| The Rise of the Affiliate | 25 oct. 2024 | 00:22:30 | |
Wowzers ...there has been a lot of change in the industry over the last 6 months!
So, first off - I want you to know that if you're a part of any of the companies that have made announcements and changes ...my heart goes out to you. Having been through it myself, (just a little over 2 years ago) I know exactly how it feels. And just how hard it can be, to know what the next step should be.
And I think we always have 2 choices when faced with these kinds of challenges -
Give up, and quit. Or ask ourselves ...how do I see this as an opportunity?
So, yes - the industry is changing. It has been through many (many) changes over the years.
What was once a door to door 'thing' ...and then an in home party model ...and then an online party model - is evolving again.
And I want to talk about how to evolve WITH it! And how to use the changes, as an opportunity to not only build something all our own, but to build in multiple streams of income.
I would love to hear your thoughts after listening to this episode! xx
| The Shifts from a CEO Perspective | 16 août 2024 | 00:21:11 | |
We are learning what it means for us ...but what do the shifts we are seeing mean from a company perspective?
In this episode I sat down with Donna Pinsonneault from She's Got Leggz and we talked about these changes from a corporate perspective.
What decisions companies are facing. How there are ways to make sure that everyone wins. What is going on in the industry.
I have always always respected Donna, and I love our conversations - so I hope you enjoy this episode! XO
| The New Era of Network Marketing | 04 août 2024 | 00:22:36 | |
I think we can all see that the industry is changing.
But rather than feeling fear around that - what if we embrace it as an opportunity?
An opportunity to do something new. An opportunity to challenge ourselves. An opportunity to be on the forefront of a brand new era.
This episode is all about the 2 shifts that I think every single person in the Network Marketing/Social Selling industry should be making.
I would love to hear what you think after you've listened! XO

| Ep. 13 - Heading Back to My VIP Group | 17 mars 2024 | 00:23:34 | |
Last June I walked away from my VIP Group, and 6 weeks ago I decided it was time to go back.
Both decisions were right for me at the time and I am glad that I made them.
This episode will take you through the reasons that I ended up jumping back into my group and what the results have been.
This is the final episode of season 6 ...and I want to thank you for listening, thank you for being a part of my community, and thank you for being a part of my journey! XO
| Ep. 12 - How to Be Your Authentic Self with Lauren Gilhula | 16 mars 2024 | 00:30:42 | |
What if being YOU was the secret sauce? But also the hardest part of all?
Here's the thing -
I think we all struggle with authenticity.
In a world where we have so many outside influences, where our companies train us to fit inside a box, where we learn strategies on how to be successful and where we are constantly inundated with what success looks like from an outside perspective - it can be a hell of a challenge, to just 'be ourselves.'
In this episode of the Podcast, I sat down with my good friend Lauren Gilhula and chatted about how to do this. And also how to know if you are currently operating outside of this. And exactly why, this will actually make your business easier to show up inside ...and actually make it fun.
I think you're going to love it!
And after you listen to it, I want you to give yourself permission to release the shit that is holding you back. The worries or fears around judgement, all of the 'shoulds' that exist in the back of your brain ...and just ask yourself - "if there were no rules, how would I build my business? How would I show up? What would I share?"
And then find a way to go out and do that!

