynthia is the author of Embodying the Goddess: How to Awaken Curiosity and Reverence on the Spiritual Path. Her work centres on embodiment, the Divine Feminine and restoring curiosity and reverence to spiritual practice. Have a story, experience or perspective you’d love to share? | What Is the Path of Ascension? Ascended Masters, Archangels & the Book of Light with Angela Orora | 01 Sep 2026 | 00:49:06
What is the path of ascension — and who's actually walking it with us? In this episode of Soul Sync, Jason sits down with Angela Orora (Angela Medway-Smith), spiritual mentor, healer and multiple #1 international best-selling author, known as "the practical mystic." Forty years ago a single meditation in a tarot class turned every one of Angela's clairs on at once — she describes it as being "plugged into a nuclear power station" — and set her on a path that led to seven years training with London healer and psychic Betty Baldcombe. Today Angela works directly with Ascended Masters, Archangels and the Divine Rays, and channels books on their behalf — including The Book of Light: An Illuminated Guide to the Ascended Masters, Archangels, Etheric Retreats and the Path to Ascension, along with The Book of Many Colours and The Book of Many Flames. | Sitting in the Power: A Guided Meditation with Adam Berry | 29 Aug 2026 | 00:31:32
In this special Soul Sync meditation, spiritualist medium and teacher Adam Berry guides you into the practice of Sitting in the Power — a space of stillness, presence and connection. This isn’t about striving, searching or trying to make something happen. It is an invitation to become still, move beyond the noise of the everyday mind and reconnect with the deeper power that is already within you. Adam was first introduced to Sitting in the Power in 2005 through the teachings of Glyn Edwards, and in 2019 he began hosting his own weekly online Sitting in the Power sessions. His intention is simple: to create a space where people of any faith, belief or no particular belief can come together, become still and explore their own relationship with the Divine, Spirit, God, the Universe — or however they understand that connection. Find somewhere comfortable, give yourself permission to stop for a while, and allow Adam to guide you. Sit in the Power live with Adam Adam hosts a free online Sitting in the Power every Monday at 7:00 PM UK time. The next Monday 7th is Monday 7 September 2026. Those who join the mailing list receive the Zoom details at approximately 6:45 PM before the 7:00 PM session. Adam gives his time freely and simply asks that, where possible, participants consider making a donation to a local spiritualist church, centre, charity or community that may benefit from the support. | Sitting in the Power: Mediumship, the Soul & the Power Within with Adam Berry | 28 Aug 2026 | 00:57:37
What does it really mean to sit in the power — and what happens when we stop searching for that power outside ourselves? In this deeply reflective conversation, Jason Paul is joined once again by medium and spiritual teacher Adam Berry to explore the power, the soul, mediumship and our evolving relationship with the spirit world. Jason and Adam talk openly about how their understanding of the power has changed through years of mediumship development; the difference between trying to reach the power and allowing ourselves to experience it; learning to recognise its presence; working with the mind rather than fighting it; and why sitting in the power can become something far greater than simply a spiritual development exercise. They also explore how the power can bring greater clarity, compassion, awareness and connection into ordinary life — and why our relationship with it continues to deepen as we change. Adam also shares why he has remained so committed to bringing people together for his weekly Sitting in the Power every Monday at 7pm UK time. His current events page confirms the Monday 7pm sitting and links to the dedicated Sitting in the Power website. This conversation is followed by a companion Soul Sync episode in which Adam guides us through an extended Sitting in the Power meditation, giving you the opportunity not simply to hear about the power, but to experience it for yourself. | What Are We Really Capable Of? The Boundless Potential of Being Human with Nicola Farmer | 25 Aug 2026 | 01:01:05
