A little background about your host: First person in the world to do a PhD on lucid dreaming as a creative tool. Lifelong lucid dreamer. Author of 8 dream books, including The Complete Book of Lucid Dreaming, The Art of Lucid Dreaming, and Elixir of Sleep. Past President and CEO of the International Association for the Study of Dreams.
I had my first lucid dream aged 3, taught myself to lucid dream at will, and have had thousands of lucid dreams, sleep paralysis experiences, and OBEs (also known as astral travel). I teach people to sleep better and have amazing lucid dreams. I lead workshops and Lucid Dreaming Ocean Retreats in exotic locations.
In this podcast, I share my best lucid dream induction techniques and dive into healing, nightmare solutions, how to interact with dream people and animals, and so much more. I also share tips for blissful sleep and waking lucidity.