| Ep. 11 - Have you ever thought of doing FB Ads? | 20 oct. 2023 | 00:25:53 | |
Let's chat about how FB Ads (and IG) can build community.
Okay, I am going to be honest with you - I had never truly considered FB Ads as an option for Network Marketers ...or as a way to build community, using content you have already created. I had always thought of them as more of a way to 'sell stuff.'
So, this time with Meagan Buggey was mind blowing in so many ways for me. And I bet it will be for you too.
Here are my biggest take-aways, and then I am going to leave you to listen to the episode for yourself:
I will say - Meagan also chatted about the kind of content that makes the most sense for ads, so make sure to listen closely to that part. More about Meagan Buggey:
Meagan is as a Meta-certified Digital Marketing Expert, and the CEO of Meagan and Company. As a busy mom and entrepreneur, she understands the struggle of juggling multiple responsibilities. Between running her business and taking care of her family, there's sometimes barely enough time to catch her breath!
This is why she has made it her purpose to help other moms and entrepreneurs just like her build their businesses with Facebook and Instagram Ads (without sacrificing precious moments with their family and friends.)
She knows that today’s online space is competitive, which is why she creates unique and effective marketing strategies and campaigns for businesses to show up effortlessly and attract an abundance of perfect clients. Her strategies not only cut through the noise but also elevate businesses above their competitors, enabling them to stand out.
With her wealth of knowledge and experience, she has a proven track record of success helping many businesses increase brand awareness, reach a larger audience and generate more leads with Facebook and Instagram Ads. | Ep. 10 - I Dropped My VIP Group | 07 sept. 2023 | 00:27:36
I dropped my VIP Group this Summer.
Yup, the girl who teachers how to run a successful VIP Group, threw caution to the wind these last 2 months and decided to do a little social media experiment that included NOT posting inside her group.
Okay, enough with the 3rd person narrative.
Honestly, after more than 8 years of building a successful, thriving VIP Group that was the center of my social media strategy - I wanted to see if there was another way. I wanted to see if by dropping one (time consuming) element, if I would free up more time and energy to put more intention into other areas of social media.
Curious?
I'll tell you all about it in this episode.
| Ep. 9 - Are you actually selling? | 27 août 2023 | 00:12:17 | |
Here's the thing - a lot of us aren't actually out there selling, but think that we are so we are wondering where all of the sales are?
There is a huge difference between ACTIVE and PASSIVE selling.
Let me explain ...
Passive Selling is what you are doing for your baseline activity. It's the consistent posting in your VIP Group and in your stories, etc.
Active Selling is the sales strategies that you're actually doing, that directly pull in sales. Personal reach outs, VIP Group takeovers, events, etc.
And you need both inside your business. One lays the foundation, one brings in the bacon.
I will explain fully in this episode.
| Ep. 8 - Can you do 2 companies at one time? | 13 août 2023 | 00:18:13 | |
I get asked this all the time - "can I do 2 companies at one time?"
And the answer is two-fold.
Yes, and no.
I mean, the truth is - you can do anything that you want. It's your life, it's your businesses. But there's a lot to consider when you're thinking about signing up for another company and it's important to look at this decision from all angles?
Questions to ask yourself:
I will explain all of this in this episode, and help you make the decision for yourself. Or! If you already have 2 businesses, hopefully give you some useful tips for how to be successful with both of them and not constantly feel like you have a million balls in the air.
Sound good? Enjoy! XO | |||
| Ep. 7 - Do you have a social media strategy yet? | 04 août 2023 | 00:19:54 | |
For an online business, your social media strategy is one of the most important elements to sharing and selling your products.
You want it to be manageable, effective and connected to the brand that you're building. And you also want it to be seen.
In this episode - we are going to talk about all of the things that make up your social media strategy, and getting out front and center. And I'm going to tell you all about my little social experiment this Summer.
Question! Where are you showing up? Are you getting the results that you want? Is there a way to push yourself a little outside of your comfort zone? xo
| Ep. 6 - Your Beliefs Become Your Truths | 01 août 2023 | 00:16:01 | |
You will never outperform your own beliefs in yourself.
Here's what I need you to know -
You are likely the only thing standing in the way of the goals you have set for yourself.
What you believe yourself to be capable of. What you believe you will stick to. What you believe is possible for you.