What are we really capable of — and who decides where our limits are? In this episode of Soul Sync, my friend and returning guest Nicola Farmer joins me for a playful, thoughtful and wide-ranging conversation about human potential, the power of language, mediumship, consciousness and what becomes possible when we stop trying quite so hard to be who we think we're supposed to be. Nicola has made me think deeply about words over the years — not simply the words we speak to other people, but the language we use to define ourselves. I can't. I'm not good enough. I'm trying. That's impossible. What happens when those words stop being descriptions and start becoming boundaries? We explore why simplicity can be one of the hardest things to embrace in mediumship, why the word “try” can sometimes work against us, the pressure mediums place upon themselves to perform in a particular way, and what happens when we allow ourselves to become more authentic rather than attempting to fit somebody else's definition of what a medium should be. Nicola also shares a beautiful idea at the heart of her work: mediums are storytellers. Not because we invent the story, but because communication is about bringing the personality, memories, relationships and life of another human being to life through words. We also explore the relationship between science, consciousness, spirituality and mediumship, why these worlds don't necessarily need to oppose one another, and why perhaps one of the most powerful positions we can take is simply remaining curious. Ultimately, this is a conversation about possibility. About looking back at the seemingly disconnected experiences of our lives and recognising how they may have been preparing us for something we couldn't yet see. And about remembering that human potential may be far greater than any of us currently imagine. Join Jason & Nicola live — Friday 28 August Nicola and I are also sharing a FREE Online Evening of Mediumship this Friday. Friday 28 August 2026 We'll share an inspired spiritual talk followed by a live demonstration of mediumship, with plenty of love, connection, laughter and hopefully a little inspiration along the way. | What If We’re the Ones Making Mediumship Difficult?! with Reverend Gurdeep Bhogal | 22 Aug 2026 | 00:56:44
!What if the spirit world isn’t making mediumship difficult — we are? Reverend Gurdeep Bhogal joins me to explore Kundalini awakening, fear and doubt in mediumship, soul purpose, authenticity, yogic wisdom, consciousness, breath and what it means to live as the fullest expression of who we really are. This week on Soul Sync, I’m joined by Reverend Gurdeep Bhogal — psychic medium, ordained Spiritualist minister, Reiki Master Teacher, yoga teacher and holistic practitioner — for a conversation that begins with mediumship and ends up somewhere much bigger. Gurdeep’s journey has taken her from growing up in West London and a successful career with British Airways to America, Spiritualism and an extraordinary Kundalini awakening that changed the direction of her life. She now works at the intersection of ancient yogic wisdom, modern Spiritualism, healing and mediumship. We explore why spiritual awakening isn’t always beautiful or comfortable, how trauma and our human experiences shape the development of a medium, and why fear, doubt and conditioning can become the very things that get between us and the natural simplicity of spirit communication. Gurdeep makes the wonderfully simple observation that there is nothing wrong with the spirit world — it is intelligent and magnificent. Perhaps our work is learning how to stop getting in its way. But this conversation goes far beyond mediumship. We talk about leaving conventional ideas of success behind, money versus fulfilment, living as the truest expression of your soul, authenticity in an increasingly airbrushed world, and mediumship as an extraordinarily intimate form of connection. Then we head properly down the Soul Sync rabbit hole — into ancient yogic wisdom, consciousness, the physical body, non-duality and Gurdeep’s beautiful proposition that we are not merely part of consciousness: we are consciousness itself. And towards the end, Gurdeep explores how something as ordinary as a single breath can contain the cycle of life and become a doorway into stillness, consciousness and connection with spirit. This is a conversation about mediumship. But perhaps even more than that, it’s about remembering who we are. Connect to love. Be curious. And have compassion for yourself. | The Love That Remains: My Dad, London and the Memories We Leave in Things | 21 Aug 2026 | 00:22:33
What happens to the things we spend a lifetime collecting when we're no longer here to hold onto them? I've spent the last few days back in London, sorting through my family home and going through my dad's possessions following his passing. It's been emotional, sometimes difficult, and unexpectedly thought-provoking. Because an object can be just an object — until it belongs to somebody you love. Suddenly a photograph, a piece of clothing, something tucked away in a drawer or an everyday possession can seem to contain an entire story. In this short solo episode of Soul Sync, I reflect on what this experience has made me think about: our attachment to possessions, the memories and energy we associate with physical things, and whether objects can somehow become a doorway