Being in the industry since 2005, guiding our financial professionals and teams to explore their unlimited potential is my driving force and am able to accomplish this through group and individual coaching. I am a Certified Professional Coach and have earned the ACC certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I organize and deliver relevant and timely training and development programs to optimize performance.