So if you want to shift the outcome, not only do you need to adopt new habits - but you need to kick the self sabotaging behaviours and beliefs that are keeping you stuck.
Todays episode is a bit of a detour from our branding chats, but this has been coming up in my world a bunch - so I wanted to take a quick pause and have a really honest conversation.
When you're done listening to the episode - I want you to ask yourself what you're currently working on. And then layout the habits that you will need to make that goal a reality. And then start building those habits NOW. Don't wait for Monday, or the Fall, or even the next full moon ...do it now.
You've got this, xo | |||
| Ep. 5 - Who are your customers? | 28 juil. 2023 | 00:14:20 | |
What if I told you that you could choose who your customers were going to be?
And what if I told you that ultimately the brand that you build, and the content that you share - will be what will lead to the audience that you build?
It's a little bit about who your products will appeal to, but more than that - it's about who you desire to serve through the brand you are building and the products that you are selling.
And you're going to be the one who sets the stage for this, and calls the right audience it is.
And the more you know about them - the better!
Ask yourself -
The clearer you can get on all of the above, the easier it is going to be to show up and serve that audience. Create content that you know they will eat up, and speak directly to them through what you post.
This episode will help you get started, xo
| Ep. 4 - What do you want to be known for? | 26 juil. 2023 | 00:08:07 | |
If you could be known for anything ...what would you be known for?
This is one of the questions that you should be asking yourself as you build out your brand.
Because the truth is -
Your brand represents you, your beliefs and the mark you want to leave on the world.
This episode is all about taking the Content Pillars that you created, and digging deeper to create Brand Statements.
These are more than just topics, they're beliefs. What you want to be known for, and what you want to build your brand around.
Dig in, and have fun! xo | |||
| Ep. 3 - So ...what will you talk about? | 13 juil. 2023 | 00:18:18 | |
When building out a brand - the place where the majority of my clients and my team members get stumped is what to post!
How to integrate the behind the scenes of your life, with content for your brand.
And the truth is - this is going to look a little different for every single business owner, and brand. And you will need to find your own groove.
But what I teach is Personality Pillars and Content Pillars, as the basis for your content. And in this episode I dissect what each one is, and how to create content for it.
Can't wait to see what you come up with, xo
| Ep. 2 - Kickstarting YOUR Brand | 11 juil. 2023 | 00:26:04 | |
There are likely a zillion ways to build a brand - but I am going to lay out 2 of them for you in this episode.
The first will have your products as a part of the brand, and the second will focus more on something else that you are an expert in, or passionate about.
The key here to remember is - your products and your business, are likely the least interesting thing about you. You have so many things that are unique about you, so many experiences that you could share and so much knowledge on different topics.
Start from that place, and build a platform that you're proud of. That is different from every other account/personality out there. That sets you apart and draws people into your world.
But mostly - that you love, and have fun with. xo
| Ep. 1 - What's in a Brand Anyways? | 06 juil. 2023 | 00:18:22 | |
I think when we hear the word 'BRAND' we don't necessarily think of our own personal businesses, and unless you've been in my world for awhile - you definitely don't think of it as a requirement for running a Network Marketing business. But my friends ...I am here to tell you that building a personal brand, is going to flip your business on its side and increase its potential exponentially.
A brand is what is going to set you apart. A brand is going to be what makes people FEEL something. And a brand is what is going to create loyalty with your customer base.
Listen in on this episode, and then a series following this one - as we explore what building a brand can do for your business, and how to get started. xo
| 139. Chapter 3: Starting Something New | 16 févr. 2023 | 00:28:14 | |
It's never easy when your decisions are made for you, is it?
The truth is - I didn't see it coming. And the other truth is - I wouldn't change a thing when all is said and done.
This episode will be the final chapter, in getting you up to speed on where I am at, before digging into the true behind the scenes of building a 6 and 7 figure business.
This is the chapter on how it all went down, when my company decided to move away from the mlm format and go direct to customer. In turn, eliminating everything that it had taken me 8 years to build.