back into the people and moments connected with them. I also share a little about where I am personally right now — a period of enormous change, what I've been working through within myself, and where my own mediumship and curiosity about consciousness are taking me. Perhaps letting go of someone's belongings doesn't mean letting go of them at all. Perhaps love was never contained within the thing. Perhaps love is simply what remains. The episode closes with Love by Noa Bentor, licensed via Artlist. And before I leave you with this beautiful track, I’d really love to hear from you. If there’s somebody you think would make a wonderful guest on Soul Sync, a topic you’d love us to explore, or perhaps you have a story, experience or perspective of your own that you’d like to share on the show, please get in touch. | Your Sensitivity Is Not a Weakness: The Making of a Young Medium with Lucas Ilcken | 19 Aug 2026 | 01:07:13
What if the part of yourself you once considered a weakness was actually waiting to become your greatest strength? Before meeting today’s guest, Jason opens up about the enormous changes taking place in his own life: leaving behind the business he built over a decade, stepping into uncertainty and learning to trust the pull towards a more meaningful and spiritually aligned future. He is then joined by 24-year-old Dutch medium Lucas Ilcken, whose relationship with sensitivity began during childhood. Lucas experienced an awareness of spirit from a young age, but as he grew older, being deeply sensitive became something he tried to escape. Everything began to change after a remarkable encounter with a stranger on the streets of Amsterdam. That meeting eventually led Lucas to meditation, a deeper understanding of himself and his first visit to the Arthur Findlay College. During that first week, Lucas began to recognise that his sensitivity was not something he needed to overcome. It was something he needed to understand. Jason and Lucas explore what it means to live as a sensitive person in a world that often rewards toughness, why the right environment can completely change how we experience ourselves and how the qualities we suppress may contain some of our greatest potential. Lucas also shares the huge leap of faith he took when he sold the successful family business he had helped run for years. In choosing mediumship, he was not simply changing careers; he was releasing an identity, a family legacy and the security of a life he already knew. Together, they discuss: • Why sensitivity can feel like a weakness before we understand it This is a conversation about mediumship, but it is also about identity, courage and becoming comfortable with the person you were always meant to be. Perhaps your sensitivity was never the problem. Perhaps you were simply never shown how to work with it. Find out more about Lucas Ilcken at lucasilcken.com. | The Inner Pilgrimage: Finding Your Soul’s Path with Michael Dove | 17 Aug 2026 | 00:51:39
What if the most important journey of your life isn’t taking you somewhere new — but taking you deeper into yourself? In this episode of Soul Sync, Jason is joined by spiritual teacher and researcher Michael Dove for a fascinating exploration of the soul, spiritual awakening, purpose and what Michael calls the inner pilgrimage. Michael’s own journey has taken him around the world. He has spent almost six years living in India, travelled repeatedly into the Himalayas, explored traditions ranging from spiritualism and shamanism to past-life work, and spent decades investigating the deeper nature of human consciousness and the soul. But some of his greatest lessons have come through the unexpected. Michael shares why periods of trauma, disruption and even the moments when life appears to completely fall apart can sometimes become powerful spiritual initiations. Together, Jason and Michael explore the idea of soul design — and the possibility that the longing for something more may be pointing us towards a life that is more deeply aligned with who we came here to be. Michael also recounts an extraordinary experience meeting a Yaqui medicine man in Mexico who appeared to recognise him on a level that transcended their physical meeting. Then the conversation travels to Varanasi and the River Ganges. Michael arrived there in 2020 just days before COVID transformed the world. While others evacuated, he chose to stay. As tourists and pilgrims disappeared from the ancient holy city, Michael became part of the local community and helped establish Meals on the Ganges, providing food and support during an extraordinary period in Varanasi’s history. It led him to a beautifully simple spiritual teaching: The quickest way to enlightenment? Feed the hungry. This conversation explores:
