These subliminal recordings are special. Crafted at a unique frequency of 17,500 Hz, they bypass your conscious awareness, delivering powerful affirmations directly to your subconscious. While you're busy with your day-to-day tasks, these affirmations work silently in the background, fostering positive changes without your active focus.
During this session, you'll encounter affirmations like:

This episode is for new parents, but it's great for anyone who wants to sleep. This topic was a request from Demond and Emily. They are parents of two new twin girls, and they wrote in and asked if there was anything I could suggest to help get their twins to sleep and sleep longer. And so I thought I would dedicate this episode to them because soft white noise is so beneficial to anyone, but babies respond two white noise quite quickly.
When you change your thinking, you can change your whole world. Hypnotist and storyteller Joel Thielke create a vivid world that empowers you to believe in yourself and gives you the self-confidence to embrace and manifest the life you love.