| 138. Chapter 2 - 8 Years and 8 Lessons | 09 févr. 2023 | 00:20:54 | |
I spent over 8 years with Stella & Dot.
I went from someone who had zero interest in building a business, to someone who replaced her full time teaching income to become a full-time entrepreneur.
And there was a lot of life that happened in the middle of that, but I thought I would pull out some of the biggest lessons that I learned over the course of those 8 years:
I will always be grateful for my time with Stella & Dot. It took me through 3 babies in diapers, to a life changing car accident that stripped me of my career. It taught me how incredible this industry can be, took me on multiple all expenses paid vacations and really opened my eyes to what our family life looks like when I work from home.
But here's the thing -
Not everything is meant to be forever. There will be times when life shifts and we need to learn how to pivot with it. To take what we need from one chapter, with us into the next.
And in the next chapter, I will share exactly how I did that, when Stella & Dot decided to close out their Network Marketing business model, and go direct to consumer.
But for now - sit back and relax, and I'll go deep on each of these lessons inside this episode.
ps. want to read more about this on my blog? You can do that HERE.

| 137. Chapter 1 - How I Got Started in Network Marketing | 03 févr. 2023 | 00:22:11 | |
I cannot wait to take you behind the scenes this year, as I literally build a business from the ground up.
It wasn't in my plans - starting from scratch. It wasn't even on my peripheral - getting in on something at the ground level. But I have to be honest - I am freaking excited, and I cannot wait to use this experience, to be able to dive deep with everyone both on my Podcast and on my blog to both teach and coach, in real time.
But first, I need to take you back to the beginning. To lay the groundwork, and pull the lessons from my first endeavour (that lasted over 8 years.)
So, sit back and relax. In this episode I am going to walk you through how I stumbled into building a business. And how that business damn near changed my life.

| 136. What I am taking with me from 2022 | 29 déc. 2022 | 00:32:46 | |
As we close out one year, and get ready for the next - I thought it would be fun to end Season 4 (how is it even possible that there are already 4 seasons?!) of the Podcast, with what 2022 has taught me.
Here's an overview:
I go deep on each of these inside this episode.
Cheers to an incredible year my friends, thank you so much for being in my world. xo
| 135. Interview with Helen Thacker | 15 déc. 2022 | 00:32:46 | |
This week on the Podcast, I had the opportunity to sit down with Helen Thacker - a successful multi 6-figure business builder, who also runs a coaching business for Network Marketers.
Sounds familiar, right?! The similarities won’t end there.
We dig deep on why branding is so important for your business, how to show up on social media and why to get started with email marketing.
This is definitely going to be an episode that leaves your head spinning and your pen writing furiously.
Here’s what I want you to remember - You are not your company. In order to stand out in the market, what you want to do is build a brand around YOU. What you love, what you stand for and what makes you unique. And then share content that adds value in the areas above.
Tune into the episode and we’ll share more on how and why to do this. ❤️

| 134. Dedicated to the woman who DIDN’T HIT HER NOVEMBER GOAL. | 08 déc. 2022 | 00:11:47 | |
So, here’s the thing - It’s not about WHO you are in the moments when you’re winning, but it’s about WHO you are and how you move forward in the moments when you lose.
I ended last month with the hopes of a pretty big promo in my company …and if I’m being honest, most of the goals (even the audacious ones) that I have gone for - I have achieved. And because I didn’t understand something correctly, and was given incorrect info - I didn’t reach this one.
So the next day …all of the feelings set in. And I had to ask myself …what comes next? What do I do now? And all of my answers are in this podcast episode.
Enjoy! xo | |||
| 133. Taking Care of Your Existing Customer Base | 17 nov. 2022 | 00:13:21 | |
It is so much easier to take care of the customers you have, than it is to acquire new ones.
And sometimes I think we forget this.
We get on the hamster wheel of doing parties and vendor events and reach outs …always thinking - new, new, new. When there is already a lot of low dangling fruit inside of the customer base that is already established.
So! This episode is going to dig into some of my ideas around taking amazing care of your current customer base, in an effort to pull in those repeat orders.
Let me know what you think, and if you have anything to add!