Perhaps we spend much of our lives asking where we need to go next. But what if the better question is: Where is my soul trying to lead me? | Colour Outside the Lines: Mediumship, Creativity and the Courage to Be Yourself with Shelley Youell | 15 Aug 2026 | 01:06:58
When did we become so frightened of getting things wrong? So many of us carry an inner critic that has been quietly collecting evidence for years. You can't draw. You're not creative. You're imagining it. You're not good enough. And eventually, without even realising it, we begin living within the boundaries those thoughts have created. In this episode of Soul Sync, I welcome back spiritual medium and artist Shelley Youell for a conversation that begins with spirit art but unfolds into something much bigger: creativity, self-expression, mediumship, confidence and the courage to discover your own way of working. Shelley shares how art became another language through which she could express and experience spirit — sometimes through colour, sometimes through portraiture and sometimes through simply allowing herself to create without knowing what the finished piece was supposed to become. We explore why creativity belongs to all of us, not simply people who consider themselves “artists”, and why the analytical mind can so easily interrupt both creativity and mediumship. Along the way, we talk about:
One of the things I loved most about this conversation was Shelley's reminder that development — spiritual or otherwise — isn't something we're supposed to endure. We're allowed to enjoy it. We're allowed to experiment. We're allowed to make something terrible. We're allowed to change our minds. We're allowed to colour the tree pink. And when that inner critic appears to explain all the reasons we shouldn't... perhaps we can lovingly tell it to be quiet for five minutes and see what happens. Because sometimes the things that bring us the greatest joy are the things we nearly talked ourselves out of trying. | My First Time Demonstrating Mediumship In-Person In Amsterdam & the evolution of my relationship with spirit | 14 Aug 2026 | 00:30:36
What happens when we stop trying to make mediumship happen and begin trusting what is already there? In this solo episode of Soul Sync, I’m sharing what has been one of the most exciting periods of my own mediumship development. Since stepping away from my business and creating more space in my life, something has shifted. My mind feels quieter. My sensitivity feels stronger. Spirit communication is becoming more vivid, more spontaneous and, perhaps most importantly, more natural. I take you with me to Amsterdam, where I recently stepped onto the platform for an evening of mediumship and experienced just how powerful a connection can become when we stop analysing every piece of information and simply stay with the spirit person. I also share a fascinating remote-viewing exercise that completely challenged my ideas about what our consciousness may be capable of — including unexpectedly perceiving a funeral home, its layout and details through nothing more than another person holding the location in their awareness. In this episode, I explore:
One of the greatest changes in my own development has been realising that I don’t have to know what a piece of information means. It isn’t my story. My job is not always to interpret it. Sometimes my job is simply to trust it. And perhaps the same is true of life. Less forcing. Less analysing. Less needing to know. More presence. More experimentation. More trust. More allowing. Because when we stop trying quite so hard, we may discover that the connection was already there. | The Mediumship Breakthrough: Moving Beyond Fear, Ego and the Need to Be Right with Charlie Kelly | 11 Aug 2026 | 01:10:38
What if the biggest thing holding back your mediumship isn’t your ability — but your fear of getting it wrong? Medium, teacher and YouTuber Charlie Kelly returns to Soul Sync for a refreshingly honest conversation about fear, ego, perfectionism and what really happens as mediumship begins to deepen. Charlie believes many developing mediums become so focused on being accurate, impressive or “good enough” that they unintentionally interrupt the very communication they are trying to strengthen. The need to understand. And underneath so much of it: the ego trying to keep us safe. Jason and Charlie explore what changes when we stop trying to control the communication and begin trusting what is actually being received. Charlie shares why developing mediumship is as much about personal development as spiritual technique, why fear can occupy the very space needed for communication, and why confidence doesn’t necessarily mean confidence in yourself — but confidence in the intelligence you are working with. They also explore how these same patterns show up far beyond mediumship. How many opportunities have we avoided because we were frightened? The job we didn’t go for. Charlie shares the personal philosophy that now guides him: rather than trying to eliminate fear, he asks himself how many times he can beat fear in a single day. In this conversation: • Why beginner mediumship can become saturated in fear Funny, challenging and deeply practical, this is a conversation about becoming a better medium — but perhaps even more importantly, becoming freer within yourself. 🎧 Soul Sync with Jason Paul 🌐 www.jasonpaulmedium.com Could you be a future guest on Soul Sync? | The Healing Power of Surrender: Addiction, Spirituality and Coming Home to Yourself with Austin Rampt | 03 Aug 2026 | 01:01:00
From crack addiction and the cartel to spiritual freedom, Austin Rampt’s extraordinary story is one of destruction, survival, surrender and ultimately coming home to himself. Austin took his first drink at just thirteen years old. By fifteen, he was addicted to opiate painkillers, and by seventeen, he was smoking crack cocaine. His addiction led to overdoses, repeated attempts at rehabilitation, the accidental destruction of his family home and a devastating relapse after nine years of sobriety. After being given the choice between rehabilitation and prison, Austin left rehab after just six days, boarded a plane and escaped to Mexico. There, he found himself surrounded by drugs and drawn into the dangerous world of the cartel. But behind the appearance of money, excess and partying was a man sitting alone in a room, drunk and high, crying because he missed his children. In this deeply honest conversation, Austin and Jason explore what addiction is really trying to soothe, why outward success cannot heal an internal wound and how the gifts of sobriety can sometimes take us away from the very practices that made sobriety possible. Jason also opens up about his own experiences with cocaine, cannabis, shame and self-destruction—and the difficult journey of learning to see addiction not as a moral failing, but as an attempt to escape unbearable pain. Together, they explore: • How childhood experiences can shape addiction and self-worth Austin is the author of One Last Hit: The Remarkable True Story of an Addict’s Journey to Find Himself. His experiences now allow him to speak openly about recovery, fatherhood, spirituality and the possibility of building a meaningful life after complete destruction. As Austin explains: “My journey of healing has not been to add anything to me. It’s been to unwind all the things that were essentially not me.” Whether you have experienced addiction personally, love somebody who has, or recognise the ways we all reach for things outside ourselves to change how we feel inside, this conversation offers a powerful reminder: Surrender is not always defeat. | Never Limit the Limitless: The Extraordinary Power of Spirit with Colin Bates | 31 Jul 2026 | 01:19:10
What happens when we stop trying to control mediumship—and allow the limitless intelligence of spirit to lead? International spiritual medium, healer and teacher Colin Bates returns to Soul Sync for a joyful, profound and wonderfully expansive conversation about the true nature of mediumship, the journey of the soul and the extraordinary power available within every one of us. Jason begins by sharing how leaving his business and creating more space in his life has transformed his own sensitivity. Spirit communication has begun happening more naturally and unexpectedly, raising an important question: do we develop mediumship, or do we simply remove the barriers preventing it from flowing? Colin explores the relationship between belief, faith and personal experience, explaining why knowing that the spirit world exists is different from believing that we ourselves can become an instrument for it. Together, Jason and Colin discuss: • Why stress, concentration and the physical mind can interrupt mediumship Colin reminds us that there is no single correct way to unfold spiritually. Every soul perceives spirit differently, and our task is not to become somebody else—it is to recognise and trust who we already are. There is no right way and no wrong way. There is only the way that resonates within your heart. | The Love I Spent My Life Looking For | 30 Jul 2026 | 00:27:09
What is love—and where do we first learn whether we are worthy of receiving it? In this deeply personal and immersive solo episode of Soul Sync, I take you back through my own search for love: from the circumstances surrounding my birth and the absence of my biological father, to growing up gay at a time when hiding who I was often felt safer than being seen. With music, sound and recreated memories, we travel into my first experience of London’s gay scene at sixteen, when the Astoria offered a glimpse of freedom, belonging and the extraordinary feeling of discovering that I was not alone. But being desired is not always the same as being loved. I reflect on the years I spent looking outside myself for acceptance—through relationships, sex, achievement