| 131. Building both a Brand & a Business with Diana Rocha | 20 oct. 2022 | 00:25:26 | |
This episode was so much fun to record!
And such an incredible example of the opportunity that we have to build something (all our own) on TOP of our NWM’ing businesses. Something that doesn’t take away from our businesses - but actually layers on value, and allows us to expand on what we offer our incredible customers.
Diana and I have been working together for over 6 months - and I have watched her take what was once an idea in the back of her head, and turn it into a beautiful business and brand new income stream. Prepare to be inspired.❤️
| 130. How to be a Leader Who Inspires & Motivates Her Team | 13 oct. 2022 | 00:14:53 | |
I think as leaders, we are often on the hunt for how to inspire and motivate the masses. How to get others to rise as the leaders that we know they are inside.
This Podcast episode is a dedication to that pursuit. And my advice on this topic.
I would love to hear your thoughts, and your AHA moments. How you hold yourself accountable to your own goals, and how you connect with your teams and lead from the front. xo

| 128. What is Your Long Game? | 29 sept. 2022 | 00:15:40 | |
Are you playing the long or the short game in your business?
I often compare growing a business, to growing a garden ...
You never truly know what will sprout. It takes a lot of love, attention and nurturing. And sometimes you’ll need to evaluate and rework some things.
Here’s the thing - some of what you do will be short game stuff …running promotions/sales, doing reach outs, etc. But a lot of what you should be doing, is with your long term plan in mind. Knowing that the more seeds you plant, the better you are at watering - the more beautiful (and aligned with your overall vision) your garden will be one day.
It’s not just about what’s happening today, it’s about what you’re building for tomorrow.
I hope you enjoy this episode, xo
| 127. Your Personal and Public Social Media Platforms, OH MY! | 22 sept. 2022 | 00:19:05 | |
I asked the question the other week - “If I was to look at your personal FB profile, how long would it take me to see your business? How about a picture of you?”
The responses were varied and I think this is a topic we should dig into!
I know for me - I shied away from sharing on my personal platform for a really long time. I wasn’t sure how to integrate my business, I didn’t want to alienate friends & family and if I’m being honest …I was overthinking the crap out of it. Anyone else?🙋🏻♀️
Let me tell you why using your personal and public platforms is an absolute must inside your social strategy, and how to do it with ease.
| 126. Reasons Your FB VIP Group May Feel Dead ☠️ ☠️ ☠️ | 15 sept. 2022 | 00:18:03 | |
This is a hot topic in my world these days, so let's break it down:
Here are 3 reasons that your FB VIP Group, may be dead.
You aren’t being consistent. You want to be posting 4-5 times, throughout the day …5 days/week. And yes, I can hear you gasp from here. Ha. But trust me, it’s the secret sauce.
You aren’t growing your group. You want to be adding at least 10 new customers/clients per month, that are inside your target market. Growth is key, because it brings in new energy.
Your content is either too salesy, or not salesy enough. I know this sounds a bit cryptic - but many times people live inside the engaging content (Netflix recommendations, coffee chats, etc) and forget to actively sell. Or alternatively, they lean on only product content, and don’t bring pieces of themselves in.
And those are the ONLY things that are standing between you and an incredible FB Group, full of active and engaged customers.
| 125. Leadership Series - Andrea Federico-Henwood | 08 sept. 2022 | 00:44:05 | |
If you have ever considered building a business all your own, on top of a full time job, on top of being a mom, on top of a NWM’ing business …and top of an already full life - you’re going to LOVE this episode.
In this episode I dive deep with Andrea Federico-Henwood all about her brand new business - Educators Finding Balance, that she just started 6 months ago.
We also talk about how she balances this dream, alongside her thriving NWM’ing business and full life.
She will give you insight into how she came up with the idea, how she takes breaks, how she prioritizes in her life - and how she would recommend getting started if you’ve ever felt like you have an idea that could be more.
I honestly loved every second of this conversation, and every minute of working with Andrea on this passion project, that I know is going to change so many lives.
If you’re in education - I would highly recommend finding her in all of the places, because she is creating an incredible business that will be a powerful resource for you. FB: Educators Finding Balance Instagram: @educators.finding.balance