and the approval of others—and how low self-worth eventually contributed to relationships in which I accepted far less than I deserved. I also explore how mediumship and my relationship with the spirit world have transformed my understanding of love. I now believe that love is the only thing that truly exists, that kindness is among the greatest things we can offer another human being, and that our search for lasting love must ultimately begin within ourselves. This is an episode about rejection, sexuality, belonging, loneliness, survival, self-acceptance and the love we spend our lives trying to find. Perhaps love was never something we had to earn. Perhaps it was something we came here to remember. Content note: This episode includes references to childhood rejection, homophobic bullying, domestic abuse and adult sexual experiences. | Two Mediums Reveal How They Experience the Spirit World | with Dennis Blaauw | 27 Jul 2026 | 00:41:27
What does communication with the spirit world actually feel like from inside the mind of a medium? In this open and often humorous conversation, psychic mediums Jason Paul and Dennis Blaauw compare how they each experience mediumship—and discover that no two connections unfold in quite the same way. We explore whether mediumship can truly be taught, or whether it is something that must be individually uncovered and remembered. Dennis and I discuss clairvoyance, clairsentience, symbolism, emotion, energy and how spirit may draw upon a medium’s memories and personal experiences to communicate. We also examine why trying too hard can interrupt the natural flow of mediumship, the importance of experimentation, and whether traditional approaches to teaching mediumship can sometimes become too structured or restrictive. Along the way, we put our own intuitive abilities to the test with a spontaneous colour experiment—with mixed and amusing results! In this conversation: ✨ What spirit communication feels like This is an honest conversation between two developing and working mediums who are continuing to question, explore and refine their understanding of the spirit world. | Who Am I Without the Life I Built? - The Truest Essence of Ourselves | 24 Jul 2026 | 00:27:50
After unexpectedly selling the business that had defined so much of his identity, Jason records a personal reflection from Prague about exhaustion, fear, limiting beliefs and beginning again. An honest exploration of who we are beneath our work, achievements and past—and how slowing down can help us reconnect with the soul. What happens when the life you spent years building suddenly comes to an end—and you are left with a blank canvas? I recorded this solo episode from a hotel room in Prague, during my first proper pause since selling the business that had consumed so much of my energy, time and identity. Stepping away has made me realise just how much of myself I gave to the company—and how difficult it can be to know who we are beneath our jobs, achievements, routines, relationships and past experiences. In this deeply personal episode, I reflect on exhaustion, identity, fear and the uncomfortable space between an old life ending and a new one beginning. I share how slowing down has affected my mediumship, why I am learning not to make decisions from fear, and how I am becoming more conscious of the language I use toward myself. We also explore limiting beliefs, gratitude, kindness, emotional release, morphic fields and the possibility that we have far more potential than we have been conditioned to believe. This is an episode for anyone going through change, questioning who they are, or feeling called toward a new chapter but unsure what comes next. Perhaps you do not need to have everything figured out. Perhaps, for now, you simply need permission to rest, listen and be. | He Drowned an Atheist — What He Saw Then Changed Everything | with Thayne Martin | 23 Jul 2026 | 01:05:34
Sometimes awakening arrives gently. At other times, it begins when everything we thought we were falls apart. In this deeply personal conversation, I’m joined by Thayne Martin, whose extraordinary life has included childhood trauma, dissociative identity disorder, addiction, suicide attempts, severe mental-health struggles and a near-death experience that transformed his understanding of life. Thayne describes entering his swimming pool as an atheist and awakening at the bottom after losing consciousness. What followed, he says, was an experience of overwhelming love, a life review and an encounter with a reality that changed everything he believed about God, death and consciousness. We explore how trauma can shape identity, why outward success does not always heal what lies beneath it, and what happens when the coping mechanisms that once protected us begin to control our lives. I also share parts of my own journey through addiction, trauma and psychosis, as we reflect on the very different paths through which people awaken. For some, it is meditation or spiritual practice. For others, it can be grief, addiction, breakdown or being brought to the very edge of life. Later in the conversation, Thayne shares the ideas he developed following his near-death experience, including his Equation of Life and Abundant Happiness, the importance of experiential gratitude, and why he believes healing must involve the nervous system as well as the mind. This is a raw, thought-provoking conversation about survival, spirituality, authenticity and whether our darkest chapters can sometimes become doorways into a deeper understanding of ourselves. Thayne’s work focuses on authenticity, emotional balance, gratitude, hope and helping people move beyond the identities and wounds that have shaped them Thayne Martin is a podcaster, speaker, entrepreneur, author, pianist and entertainer. Following a life marked by trauma, mental-health struggles and a profound near-death experience, he created the Equation of Life and Abundant Happiness and founded It’s Pure Love. His work explores gratitude, emotional intelligence, nervous-system healing, authenticity and helping people stop chasing happiness outside themselves. His central message is that people are more than their wounds and can begin rewriting the stories that have shaped their lives. His guest sheet describes his work as combining neuroscience, emotional balance, gratitude, presence and energetic alignment. | The Gifts We Were Never Taught to Understand | William FitzRoy | 08 Jul 2026 | 00:37:15
William FitzRoy on sensitivity, intuition, healing, and why the traits that once made you feel different may be part of your power. Some of the things that make you feel different may be the very things you were never taught to understand. In this episode of Soul Sync, Jason Paul is joined by psychic, medium and teacher William FitzRoy for a thoughtful conversation about sensitivity, intuition, identity, healing, and learning to trust the quieter parts of yourself. William shares how childhood experiences of spirit, imagination and feeling different eventually led him to discover psychic meditation — a moment that gave him language for something he had felt his whole life. Together, Jason and William explore why so many sensitive people can feel isolated, why spiritual development is not about escaping ordinary life, and how intuition can become a grounded, practical part of your work, relationships and everyday decisions. They also discuss the inner work behind mediumship: stillness, self-awareness, healing, nervous-system regulation, energetic boundaries, and the freedom that comes when you stop needing other people to validate what you know within yourself. This is not only an episode for mediums, psychics or spiritual practitioners. It is for anyone who has ever felt deeply, noticed more than they could explain, or wondered whether the parts of themselves they once tried to hide might actually be a gift. In this episode

| What Remains When the Ego Falls Silent - With Marcus McKeown | 03 Jul 2026 | 00:44:41 | |
Marcus McKeown of Yellow Rock Sanctuary joins Jason for a profound conversation on ego, awareness, stillness, spiritual seeking, and why the peace we are looking for may already be here. What happens when you have tried everything — the healing, the courses, the manifestation, the self-improvement — and something inside still feels unsettled? In this episode, Jason is joined by Marcus McKeown from Yellow Rock Sanctuary for a deep, thought-provoking conversation about the end of seeking. Together, they explore the ego’s endless need for certainty and control, why we become so identified with our thoughts and stories, and what might remain when we stop trying to become something else. Marcus shares his own journey through success, disappointment, collapse, questioning, and ultimately a quieter recognition of presence. This is not a conversation about chasing enlightenment, fixing yourself, or adding another spiritual practice to your list. It is an invitation to pause. To notice what is aware of the thought. To sit with the words, “I don’t know.” And to consider that the peace, connection and meaning you are searching for may not be somewhere ahead of you at all. Jason and Marcus also talk about mediumship, manifestation, trying versus allowing, the magic of being alive, and why the next person to speak after asking life’s biggest question might just lose. In this open and often hilarious conversation, Colin shares the extraordinary path that took him from a working-class upbringing in Rotherham, through life as a stripper performing across the UK and even in Japan, to finding a deeper calling in healing and mediumship. But this is not just a story about transformation. It is about hardship, ego, addiction, bankruptcy, feeling emotionally shut down, and the slow process of learning empathy, peace, and self-understanding. Colin opens up about why mediumship did not come easily to him, what he feels is missing from parts of modern Spiritualism, and how spirit helped inspire his memoir, The Memoirs of a Stripper’s Journey to a Healing Medium. This is a conversation about the unexpected roads life can take us down — and how even the darkest chapters can become part of the person we are here to become. | The Pact She Made With Spirit — With Danielle Nijhuis | 25 Jun 2026 | 00:46:29