| 124. The Most Powerful Incentive I DIDN'T Go For | 01 sept. 2022 | 00:16:13 | |
In this episode I am actually talking about the very first incentive (in this case, a company trip) that I didn't go for.
Why I made the decision, how it felt and the ultimate purpose behind the choice.
Always remember that your business is a choice. You get to choose how you build, where you build - all. the. things.
I think sometimes we lose sight of this, as we charge towards every single carrot that is dangled. At least I know I did. And for me it led to burnout.
What I teach women to do is build in a way that is sustainable around the life that they desire to lead. This is less about chasing every single thing that comes your way, and more about playing the long game - and building a business that you'll have for life.
Tune in and then let me know your thoughts! I can't wait to hear what you take away from this one. xo
| 123. The Power Pivot | 25 août 2022 | 00:17:50 | |
These last few weeks have been such a whirlwind for me! From finding out that S&D was changing out of the MLM format, to starting a whole new journey - I feel like I’ve been on a rollercoaster.
A magical rollercoaster, but still a rollercoaster.😂
The ups and downs. The questions. The fear of the unknown. The excitement of potential. The beginning of a brand new journey.
And if there’s one thing that has made this transition as smooth as it has been - it’s the brand I’ve built.
A brand, that incorporated the products that I was selling - but didn’t rely on them. A brand that could easily grow, in any way that I grew. A brand that allowed me to naturally start sharing about a brand new endeavour. My first business may be ending, but my brand is as strong as ever.

| 118. The Power of the Compound Effect | 21 juil. 2022 | 00:18:42 | |
Put simply - activities that you do day in and day out in your business, will always be more powerful than the ones you go full throttle with, but die off in …over time.
This is the power of the compound effect.
It’s those daily activities layering on top of one another, to build a business that is sustainable for the long run. Not just one that earns a few incentives here and there - but ultimately you cannot manage when life gets busy.
In this episode I will walk you through what those activities are, and what this will look like.
| 117. Leadership Series: July 14th - Jennifer Parmer | 14 juil. 2022 | 00:34:55 | |
On today's episode we have another incredible leader joining us, to share her unique story and rise in leadership.
I know you are going to love Jennifer Parmer (@jeniparmer on IG) as much as I do. She has an incredible energy, and a very powerful story of how the products changed her life - both from a physical standpoint, and from a business perspective as she has absolutely exploded her biz in the last year.
I love how she shares from a place of serving, and she brings all of herself into her business and teaches her team to do the same.
So, sit back and relax - this one is a goodie! xo

| 112. When Leaders Quit on You | 09 juin 2022 | 00:14:44 | |
Okay my friends, let’s have this real chat - because if you’re a leader, you’ve been here. And I know what it feels like, because I’ve been there too. When you want more for your leaders, than they want for themselves. When you feel like if you do ‘this’ it will help them be the leader you know is possible for them. When they say they want it, but then they give up when life throws them a hurdle. In short, it sucks. I get it. But we have to release the control this has over our businesses. We have to release the notion that we have any control or ownership over this at all. Listen in, and I will share more.

| 110. How Consistency Trumps Hustle | 26 mai 2022 | 00:15:09 | |
The hustle culture inside the NWM’ing industry is real. And it really played to my type A, over achieving, carrot chasing personality. To the point of burnout. What looked like success on the outside, looked very different on the other side. Tune into this episode where I talk about how to overcome this toxic environment - and build a sustainable business, that allows you the space to actually live your life. And then find me on the socials and share your thoughts! ❤️
| 109. The Power of Your Brand | 19 mai 2022 | 00:40:17 | |
This Podcast episode is actually a replay of a Masterclass that I ran last week - all about the power of building a brand for your NWM'ing business.
Here's the thing - the majority of women sign up without really truly knowing what to expect from their brand new business. And then they're shown the path to success, based on what others have done before them and what has worked in the past.
What I want to show every single woman in NWM'ing is that when we step away from the cookie clutter strategies that are outdated, and we step into creating something that is unique and a reflection of who we are, and what we desire to build to the world - magic happens.
I'll share 2 different strategies for building a brand for your business and tell you all about my next workshop as well. xo