What happens when grief opens a doorway? In this episode of Soul Sync, I’m joined by Dutch medium, healer, trance medium and teacher Danielle Nijhuis for a deeply moving conversation about loss, spirit communication, healing, and the moment that changed the course of her life. Danielle’s journey into mediumship began after the sudden passing of someone she deeply loved. Like so many people who experience profound grief, she found herself asking the question that sits quietly behind so much of human suffering: Where have you gone? That question led her on a search — through religion, grief, intuition, mediumship, the Arthur Findlay College, trance, healing, and physical mediumship. In this conversation, Danielle shares the experiences that shaped her understanding of the spirit world, including her time sitting in trance and physical mediumship circles, her work with spirit guides, her journey with healing, and the extraordinary séance experience that gave her the answer she had been searching for. What makes this conversation so powerful is not just the phenomena Danielle describes, but the emotional meaning behind it. After receiving what she felt was a direct and deeply personal answer from the spirit world, Danielle made a promise: to dedicate herself to serving spirit and helping others find healing, connection, and trust. This is a conversation about grief, evidence, love, healing, and the way the spirit world can sometimes meet us in the places where life has broken us open. | The Trust Crisis in Mediumship — With Susan Diadem | 22 Jun 2026 | 00:57:21
How do you know when it’s truly spirit… and when it’s just your mind? In this episode of Soul Sync, I’m joined by medium and psychic Susan Diadem for a wonderfully honest, wise and often very funny conversation about the inner world of mediumship. This isn’t just a conversation about giving messages. It’s about what happens underneath the surface — the doubt, the responsibility, the fear of getting it wrong, the importance of spiritual integrity, and the moment a medium begins to move beyond technique into trust. Susan shares her own journey from early sensitivity and psychic awareness into mediumship, including the years she spent questioning herself, learning through different teachers and traditions, and eventually finding the confidence to listen more deeply to spirit. Together, we explore why so many mediums doubt themselves, why that doubt often comes from care rather than lack of ability, and why great mediumship is not simply about delivering facts — but about honouring the essence, dignity and love of the soul being communicated. This episode also opens up a much-needed conversation around evidence versus essence, the danger of embellishing what spirit gives, the role of ego in mediumship, and why formal structures can be helpful at the beginning but limiting if we never move beyond them. At the heart of this conversation is a simple but powerful question: Can we trust ourselves enough to become a clear voice for spirit? What you’ll hear

| The Inner Experience of Mediumship — With Kerry McLeod & Phil Dykes | 08 Jun 2026 | 01:06:04 | |
What is actually happening inside the medium? When people talk about mediumship, the conversation often focuses on techniques. How do you connect with the spirit world? How do you receive information? How do you know whether it's your imagination or genuine communication? But what if the real development of mediumship has very little to do with techniques at all? In this episode of Soul Sync, I sit down with internationally respected evidential mediums, tutors, and ministers Kerry McLeod and Phil Dykes, whose new documentary Evidence of the Afterlife has recently been released on Apple TV. Together, we explore what they call the inner experience of mediumship — the emotional, psychological, and spiritual journey that every medium must navigate if they wish to develop beyond mechanics and techniques. This conversation goes far beyond mediumship. We explore self-doubt, trust, perfectionism, ego, personal development, fear of failure, learning from mistakes, and why so many developing mediums unknowingly block their own progress. Kerry and Phil share decades of experience teaching mediums around the world and explain why mediumship is ultimately a journey of understanding yourself.
